I hate giving negative reviews, but in this case I think I needed to to warn future purchasers.Advanced installed our Lifmaster gate opener, and did a great job, and after hurricane Michael even came and fixed the bracket which bent from the wind, but trying to get them to come out to do simple repair has proven to be difficult at best; twice. First time I didnt know what was wrong and called, but they never called back, so I guesed at it and ordered new board and installed it, fixed. Second time just recently Lighting fried the board and batteries, and I called several times, but got no return call after I talked to Ernie once when he answered. I told him that I would come and pick up the board and install myself, but never returned that call nor followup calls. I wanted to keep it local, and I found the board(not local) and installed it myself. I guess were just a small fish, but wont be using them in the future for any other gate jobs as we are deeply disapointed in their service. Maybe they are just looking for bigger jobs other than the small homeowners or new installs. If thats the case, they should let people know. I saw some negative reviews on Facebook as well.
