I wanted to have service for my 24 ft RV. They could not do it due to the size and weight of my vehicle, however they were so kind to direct me to a garage that could do the work by calling them and giving me a printout of the directions of how to get there. Certainly an excellent service beyond any expectations. HHighHighlrecommended

Came in for a busted tire, walmart said it would be 3 hours, called Waites due to the excellent reviews, in and out shortly after, outstanding and professional customer service, not from around here but definitely recommend this shop for your auto needs!

I will never go to Waites tire in Talladega again there employees are very disrespectful, I look on the internet it says it opened at 7:30 but got there and it don’t open until 8:00, which wouldn’t have been a problem but there works talk to you so disrespectful, never will go the nor will recommend them to anyone!!

I have had pleasure experiences with this establishment in the past however the past 3-4 times I have been here it has not been a good experience. Lackadaisical attitudes and poor customer service I will go out of my way to not come here again.

I was here yesterday and had them change a tire for me . The Lady in the office was very polite and walked outside with me 😁 to keep from having to get my granddaughter out in the cold, the guys in the shop were very friendly and polite and I was really pleased with the service and price.

It was around christmas and I had a bad accident where I messed up my tires and wheels and needed new ones. I paid tons of money just getting the car out of towing. Im a single mother and I know very little about cars and I live 30 miles away. I googled a tire shop and told the tow company to take my car there. I was carless at the time and just found a ride to talladega to pay for the services and hopefully be leaving driving away with my car. I called waites and let them know that my car was on the way and also was I. The lady who I was speaking with treated me nicely but the man made me feel so low. I kept apologizing for myself not knowing much about cars because he kept asking me questions I could not answer unless I was in front of the car. The man ended up refusing my car to the towing company. He said he did not have tires and wheels for them until Tuesday. He told them he did not want my car sitting there and insisted on them taking the car else where. I told the man I will find a place and buy my own tires and wheels and bring them to him within the next hour. He still refused my car. I asked the towing place if they knew another shop and they gladly helped me. I really wish that the man I was speaking with was more human and realized that I just needed help and I was willing to pay for whatever I needed to. I just needed help.
