We have ordered take out from Nihao several times in the past and food was good. Last night was very different. The General Tso chicken sauce was nondescript and chicken coating was soggy. The fried rice was not fried rice—-more like colored regular rice. The fried noodles were puffy and stale—-not flat and crispy. What a disappointment! The egg drop soup, however, was good! Will most likely not go there again.

Ive obtained takeout from Nihao for 9 years. Ive tried the others but consistently return back to Nihao. We enjoy the Sesame Chicken, Chicken with Broccoli, Lo-Mein, Chicken Teriyaki on a stick appetizer. The family works hard and Ive NEVER had a problem. When the local Chinese buffet opened at the entrance of Killearn Lakes (overpriced) I told the owners at Nihao they didnt have to worry about a thing. Nihao is still here. 90% of Chinese food tastes the same. I do wish they had Bourbon Chicken though.

Girls day out with lunch for daughter and granddaughter. Three different meals all delicious. We sat at a picnic table and could not be more pleased.

The food is fantastic every single time and the prices for the portion size are great.

This place is great. I don’t know why it has such bad reviews. I typically try to stay with places that are at about four stars, I gave his place to shot because it’s 3 1/2 stars and really close to my work. The food was fantastic. Fried stuff was very crunchy, the noodles were very flavorful, spicy food was very spicy. I probably order from here once a week now. They have healthy options and really good prices.

I dont rate place hardly ever if the food is ok Im good .but after ordering 81 dollars worth of food I can say with all honesty none of it was any good .MY be the worse I have ever had .

Seeing all the negative reviews is shocking for me. We have been eating here for a couple years 3 to 5 times a month and have never had anything bad. Maybe we catch them in their good days. The moo goo gai pan and beef n broccoli never let us down. Will post and update if we have a bad experience after reading all these reviews. Plan to eat here within the coming days

Its hard to find a decent Chinese restaurant around Killearn but I think we finally found one. The food tasted fresh and was absolutely delicious! This is our new place to get Chinese food.

My husband and I used to get takeout from here pretty often until last night we BOTH got FOOD POISONING. It is awful. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place.

Very poor customer friendliness or service. The staff did not seem to notice when I walked in - They looked & continued to chat with one another. When a guy finally came around to the counter - I inquired about MSG - he was not sure - so I didnt order. This restaurant seems like a ruse. Its definitely not there to take care of its customers & serve quality food.

Fried fathers on the chicken wings, Yuck! The chicken soup was also a disappointment, plenty of noodles but only about 5 bites of chicken in a QUART of soup? No veggies, not impressed.

If you are a fan of incredibly average Chinese food this lackluster joint is the place for you.

Wife and I got the lunch special. Not only is the portion size half as big as others, anything fried is soggy and over breaded. Plus the fried rice is just brown rice with mixed frozen veggies mixed in. Do yourself a favor and save money and your taste buds and choose somewhere else.

I ordered a spicy dish and it was not spicy at all. The food was not fresh. The rice was old and the egg roll was burnt and old! I will never eat from there again. I dumped it in the trash. It was wasted money.

When my mom and I walked in we were dryly greeted. We sat down and I asked about an item on the menu.The guy looked angry and answered what? I asked the question again and again he looked as if I was bothering him. My mom said lets go and we left. Rude, rude, rude, no wonder we were the only ones there!!!

I would not go there right now they have not thrown away their spoiled food from the hurricane and that is what they are serving people. I called and told the lady her food was spoiled she acknowledged it and didnt care.
