All Custom Aluminum installed our screen room and we are absolutely thrilled! From the estimate, to the communication throughout the process, and the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail...it all was outstanding! With some contractors these days, communication is not a priority. All Custom Aluminum is different. The are proactive, they ask permission first and make sure that the customer is consulted at all decision points in the project. They do things the RIGHT WAY! 5-starts all the way! Highly recommended.

I accepted a Proposal in late May 2021 for this company to build a screen room over my deck. Weeks passed; and when I called Mr. Herron on July 6, 2021, he said he still could not give me a starting date for the project, since they were busy with other jobs and he didnt mind if I cancelled.. I had to call him to find out what was going on! Glad that I cancelled the project, since if I had the room installed and a problem developed, I have no confidence that the company would timely address it.

All Custom Aluminum is the best! I used the service to screen/enclose my back porch. It is absolutely exactly what I wanted. It only took less than a day. I only waited 3 weeks while other companies claimed scheduling out through March 2021, no way. These brothers are professional and expeditiously made it happen. Thanks again for a job well done.

Chris from All Custom Aluminum provided a proposal on on the 13th of February 2019 to replace rain gutters attached to our pool enclosure and house. The proposal specifically stated that All Custom Aluminum guaranteed all workmanship and materials for 5 years. According to the Proposal and my Acceptance the work was completed in August 2019. Later, one of the seams in the gutter started leaking. I called Chris and he came out and said he repaired the seam. However, since then, the seam started to leak again. Ive called, sent emails, talked with Andre on the phone, but no response. the last email I sent to Chris was on July 15. Chris replied to my email and said he would be out the following week depending on weather. It is now Aug 20th, 2020 and Chris hasnt shown up, hasnt called or sent an email. When you have a contractual proposal in writing stating that all workmanship and materials are guaranteed for 5 years, the company should be obliged to honor the agreement.Update: Chris finally came and repaired the leaky seam and so far has solved the problem.

Horrible work and discourteous service. All Custom Aluminum has a reputation for not addressing issues with their work even when their warranty is in force.

All Custom Aluminum was a breath of fresh air! Chris, Rick, and Joe were efficient, professional, and courteous. They completed my pool enclosure in a timely manner and communicated effectively throughout the job. Rick and Joe went above & beyond making sure everything was solid and our grounds were cleaned thoroughly. Rick and his co-workers did a fantastic job on a screened room on our deck. The only problem was the weather which made completing the job in a timely manner difficult. But they certainly tried. We definitely would use All Custom Aluminum again should we decide to do another project.

Chris and his crew were excellent! They arrived at the scheduled time and took great care to make sure the job was done right the first time. Very friendly and professional. They did our original screen enclosure 10 years ago and just did our re-screen on the same enclosure.

Had a large aluminum screen room addition added to my house. Andray and the team at All Custom were above and beyond. The first contact was getting an estimate based on what I wanted and a bid. Andray came out and went over everything and included options of what I could do based on what I was asking for and not trying to up sell me on something I did not want. So not only was the bid based on what I wanted but it was fair and they were able to provide it back to me in time they promised it. Then the day came for the work to be performed and it was just amazing how fast the team was able to get the screen addition on my home considering it has the size of 10 ft by 35.5 ft. On the first day on-site they made sure to go over all the details with me to insure that it would be how I wanted it before even unloading their truck. An then the crew continued throughout the build to make sure that for any questions that they did check with me before just doing it to insure they were still giving me what I wanted. They also answered the many question that I had about things during the build so that I would know exactly what I was getting and how it was being put together at various points during the build. I was pleasantly surprised with how much time they would take to insure they fully answered my questions. Once the job was finished they cleaned up everything and actually left the area cleaner than when they showed up. I was totally impressed with the quality of their work and have enjoyed several evenings in my new screened porch. An they have even contacted me since then to check in with me and to insure that I was satisfied and did not have any issues that they would need to take care. Which there have been none and I wish I had done this years earlier. I totally trust that if I have any issue or need any work done that I needed to call them to do that they would take care of it. Big thanks to all the guys at All Custom.

Set an appointment to meet at my house a week before that date. With that in mind, I used annual leave to be be there for my estimate and when that date came the gentleman never showed. I called and left a message yet still to this date have not heard from All custom. Thats not good business practices so take this review and use it as you need. No need to contact me now All Custom as I will spend my money somewhere else.

Was supposed to look at my back deck and give an estimate on screening it in last week. No one showed up and never heard from them. I did call one more time and left msg to see if I made a mistake on the estimate date(I didnt). Didnt hear from them at all.

I wrote a 1 star review yesterday that I wish I could cancel. Andre contacted me today and I had been a tad too impatient. He was very professional and it was all a misunderstanding. Looking forward to working with All Custom Aluminum.

Avoid this company at all cost. Paid them to complete a project, but when I called (repeatedly) to let them know that the installed roof was leaking during the time when the installation project was still under warranty, although they promised to take care of the issue, they never did. In all matters relevant to quality construction -- workmanship, professionalism, and customer service -- ACA fails on every level. The problems that I encountered with this company are related, ultimately, to matters of integrity, character, and ethics.After numerous unsuccessful attempts to get this company to fulfill its contractual obligation and repair the leaking roof, I phoned another installation company for advice. Without telling that second company the name of the first installer, the second company told me that the initial installer was (most likely) All Custom Aluminum. Apparently ACA has an established, underground reputation for failing to fulfill its contractual responsibility AFTER the company completes a job.Had I known this information up front, I would never, under any circumstances, have hired them!
