Not open to the public but you have to go to the store to pick up your order from a fold out table they place in front of the store. What a crapshoot!! Hate to see a useful place go out of business but you are literally asking for it.
Went to the Tallahassee branch this morning and was promptly yelled at by a guy from behind the counter, Hey, you cant come in here! We are NOT open to the public! What are you doing in here?! Get out now! I need to lock that door! That was said I as stepped in the store to ask a question as to where I could purchase my part as the sign on the door said wholesale only. I was still holding onto the door and was barely a foot into the store. Didnt get to ask my question as he literally ran me out of the store. I figured since they were a parts store that they would be able to tell me where in town I could pick up the needed part. What a dirt bag and a horrible way to run a business. Stay away, star far away. Called corporate and filed a complaint. It is sad way to run business and will never use them again.
Bought repair parts for my home appliances for several years, not anymore. Poor policy and great way to lose money and go out of business by not selling to everyone.Good for Amazon, though.
It was a good place. Bought parts there for many years no problem. Disappointed now that they no longer sell to the public. They turned me away at the door. They switched to wholesale only.

Two ways everything would have worked out and I walk out of the store a happy camper: 1. Talk to the older gentleman, he knows his stuff. 2. Do not talk to people who are playing on their cell phone.I walked in the door there were two staff, a younger kid on the left looking at his cell phone and an older guy on the right looking at the computer. I walked towards the kid on the left because he was closer and the other guy on the computer looked busy. The young kid looked at me with a cell phone in his hand like I am such a bother to him.I told him i think my oven part is not working and asked if he can tell if its broken. He looked at the part said he cant. While he is holding my oven part, he asked me whats the model number. The guy on the right told him to look at the part, its all on there.As I proceed to check out the part, I asked about return policy. He said there is no return policy, I asked what if I got a wrong part, he said there is no return.At this point, I was a little concerned about getting the wrong thing, but I continued with my credit card. The guy on the right who was helping a customer in front of him and on the phone helping another customer told the young guy to test my part out. At this point, I realized the young guy is either lazy, inexperienced, or incompetent because thats the first thing I asked him when I came in, if he can tell if the part is broken. After my oven part was tested working, I thanked the older guy who was still on the phone. He was so busy, I dont even know if he heard me, but I truly appreciate him helping me out.As for the kid, There are so many hard working people who are willing to work and work hard, there is no reasons for bad customer service. I am not asking for a smile on the face, just some manners and a little professionalism.

We went here for an AC part and saved so much money. A year later we went here for a washer part and saved even more money. Thank you for having parts so people can fix their machines and save money!
Young lady at the counter is very rude. I was refused a refund on two parts even though there was nothing indicating that they would not. She pointed on the receipt which does not state that they would not refund for the two items I purchased. They are also priced way above anyone else but would have to have it shipped is the only reason why I chose to buy from them. Never again!!! Word of advice. Stay away!
Much as other reviews state calling them is a nightmare. You cant talk to a local rep. You have to wonder about a business that has its phone number top secret.Once you do reach them you cant even ask for basic generic universal parts without having to give make and model numbers. When you explain that the item you want is generic, not model specific they are confused and ask again for make and model like they are a robot spewing pre-canned responses.Go to any other competitors on order your parts online.
Best place for appliance parts in Tallahassee! Bring the make and model number. Watch YouTube video and fix stuff!
I manage a company that does residential appliance repair and we use this local branch for the majority of parts. Very important to understand that if you call the number google shows it connects to the corporate line. If you ask them to redirect you to the local branch you will get much better customer service.

At Marcone, they purge their invoices every two years, so if you need a copy of yours, youd better hang on to it. They were rude on the phone and acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. If I could get the part elsewhere, I definitely would.
Called a few minutes ago to inquire about a fuse, provided the part number and the markup on the fuse was $15 more then I can get it from the manufacture.
Cant talk to them. Sent thru a call center and after waiting through a que of 22 the lady hung up on me. Ill buy online through an online vendor like Amazon!
Number goes to what I assume is a call center. Ordered 2 items and Helen said they would be to us by my dads birthday which was perfect so I could make him dinner and his favorite pie. we have no way to cook at my parents house till these pieces come in as the cooktop and oven both went out after 30 years. Well Fedex comes and only ONE piece is delivered as the other is on backorder though no one said it was and Helen promised both pieces would be here together as one was available for local pickup and the other part we really needed wasn’t. The one that was available locally is what we got and no one called or messaged us that a part was on backorder (normal customer service expectation). Called in and spoke to Mitchell who said Jacksonville had “73” in stock so he would just have them ship it out. I advised him this piece came from Jacksonville so it should have been sent together. He called and they said they had 5 come in that morning and would ship it out to me. Mitchell had a bad attitude. He couldn’t give an eta till it was processed. Well here we are over 24 hours later and I still can’t get an eta. Do NOT do business with Marcone!!!! I could have ordered both pieces for half the price online and had them here already but my dad has used this store before. As someone who is remodeling their own house and building 300 more for their nonprofit I will never use or recommend this company.
They had what I needed (an oven range) for a reasonable price.I have no complaints. It was just a little hard to find the first time.Their inventory isnt huge, may want to call first.

Made the mistake of going somewhere else because it was closer to my house. Never again. After telling me they had the part, I went to the place and waited nearly fifteen minutes while the person tried to find it. When he did, it was a generic part they wanted almost twice as much for as the genuine Whirlpool part I later picked up from Marones.
The staff was friendly and helpful! I got the part I needed and didnt have to buy a new refrigerator!
I returned a part there on the 4th of Sept. Being the 17th -I called today, because the credit had not gone back into my bank account, got the run around, and worked on this situation for 3 hrs, calling, and getting put on hold, then transferred to someone else. Finally, I spoke with someone in customer service that actually knows how to do their job, they had not sent the credit thru, and now it will be 5 to 7 more business days until I receive my money back. I will not do business with this company again.BTW - I found the part online for 40 bucks cheaper!
Have fun getting them to answer the phone or return a call.
