Worse smoke shop in town. Over priced and awful customer service. I bought a bowl and found out it was defective, the hole was too small so I went back to exchange it. When I got there we compared the two exact same bowls and the employee agreed with me that it indeed it was defective. I let him know that I didnt want my money back and that I just wanted a new one and he said that he couldnt exchange it. I asked him how could he sell me a defective product but not exchange it? He said at the time he didnt notice and there was nothing he could do about it. He then offered to give me 5$ off if I wanted to buy a new one. I laughed in his face and walked out. I will never buy from here again and I dont advise anyone else too either.

I went too this shop too purchase vape juice. I asked very specially for a 50/50 mix. The staff did not know what they were selling. They offered me and ended up selling me 70/30, which I explained would burn my coil. Which it did. I felt pressured to purchase with having confidence in my purchase. I was promised that what I was purchasing was what I asked for but it was simply not true. The staff does not know what they are selling. They are more concerned with seeking something than they are with having satisfied customers. As is I felt it was rude to discuss my requested in front of me in a foreign language. I am a foreigner myself and in customer service. That was plain bad service. I know they were speaking another language because they simply did not understand the product I was asking for.If you are a legitimate vapor, dont go here.

Not only are their prices insane but its the third time i have bought a fake puff bar from them and it wont even work. sad.EDIT - just saw that the owner said theyve never sold anything to me. I would go there multiple times a week for a few weeks until I realized that about half of the time the puff bars would not work. I have not experienced this issue at ASAP smoke shop at all. Yall should check them out.

Do not buy from this smoke shop, or any of the Smoke Shop chains in Tallahassee. I do not leave reviews, so listen. They will over charge you on EVERYTHING. Ontop of that their products are cheap and will break. I have bough two bongs (water pipes) from this store and its sister store and both cracked and withered away in a matter of days. They will make you feel like you are getting a good deal by saying how the item is on sale or they will throw in something extra for free or reduced cost. You are not getting a good deal. It will break. Some of these positive reviews are bought, you can work your price down by leaving a good review. Save your self time and money go online or shop an literally any other smoke shop in tally. PLEASE learn from my mistakes. I wont be getting thoes $200 dollars back.

I recently passed by this shop and thought Id stop in to grab something I had needed for a little while. Upon entering the employee working hardly seemed to care that I had come in and wasnt much help in finding what I needed. After finally finding it, I decided to purchase it only because I had needed it for a while and didnt know when my next opportunity to stop by a shop would be. Even though I was able to pick up what I was looking for I wont be stopping by here again. Ill stick with my regular shop where the employees always greet me with a smile and know exactly what to look for.

And I had a poor one at this location.-------------------------------------------------I purchased a glass water pipe from this location yesterday. Have been here before and wasnt happy with the prices but decided to give it one more shot. I wish I read the reviews first....the water pipe I purchased (yesterday) has a crack on the inside, about 5 to 6 inches long. All I did was put water in it, and the crack revealed itself.Im am very unhappy with this purchase. As its literally brand new and I havent even used it. I dont plan on using it now and hoping I can find a fix for this.Dont waste your time or money here.

I flew in from Ft Walton Beach this afternoon and due to the time change and with daylight savings time, by the time I looked at the clock, all of my usual vapor stores had already closed.With no vape liquid left to last me the night, I went over to Campus Smoke Shop. They were still open (till midnight, at that!). Understanding this store mostly carried water pipes and cigars of the sort, this didnt stop Jay from helping me to a selection of liquids.They didnt have the specifics my build required but Jay, as friendly as he was, saw to a liquid that could work for me. Great smell, great taste, great price.In conversation, I brought up the water pipe I have at home which had been resonated black. Jay gave me a great deal on a new piece to add to my collection.Couldnt be happier! Will recommend!

Spent about $50 dollars at this shop and it all broke within 30 days. I am pretty sure all these other reviews are fabricated based on my own experience. The guy behind the counter lies about the quality of the products, so if youre unfortunate enough to have to come here: be sure to do your own research. ( Nails should not break due to heat, and torches should not stop functioning after a week). I would give zero stars, but that option was not available to me!

Great shop overall. The small shop front is deceiving as they have one of the largest collections of glass around the FSU campus. The staff is very friendly and always makes you feel like youre getting the best price. They give advice and sometimes throw in cleaners or other discounts.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, and being a manager of a smoke shop back home, I’m disgusted . This is my 4th device I have bought from here and they all don’t work or have problems out of the box and they pretty much tell me to screw off. I mean really I bought a device as a present and it didn’t work out of the box and they say sorry contact the company, it is your responsibility to make sure customers are happy. I don’t know if they sell fake or knockoff items, but it’s ridiculous. I’ll NEVER shop here again, cause they couldn’t do a simple exchange. I will also be letting the better business bureau know, what kind of cheap shop they really are . I’ll make sure nobody I know or come in contact here in school will ever shop here. Ridiculous!!!

MOST OF THESE 4 and 5 star REVIEWS ARE FAKE. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. ALSO THE REAL CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE THEM 1 STAR WERE CALLED STORE COMPETITORS. I was offered half off but why would I continue paying money for cheap products? I am a loyal customer. I have never tried to take from them and I buy regularly. they didnt want to exchange it because they barley make profit and have to force fake reviews on google and negotiate prices because they set a price thats already WAY over charged.Purchased a silicon rubber water pipe that came with a not so heat sustainable plastic piece sitting inside that was built to keep the smoke product from falling into the pipe. Eventually this piece had had enough heat by the second week and ended up crumbling. I didnt think this was too much of a deal and decided to keep the pipe. I also purchased a near $50 glass jar one night. the store was closing and I had no time to look and analyze or examine the jar because I didnt want to hold them up from closing. I am guessing the jar had shattered at the top during shipping and handling on their part because once I went to place put the lid on after removing it, that side of the jar fell apart. I went into the store nicely and asked if I could get a replacement. Employee tells me that there isnt any warranties on items. I had not had the jar for even a month. I dont think people are frequently buying $50 jars, and it may had been sitting there for a while, wear and tear. still, no replacement. and after posting this I see that I am not the only person with glass problems so, if you want high quality pieces, DO NOT SHOP HERE. just because cracks in glass are not visible to the naked eye or doesnt jump out at you just by looking at the sides of a jar, doesnt mean they are not there.

At first I didnt know where to start because their selection was so large, but after deciding at that time all I needed was a small water pipe, I was content and still am content with my purchase. Yet, always wanting to get bigger and better, I decided I wanted something larger. When I showed up at Campus Smoke Shop this time, I was instantly recognized and even though Id only bought once, they treated me like a regular customer, and even helped me with my budget!
