We are so incredibly pleased with our new kitchen! The entire process was seamless and exceeded all expectations. Tony was so patient, answering all my questions while I went through their overwhelmingly large selection of granite multiple times (too many beautiful options to choose from). During installation, everyone was punctual, professional and courteous. Over the past few weeks we have gotten nothing compliments from everyone who comes over. If you want quality with ease, go see Tony!

Yes...ONE STAR because Master Granite was great with choosing the slab and sinks. Their installers were on time and professional. And if there werent any issues with the granite they would have 5 stars. HOWEVER, the problem started when we discovered a small spot in the granite that was rough and asked them to fix it. Tony assured us they would make it right and asked us to send a photo. I sent the best photo I could take of a rough spot and got no reply. So I called and was told someone has to come out to see it. But they wont make definite appointment times, they tell you they will come out on a certain day and you should be able to get there when they call (this was a rental property). So we set a day and I kept my schedule flexible ready to go at a moments notice but they never called. As the day went on I called to make sure they didnt forget about me and was told theyll call when theyre on there way. But I never heard from them. So I called they told me they got held up at another job. So we set another day I remain flexible again and what do you know again they never call. I finally get Leo on the phone and he says he will be out to look at it the next day...again at his convenience. Amazingly he actually did call and I happened to already be there, I told him that and I wait and wait for well over an hour for this guy to finally show up. Theyre shop is only a 10 minute drive so I call after an hour and was told he just left, hell be there soon. So he finally shows up sees the issue and agrees it needs to be buffed and they will have to order the part to do it (which seemed odd but okay) and it will take about a week. So a week goes by and I never hear from them and the process listed above repeats itself. Yet another day of waiting around for them to call which they never did. I finally put in a dispute with the credit card company. They called the next day wanting to meet NOW so we set a time for an hour later can you believe they were 20 minutes late? In the end, their price was comparable to other quotes. I dont know how the other companies treat their customers but next time I need granite Ill find out.

Tony and his team are some of the most warm and accommodating craftsmen we’ve yet come across in Tallahassee! They know their materials, go the extra mile to ensure measurements and client satisfaction, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. This is the way business should be run. We have a counter guy for life and can’t wait to recommend him to all our friends!

Master granite has an amazing selection, a little overwhelming honestly. The staff is amazing, very patient easy to work with. The total project only took 1 week and the install itself only took 2 hours. 10/10 would recommend.

We love the piece of granite we picked out, but the service after installation is AWFUL!! Apparently a spot on our granite was not sealed correctly and something spilled on it within two weeks of installation and we cannot get anyone to come out to look or return our calls. We feel like now they are actually ”screening” our calls!! Something is definitely shady about this business; the lady that originally sold us our granite and was an awesome salesperson, suddenly ”disappeared”. Im sure if she was still there, this would be handled!! We spent way too much money to have this happen and not be satisfied! RUN AWAY FROM THIS GRANITE PLACE!!

We had a very positive experience with Pamela and Tony from Master Granite. Additionally the installers were very good too. We had our kitchen and one bathroom done. UNFORTUNATELY, we had additional issues in August with the granite, which dragged out to December 2017, which never was resolved. Pamela left the business, and Tony was not only unworkable, but rude and refusing to fix the problem. I ended up having a 2nd granite company to come in and complete (and paid for) the work in my kitchen when Master Granite would not. So in closing, unfortunately, I can not recommend this company for their customer service, and lack there of, nor will I be using them in the future.

We just had Master Granite install a beautiful piece of granite on our new kitchen island. We love it! The installers were so neat and efficient. The staff gave us the best customer service I have ever received and were so helpful. I highly recommend Master Granite to anyone looking for beautiful granite!

Master Granite aka Bella Cabinets was not willing to complete my simple job satisfactorily and withheld some of the stone countertop leaving me with unusable countertop space BUT very willing and DID take me to small claims court. We settled in court and I was given my missing slab, poorly repaired and incorrectly cut. The shabby job is a reminder of who I never want to do business with and how I would never want to treat my customer.

Tony and the gang helped us through the entire process. Our new granite is just beautiful! We are thrilled with our new kitchen!

Great selection, responsive staff, had some thoughts and suggestions on cost-savings. Installation crew arrived as scheduled, and completed task, as expected. Any minor touch-up was corrected within a few days. No problems whatsoever. Would recommend without question.

DO NOT hire these people They lie and dont give you the whole picture before signing the contract. Tony will not call you. The workers dont show up on time or may not show up at all. Ours was a 2 day job that took 6 days and I still have to hire someone to come clean up their mess.

I was so impressed with how hard every member of the Master Granite team worked to be sure I was happy with their services. There were many details to be worked out and Alison (on the front desk) very patiently and uncomplainingly put up with my changes of mind and need for assistance to understand each part of the process. I seemed to have a gift for arriving just when she was about to go to lunch or leave for the day, but she was warm and relaxed and seemed to honestly enjoy the process just as much as I did. She came up with creative suggestions whenever I faltered, as did Jeff who could also answer technical questions. Every other member of the team, from the installers to the owner, Tony Bianco, went an extra mile whenever there was any difficulty. I cant say enough nice things about them and about the quality of their work.

Very pleased! After looking around town at the different companies, nobodies selection could top master granite. The finished result was beautiful .

I typically do not write reviews but disappointed with their service. They chose to place a discolored area on edge of my kitchen counter which was most visible. Many commented how it looked like a burnt spot. When discussing my frustration, over and over the manager and owner told me that people want this. After several discussions, the owner agreed to replace but when I was trying to find out a timeframe for the replacement the owner Tony hung up on me after saying he was doing me a favor.

We were referred to these people by our contractor and what a mistake that was. It took 2 months to get some of the tile we ordered when we were told by the owner it would take several days and there was no communication forthcoming from them unless we followed up. They did not honor their original quote and seemed to make it up as they went along. Even resorted to making up stories about what our contractor told them to make themselves look blameless. If there is a reply from the owner claiming that this review has to do with a former employee of theirs, that is not the truth. I struggled to give them one star on this review.

Ive had both a kitchen and a bathroom remodeled by MasterGranite and the work has been beautiful each time.

I scheduled an appointment to have our countertops measured as we are in the market to upgrade. The rep. cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled for the next day in which no one ever showed up. I called the office on the day of the reschedule to assure that someone was coming out and I was told that they would be there yet...no one came. I would never recommend this company and I highly suggest that if you are in the market for countertops you should find another company. I am not sure why the first appt. was cancelled nor why no one showed up to do measurements. They really deserve no stars but I have to put one in order to post...

We used Master Granite for all the countertops in our house. The superiority of the stone and the quality of our installation, have made our home beautiful and us very happy!

We were just there to get some prices on Quartz or Granite Kitchen Countertops. The guy sits at his computer and doesnt even get up to greet us. Then he starts throwing several numbers around after we tell him what colors we are looking for without even showing us the products. Then we ask to see the different countertops he is quoting and he says in an unfriendly manner well you wanted quotes so thats what i did while we are still inside, we can go look at them now. We decided to leave and not give them any of our money! If you are looking for customer service DO NOT go there! I would give no stars if that were an option!

These guys are the best!They did my kitchen. I moved from an original home in SC, on 10 acres, to a beach house in Panacea. My wife, who had loved the house when she first saw it, subsequently went through a difficult phase of adjustment, and I wanted to redo the simple kitchen, into something she had had in her earlier home. I walked one Saturday into Master Granite on Capital Circle, opposite Lowes, and met the owner, Tony, a unique Italian guy, whom I loved. Based on that, I ordered a Kitchen from him. Tracy Williams, from Master Granite, designed the new kitchen, and supervised the installation of it, and coordinated the installation of the new appliances, (all Miele, nothing but the best). As in any major project of this type, there were minor issues. But these guys WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMODATE US IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. We had agreed on the price, and any subsequent issues that required a touch up of some kind, there was never an issue with cost. They fixed it. I cannot say anything but the best about them. And my wifes new kitchen - simply stunning. Thank you, Master Granite!

Horrible experience! The owner is not knowledgeable and he is Very rude. The sales girls that work there are not helpful and I got a quote from two people for same material and project for two different prices in the same month.
