From working with Shelia on setting up an appointment, to Mike providing me with an overall estimate. Lastly,I’d like to thank Aaron for being such a big help with the whole installation process. Overall this was beyond great customer service. I’m blown away by the professionalism, to the detailed information they were able to inform me of about some of their products.

Sheila, the receptionist at the desk in the Tallahassee office, has always been professional, knowledgable and personable. I can walk in, purchase one bag of salt, pay for it and put it in the trunk of my car.The 2 guys who installed my whole-house unit were also professional, knowledgable and personable. When they were unable to trace my water line from the meter near the street to the spigot near the front door of my house, I was impressed that they actually had 2 L-rods in the tool box on their truck which they used to dowse for the location of the underground pipe leading to the house! It turns out the pipe does NOT follow a straight line from the meter! Its been about 16 months since installation and Ive had no problems with my system.

They came to my house, topped off my salt in my filter, ran a check of the system, and cleaned up behind themselves. Great work guys!

Will take your money, but wont show up to service defective systems!Then you will have to wait 4 days for a return call AFTER they No Call No Show for a service call. Then hope they show up after you call and complain. Criminals!Not the first time!

Enjoy the customer service and fast respond time. Even if I am an hour away from Tallahassee. Would recommend to anyone with alot of iron in their water.

My water was so hard you could smell it. Shiela hooked me up with a h/c water system which was installed in less than a half hour by Jeff and voila!!! All the fresh clean drinkable water I could ever dream of!! I used to buy evian water by the gallon because it was the only bottled water I could stand. This culligan system is every bit as good as Evian at a fraction of the cost. Thank you so much. I couldnt be happier.
