I went to change shoes because of the color. The young guy was very fast and professional. I never have problem when Im in this store.

Entered the store, no greeting... walked pass the 1st gentle man working still nothing because he was mid personal conversation with a young lady. Walked to the other side of the store still no greeting from the second employee who was too busy looking in the mirror at himself. Got all the way to the door and still nothing. Needless to say I left empty handed. Post poor customer service at its best.

Walked in no greeting. I got stares, but no greeting. So, I took my money to Kids Foot Locker and Champs.

Walked in and walked right back out. The music was nothing but profanity. I thought that I misunderstood at first but after another eff this and gd that I walked out!
