I ordered my daughter a cookie cake for her birthday set to pick up at 1:15 show up at 1:30 cake isnt ready an not only did they not have the square cake I ordered, all they had was round an smaller than I ordered. Not very happy about this

I called to order a cookie cake. The person who answered the phone said - Hold on a minute. He put the phone down. Twenty minutes later, no one comes back. The phone is now off the hook and I cant call back. I was hoping to make this a quick process. No such luck. Very frustrating.

I have always had good service here. Rarely the cookies have been undercook. But this is better than over cooked. I have never had an overcooked cookie. But what led to this review was when Mr Thomas and Mrs Bell saved the day. After picking up a cookie for a graduation party, it unexpectedly made its way onto the ground. This was a BIG cookie. They were able to quickly get a new one made and as I got there to pick it up, it was finished. It looked good and they saved the day. Great customer service! Thank you!!

These cookies are frozen and then baked. sometimes, bottoms are burnt and they taste nasty!Will NOT go back there. At Easy Mail on Mahan Dr is a cookie shop inside that has homemade cookies and they are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!!!I go there when I want fresh, homemade cookies and the owner of Easy Mail will make any kind of cookie you can think of if you ask. I ordered 4 dozen for office party at Thanksgiving and everyone raved at those cookies. The Cookie Shop in Easy Mail is my place to go!

The colors are ok, I can make better ones myself, but I like cookie cakes! I wish I could buy three cookie cakes and stack them on each other like a layer cake and have different cookie types in each layer I really think it would be epic.

I believe all the all 5 star are reviews are most likely fake reviews from the employees. So the many-colors-hair girl gave me a crappy old cookie, and when I went back with the crappy old cookie, many-colors-hair girl gave me attitude and no cookie. With body-language she basically told me to shove the old cookie where the sun dont shine.Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Especially bad review for Lil miss many-colors-hair girl. What a rotten Lil B!%&#.
