Most of the employees are rude. The store looks dirty, I dont mean old I know the difference.They never have anything stocked ( ever) or take cash. It could be the pandemic but the stores in Pell City, Oxford or Leeds is not like that.I personally think management dose not care.I will be going to one of the other stores for now own if it doesnt change.

I went home and realized I didnt have the books I bought. I went back and the girl at the checkout had my books set aside for me. $30 of books saved.

WalMarts can be hit or miss between locations. This store sems well kept and was a nice shopping experience.

Courteous workers. 7 minutes in and out. Hit auto home and electronics where I paid. Always a plus to get out of Walmart in less than 10 minutes.

Had a horrible experience with the grocery pickup and staff. After waiting for an hour and a half, being hung up on over the phone, having take my 4 children in to talk to a manager about cancelling my order, being told I couldnt cancel it, I finally got my groceries. The staff are rude and admit to no wrong, stoop to lying and manipulation. I feel for their poor manager. I understand theyre under staffed but there is a right way to deal with customers without hanging up on and lying to them.

What a great place to shop and take your time and relax. Love this place. Visit and you will say the same. Enjoy.

Theyre always out of things I need. Basically Im just going to quit going unless it absolutely necessary. I like the Pell City store much better.

Why do you have all the self check outs and still have to wait because they not open or they dont accept cash.

Many shelves were still empty after a week or more. Seems the problems are getting worse all the time. Used to love Wal-Mart. Not so much any more.

I love going to walmart and it would be a perfect 5 star if only more registers would be open, other than that its my fav store.

Open more registers when 5 people are in the only two lines open.Pharmacy has great service.

I came from Colorado, and this is the first Walmart Ive seen that you cant use cash at the self checkout. This makes no sense. Those machines are set up to accept all forms of currency, so by having them set to not accept cash is clearly the result of managements input. Horribly slow check out system. Yall need to fix this.

Never enough registers open. Most aisles are blocked by the employees shopping for the online costumers. Continuously out of stock of many items.

Everything you need with convenient self check out avalaible.

Did grocery pick up and I tell you its a whole lot better then going in the store to stand in the lines lol.

😷 everywhere, immediately bombarded with people trying to get you to wear them. Shelves needed stocked. Went to self checkout & the machines hadn’t been wiped in a LONG time, so you have to scan everything multiple times for it to read. Not the best Walmart.

Great staff clean rooms twice stay there will go there again

I made a special trip to the Pell City Walmart to purchase a product its app said was in stock and it wasnt. I wasted time and gas to get there and thats not the first time for this store.

I was in there for 2 and a half hours. Loved it

It was okay they have different things in different sections but the line of the store was long but it was great to shop there.

Walmarts are always cool. The only issues that I ever really have is with the customers. But, this visit was straight. Just stopped in for a few things. Had a good trip, though.

Needed 3 items, self checkout closed 30+ people in line. 2-3 associates on both sides of store just hanging out talking. Put items back and went to Piggly wiggly. In and out under 4 minutes.

I wanted a large aquarium my cart was full 😫I asked the person (stan) who was working in the department for help when i told him my cart was full he laughed ...even if my cart were empty i wouldve needed help as Im pregnant. I have social anxiety and hate having to directly interact with people so being laughed at made me uncomfortable then he helped me at self check out but the rest of my time was uncomfortable and rushed i no longer wanted any help or interaction. Next time i need something large Ill bring my own help or just wait til i can do it myself.

The older lady in the electronics section has a pretty sour attitude. I provided a sku and barcode and told her what the item was. Google hub 1st gen. She kept calling it a Google hug. Then told me if I had just told her it was called a Nest hug she could have gone right to it. She claimed she already knew they didnt have any even after the young man scanned the barcode and told me they had them, even after she went to look on the shelf with the navigation devices. (Why?) Because...she did NOT know what she was looking for. They young ladies at customer service were very sweet and wanted to help me but at that point I was so frustrated from my conversation with Google Hug Helga that I just wanted to leave. Walmart.....we are in the electronics age. You NEED knowledgeable employees working this section.

Walmart have sales. Good buys. I can shop for more than just one item. Have my oil changed while I am shopping.

Complete disaster. Shelves were empty, items were strewn everywhere from floors to wrong shelves. Frozen food section was defrosting. My last trip to Talladega Walmart

Worst walmart security personnel ever assembled. A short guy who dresses inappropriately trying to come off as intimidating harassed and stereotypes all black and people of color. Horrible hire!!!!

One of the cleanest Walmart Ive been into in a while very friendly employees the store was very well-stocked unlike most Walmart stores Ive been in did not have to check myself out a lot of people do not know yet but most Walmarts are going all self checkout

You know... Walmart is Walmart. Im never crazy about having to go inside the store to shop, but its a necessary evil. Its not that I hate Walmart, but theres never a convenient time to shop there. Its always busy, the checkouts are always backed up, try finding a store associate, and the customers can be oblivious to whats going on around them. Using the Pick-up service is getting to be a preference, but they dont provide all products for pickup. I give them 4 stars for trying.

I usually do Walmart Pickup and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always super nice and on time.

Always use this store to send money home cashiers are always quick and friendly. Not all Walmart cashiers are.

Friendly staff but store was a mess

Very disappointed in Walmart, Talladega, Alabama today. Took 30 minutes and me repeatedly asking for help in garden center. Finally had to ask for manager before I got any help. Not happy with service.

Its Walmart..

They mostly have stuff that you may need to get for your house or your animals. And they have groceries that you need for your house..

They are always empty on the shelves, never have everything I need including not enough checkers.

Only 1 place to enter requiring a great deal of walking across the parking lot. Poor selection compared to other Walmart Supercenters. Long lines at cashiers. Self checkouts have helped.

Wal-Mart has great customer service, and the employees are very friendly. They go beyond the call of duty to help you.

Do not order tires from Walmart.com and Schedule An appointment online. I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. said my tires was not there, said my name was not on the list when it was my tires was there had to fuss with 2 different managers to get my tires put all then they did not even balance my tires what sorry service

Our Walmart isnt always stocked with the items we need. This started long before Covid. Extra trips or go out of town happens often.

Vision center is great place the ladies are very sweet. As for the store dirty always changing moving things around forget asking for help with something they keep walking because head phones in ears listing to music.

This store was lacking many of the items that I needed

Its an average Wal-Mart. Parking lot is always dirty, cluttered with garbage. Employees are fairly nice and helpful and typically carries things I need. Shortage on a few items but it might not be the stores fault.
