Worst experience with a cell phone repair service ever. Went in because the tool to pop open the sim card/sd slot had broke off in the button hole. Common issue on Motorola phones from what I am told. They guy told my daughter he had a tool he could get it out with and could we leave the phone for an hour while he got it out, opened the sim slot and replaced the sim bc it was bad. We came back in a hour and I waited in the car. First issue was the guy insisted on cash and gave her no receipt. Second he pried the sim slot open w a screwdriver or something and in the process broke the power button to where it was stuck in the on position. I would never go there again, even if the service or phone was free, no thank you.

Walked in the shop in a rush and unsure what I needed to fix the phone, Bryon hooked it up quickly, offered no charge since he showed me how I could have fixed one of the problem’s without having to buy a whole new screen, however I choose to get the new screen and he gave me a discounted rate from Groupon. Timing is great.... got my phone fixed the very same day afternoon the screen cracked again .. the phone wasn’t dropped and was in a case I called and he couldn’t fix it because the company he gets his screen from wouldn’t reimburse him for a damaged screen. My phone was fixed at a really decent price (best in town, I think) & SUPER fast! Also, not to mention, the customer service was superb. My phone was ready for pickup in literally 25 minutes. Definitely give them a try. I’ll be back.
