European Edge is by far one of the better mechanic shops I have been to. My dad is quite old fashioned when it comes to who works on our cars and we are both glad we gave EE a chance. Not only were we greeted with hospitality, but quick return time as well as a FULL inspection of my car, as well as a wash/vacuum. The service was incredible and I will absolutely be bringing my car here whenever it needs service (this is coming from someone who really values their car). EE gave me a quote up front and it never changed, they took nothing into their own hands and made sure we (the owners of the vehicle) were ok with what they were going to do. I recommend if youre uneasy leaving your vehicle here, meet the staff and I am sure youll leave without a worry in the world.

Last week my wife and were going from Atlanta to Tallahassee to visit our daughter and grand kids. Our Mercedes had been running very rough the entire trip. When we finally got to Tallahassee I knew we would have to have someone look at the car if we were going to make the trip back in few days safely. I saw European Edge and decided to stop in. Thank goodness I did. They told me that it would be the next day before they could look at it and that was fine with me. I left there and got a call the same day explaining what was going on and what it would take to fix it. The next day I got a call and was told the car was finished. When I picked it up the bill was less than quoted and they even did a few things more than they thought it needed. What a pleasure it was to have this experience when on a road trip. All I can say is I wished I lived in Tallahassee! I may save my next service until I come back. Thank you everyone at European Edge.

These are good guys. Last visit I was in and out almost exactly to the minute they said the service would take. Someone even offered me a breakfast sandwich. Ladies - If you are not mechanically inclined, dont worry, you can go here. No nonsense and they dont oversell services. And its much easier than waiting forever for an appt to get service at the dealer.

I am blessed to own a 2008 Mini Cooper S Clubman, and even more blessed to have European Edge of Tallahassee, Florida to care for it. First off, the experts at European Edge, know the inns and outs of Mini, BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, and Porsche. Of course these cars are fine tuned and vastly different from American autos. Considering this, this makes of vehicles, carry higher price parts, tedious labor, and now a days the computer that makes the entire care react.I cannot stress to you enough the mechanics at Euro Edge know how to fix, and maintain the life of your car. Awesome folks and honestly the best mechanics I have ever known!

My first time here at European Edge and I will be back. Called in the morning for an oil change appt. on my Audi Q5 and they were able to get me in that morning. The work was delivered on time as promised and the value was what will get me back. Plus, they did a digital analysis so I can plan for future work as needed in the future. Plus a complimentary car wash! Definitely a quality establishment.

This is the first time I have left an online review for any business. However, I felt compelled to due so after experiencing such bad customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change for 10:00 am several days prior to that date. At that time I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and was told it might take 2 hours. I returned after two hours and my car was parked in the same place I had left it. I assumed it had been serviced. I waited over 20 minutes in the foyer while the cashier waited for the two mechanics who were looking at photos on a computer screen and chatting with someone who was obviously a friend, while I stood in the vicinity but no one acknowledged my presence. Very awkward and very rude. After the mechanics were done with their conversation with their buddy, the two mechanics left and the cashier followed them to ask about my vehicle. She returned and told me it hadnt been looked at yet, they were running behind schedule and It will be another hour. At this point I was irritated and thought about leaving but I had already waited over two hours. I returned 45 minutes later and the car had still not moved. As I came in the door, a mechanic immediately ducked into a back room and let the cashier to tell me that hopefully they should get to my car pretty soon. I asked for my keys and left. Not sure the point of making an appointment if it is not honored or explained to me up front that they were busy/behind schedule, giving me the opportunity to reschedule for a later date.

Shaun Tipton and his team are always friendly, informative, and very professional. I take both my Saab and Lexus here for service while in Tallahassee and they never disappoint with the quality of their work or what they charge me for repairs & service. I highly recommend them if you have a foreign vehicle and do not want to overpay at the dealer if they have a location in proximity. Kudos Shaun on a job well done.

Stellar service from a bunch of professionals. I took my 2011 BMW 328i in after a breakdown and they did a full inspection and even checked my work after doing some semi-successful starter repair. After check-in, I got a link to track where the car is in the service line and afterward I received an email detailing every check with associated pictures. For better or worse, these guys have a customer for life!

After a misunderstanding for the reason for the car being brought in that led to a too-long delay, were happy with the outcome. After the repair, the idiot light finally stopped after showing up several times and days. EEs attitude about checking it again was great. Were happy to find a place that repairs whats considered an exotic car in Tallahassee.

I had the best experience! From the moment of walking through the front door I was greeted by the service manager (Leon) and was told how things would work when I had to drop my vehicle off for my routine service. I was in and out and on my way a lot sooner than I would expect due to my past encounters with getting work done to my vehicle.

Gotta say, Ive never had anyone attempt to upfront try to charge me $325 for a 4 wheel alignment. Key word being try, as even though I was always Happy with the work they did before, and I drove 2 hours to make this appt, I cant entertain that price for DD 2005 Mini S. If I ever buy a Lambo, or an Aston Martin, maybe. Sorry to part ways, guys. Good Luck

Friendly and knowledgeable service! Came in as a walk-in and they were able to fix my problem within minutes. Glad to have a new independent European car shop in Tallahassee.

After having my vehicle in this shop for two weeks, the idiot light returned. I took my vehicle back. European Edge identified the problem as valve cover gaskets. After six (6) weeks I finally picked up my vehicle. According to the repair book, this job should require 5 hours. Do not be in a hurry to get your car back if you patronize this establishment.

The first impression was great. I got a free tow-in and a free shuttle back home. They constantly sent emails and text messages update what was done to the car.However, it didnt turn quite nice when I got the car back. They didnt put the engine cover and wiper blades back on because they said that it came like that and it would cost 1 hour labor. Im a little surprise because this wouldnt take 20 mins and it would be something nice to do.EDIT: I thought it would be helpful if I leave the engine cover off for the inspection, and this is why I didnt put it back. I feel like they are just lazy because I didnt perform the $610 (which later cost $810) service to remove the valve cover and inspect the timing chain.Also the inspection record I received doesnt look like what was shown in the first place (a comprehensive inspection). It didnt show tires, battery, body work conditions.Lastly, I smell and see smoke inside/outside the cabin and I wasnt told about this especially after they test drove the car.Overall, they are good at what they do but the price is ridiculous high (almost dealer like). For example, the dealer charge me $1110 to Remove Valve Cover And Check Camshaft Timing. Includes Inspecting Chain, Rails, Tensioner and gears. European Edge charges $810 (they didnt show how many hours it takes). Autowork International charges $440 (4 hours service), European Performance (located at St.Petersburg, I traveled to avoid the hurricane Michael) charges me $330 (3 hours of labors). Unless you are planning to keep your car for a long time (they offer life time warranty), I recommend you shop around.
