The pharmacy is terrible every time Im in town they never have my medicine in stock, and if I try to call in early so they can order it, they say they cant until I give them a script, while other for Walgreens in the Birmingham area have no problem doing that. This time I brought my script and four days early, and when I go to pick it up they only gave me 1/3 and have the nerve to say I must have only asked for 1/3, they even over charge me saying I tried to use my discount card to early this month, No I just brought the script in early so they could order the medicine they never have in stock..Bad service every time

If I could give no stars I would. I never had a problem with any kind of Walgreens except for this one. Yesterday I had my prescription sent to this walgreens like usual (btw Im pregnant) and they always had it. Well I was told it was out of stock which I can understand but the lady at the drive thru said it will be there tomorrow if I wanted to wait. (Which I cant with the medicine I am waiting to get) we ask to send it to another pharmacy, well something happened with that pharmacy and we had to have the doctor resubmit the form (the next day) I called walgreens a few hours after I talked to my doctor who resubmitted and spoke with someone in the pharmacy. The lady I spoke to was giving me false information saying my medicine was not covered by mediciad (which I know for fact it is) and she rechecked and said that she messed up and it is covered. She sounded like she had no idea what was going on. I asked is my prescription ready to be picked up and if so can my husband pick it up. She told me that it is here and yes he can. Not even an hour later my husband goes to pick it up and another person told him that they are not sure who I talked to but the medicine was not there and is still out of stock. This is ridiculous, was told by two pharmacist that the medicine was going to be there on this day and I called to verify and was told a lie again not even a hour before he went to go get it. I WILL not be using this Walgreens again. Their staff is giving false information out on medicine that some people need to have immediate and instead I am getting run around. You have lost my service Walgreens and I will be letting my friends and family know the situation so they do not have mislead information and can receive their medicine when they need it.
