BEWARE! Paid $2300 to rebuild truck transmission. Left town and transmission died. Would only warranty the work locally. Now have to pay another shop to do what they should have done right previously. STAY away from this company.

I cant say enough positive about RPM. A friend recommended them when we first moved to Tallahassee. Now we use them for all of our auto repairs and maintenance. They are friendly, efficient, and fair. Only negative is that the location is not convenient; but its worth going across town for this level of service. Seems like they have many loyal customers and word-of-mouth referrals.

Everyone I have dealt with here has been great! The first time I went was with a beat up old truck they probably didnt even want to work on. The problem could have been the transmission needed to rebuilt or whatever (I dont remember) that would have been a lot cheaper. I figured it needed to be rebuilt, but they said no and fixed it. That was a bunch of years ago. I have had them do everything I need on 2 different vehicles. No complaints ever. They have always been honest and looked out for me. I dont care if they ever make a mistake (we all do). I know they will take care of it and me. Wish everyone did business they way they do!

These guys do way more than just transmission repairs. Take your vehicle to them no matter the issue.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rates are affordable. The performed work is excellent.

The guy put my transfer case shifter in backwards, apparently he couldnt figure out that it was the wrong transfer case that he put in. Do not recommend at all.
