This place always been pretty good to me they rebuild a motor Vic some other stuff families bought a ton of stuff here Jason is very active with the community seems like a pretty cool dude Grandaddy under 400 years before giving it over to him on all great family room place we need parts they can get them quick if you need repairs hes got some pretty highly-talented mechanics back there. Got a great showroom great knowledge of the units that hes trying to sell so its a small dealership that gives you a one-on-one very personal and private experience. They also take units up to Talladega Downs and them over every once in awhile so you can you actually call up find out what their demo in and get to ride it before you buy it how many of them let you do that I dont know any

More than pleased with Parts Dept. Needed an air filter for a Go Kart. The parts manual did not have a part number listed for the filter. I was unable to search and find the correct filter on my own. Went to Talladega Cycle and gave them the info I had and they were able to locate the correct part number in a matter of minutes. They also ordered the part for me, even thought it was from a vendor they do not regularly use and a for a manufacturer they do not carry. I picked up the part when it came in and it was exactly what I needed. This is a true example of Customer Service.

This is the fourth motorcycle I have purchased from Talladega Cycle. The staff there are professional and competent. The main reason I continue to purchase there is the fact that I am treated as a person all the time not just as a number. They remember my name and always greet me when I come in even if it is just to browse. I feel like a member of the family there. This is the best cycle dealer I have ever dealt with in my fifty years of riding. Jason and Mike Upchurch are top notch.

The team at Talladega Cycles went above and beyond providing outstanding support and customer service. I was out riding and my bike mysteriously cut off and would not start. No power or anything. A gentlemen told me to contact Talladega Cycle for assistance. I spoke with Dave and they sent Keith out with a trailer to retrieve my bike. Keith worked tirelessly attempting to get the motor to start but no luck. He loaded my bike on the trailer and whisked me off to the shop where they were able to isolate the problem ( dead battery) and saved my riding day. I have never received such outstanding service from anyone at this level. They charged me fairly for the service and sent me away with a smile. Stop by and ask for Keith or anyone and you will be a repeat customer....Great place, with awesome service!!!

I really wanted to give them a good review. What was supposed to be a $370 carb clean turned into $510. It was one thing right after another. Added parts to my bill and didn’t inform me, put the wrong seat on, broke a part and didn’t inform me it was broken until I went back there myself. Communication was horrible. It was almost like they were overloaded with work and couldn’t keep up with things. To make things worse I got my bike home and it was leaking fuel around both carbs. I just fixed it myself instead of dropping it back off. Aluminum crush washers don’t fix everything. The owner took a little off my bill to try and make it right. The positive thing is the bike runs good, but the headache and frustration wasn’t really worth the hassle.

Good prices on parts and other items. $100 an hour to work on bikes and other vehicles.

I have been in twice looking at a side by side and the same person has helped me both times and he has been very nice and has always answered my questions fast
