While I do give this business a five star review, I was disappointed when I arrived to be told they dont do body work on the VWs. My service ticket very clearly said I needed my bumper fixed, so I didnt love the late notice on that fact.That said! If you call about anything just know the call center does not communicate well with the store. I was told to come in to fix my tire and the lady at the front desk looked at me like i had 2 heads. Service rep was nice but overall they made me feel out of place and unwelcome

Dustin Wheeler is an amazing person. He along with the tech, worked me in w/out an appointment and fixed my car. I was previously told when my brakes locked up that it was the ABS Control Module. That was not the case. There were other issues going on and the tech and Dustin kept me informed along the way. Dustin even discounted the price for me as best he could which was very accomadating for me. Thank you :)
