We had two items both over $200 in value. We received $26.25. They start at $0 and that’s it. I could have done much better on any other web site. Never again!

Appalling customer experience. I recently won an item in an online auction and my experience dealing with Florida Estate Sales so far has been chaotic and unprofessional. They provided shipping policies ONLY AFTER the auction closed that were not included in their policies online (or terms and conditions), gave me a non-functioning email address for contact, then opened a dispute with me for non-payment when I had advised them TWICE that I had already paid (and I paid within the required timeframe). Now theyve sent me a receipt that is incorrect... the list goes on. I wont be touching them again and I would urge caution in any dealings with them as a buyer.
