Went looking for tile I could afford and they had a really good selection. I found a 12x24 porcelain tile at a fantastic price. This place is really worth a try if you are looking for great tile at a great price. The sales people are friendly and most helpful. I highly recommend.

I shopped around for months and no other store in Tallahassee could beat Georgia Floors on price and service. Our sales rep was David Dicks and our LVP and carpet were installed by Tim Connell. They were endlessly patient and professional with us while we deliberated our flooring and installation choices. We also dealt with Brett and Zach on our numerous trips to the store and both were courteous and helpful. Tim and his crew did a beautiful job with the installation and were very reasonably priced. Great sales and good customer service

I recently purchased carpet for my house. The sales guys were awesome especially David, he was very helpful but the manager was really rude. I had bad experience with the installation guy, Carl. He left the job saying that it is not clean enough for him to change the carpet without communicating any of that with me. I called the store and complained about it but the manager yelled at me saying that he is arranging another guy like he was giving me a favor by doing this. He then sent another installer, he was awesome. He finished the job really fast in a day and was very friendly. He charged lot less than what Carl was going to charge me. I like the carpet and the quality but I will not recommend Carl for installation. I would give 5 star if the manager wasnt rude regardless of installation issues since it’s a third party but arranged by them.

They have a real food selection of flooring with reasonable prices.

I have used Georgia Floors Direct, David Dicks and staff, for replacing carpet at several rental units and flooring remodel at my home. Excellent job, excellent service and price cant be beat. Their installer, John Villanueva, is most reasonable, competent, and will go the extra step to make things work.

I really like this place. Selection is ok, but prices are excellent on what they have. Staff is friendly and helpful. Worth dropping in if youre shopping for floors.

Friendly folks, especially a young man named David. He helped me pick out some carpet over 5 years ago. It was a remnant. I fell in love with it. He gave me the name of a really awesome installer who had to piece it together and glue it so it would fit my odd shaped room. The installer did such a great job even after getting down on the carpet (knowing where he pieced it together) I could not see where he had put it together.

My go to for everything flooring. Fantastic customer service. Patient and helps the customer right away.

Very inexpensive vinyl plank

I checked out Home Depo and Lowe’s for carpet.They have free installation. Then came here. Installation was going to run about $500. But OMG I was getting carpet and padding for $2.50 sq foot cheaper than the others plus carpet was a better quality. David was great. Gave info and there to help. No pressure. Junior, the installer they sent, was fast, friendly and efficient. I saved over $800 and received top quality carpet. So glad I stopped in there! Don’t let free installation fool you.

Quality products at very competitive prices. Sales people are knowledgeable but not pushy. There are no hidden charges or surprises. David always treats us right.

Worst experience I had with a flooring company. I ordered laminate floors and four transitional pieces. They told me they have all the materials in place in order to do my floors, my laminate floors arrived in two days I am still waiting for my transitional pieces, I have been waiting for 3 weeks and they cant give me an expected time my transitional piece would be available. They give horrible expectations and are bad with communication would not recommend to anyone.

I give it 5 stars because of personable service and willing to work with you in the of prize, ease of scheduling consultation and straight answers to your questions.
