Ive used this place for years now and so far it has been the best vape store Ive ever visited . I love this place

Ive got to say for the size of the store I was a bit disappointed in the limited amount of products this place offered. In addition, after visiting several vape stores in and around the Tallahassee area I found the merchandise they do sell is a little pricey for my taste.

I cant say enough great things about Vape Haven and its staff. So I my broke glass tank. Couldnt find a replacement. Guy at BossVapes directed me to V.H. Zack, my personal hero, after hearing that Im from New Mexico and bereft of extra funds and was contemplating buying cigarettes, went out of his way to find TWO tanks, and coils at a discount price. AND gave me a few bottles of water for my trip. This was a man that obviously cared more about me as a person than the profits of the sale. Zack of Vape Haven is the definition of a Man, and a hell of a good person. Vape Haven should be damn proud and grateful of their emplee. I know I am. Thanks again Zack

Great customer service and I called ahead.Showed up after running over with lawn mower and the broken glass repaired, device cleaned and back in action.

I am driving out-of-state and needed to stock up on some good disposable vapes for the road and stopped here as a new customer. The shop itself is very spacious and clean — nice atmosphere. I purchased a Hyde: Icon rechargeable (disposable) vape. Now, I’ve been in the vape, smoke, and glass industry for a few years, so I’ve seen shops that are as presentable as this one, with high prices. I’ve seen a lower-tier vape with 33% less puff count going for $30 at the other mentioned shop(s). At the time of the transaction today, I paid maybe $24 after tax. I was absolutely blown-away because I was expecting to pay perhaps $35-$40... definitely the first time a vape shop has surprised me with a great environment, good customer service, and low prices on high-quality products. I didn’t catch the manager/employee’s name, but he had a brownish-red beard and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. If I’m ever in Florida again, I’ll be sure to stop here! 5/5, customer for life 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I am absolutely FLOORED at how wonderful customer service here is. Zach and Chris were super knowledgeable about their product and gave me the most bang for my buck. I got stiffed on a product at another shop and Zach took the time to explain why the product I got wasn’t legit, as well as taking the time to correct the other shop’s mistake. Awesome staff!! Great customer service, hugeee juice selection, lots of mods and kits ranging from pens, to starter kits, to high end mechanical mods. Prices on the juice are at a very good price, 10/10 stars if I could. The store is very clean. Vape Haven wont let you down. I seriously recommend going there whether your you’re trying to quit smoking cigarettes or looking to upgrade your device.

I just took my first visit to Vape Haven a few minutes ago. Im definitely not being dramatic when I say that Zach takes care of his customers and provides the best service at a vape store that Ive ever experienced, but also probably just customer service at any place in general. Im not incredibly knowledgable about vaping and the place looked a little high end so I was quite nervous going in, but Zach was incredibly kind and walked me through the whole process without judgement. Hes incredibly knowledgable and I can tell that hes honest about his products and recommendations and genuinely cares about delivering a good product and a good experience to his customers. After we chose my new vape, he went the extra mile to assemble it for me and gave clear recommendations on how to use it.After my experience with Zach at Vape Haven, Im never going back to the ordinary vape shop world again and I couldnt recommend taking the time to visit highly enough.

Hands down without a doubt the best Vape Shop not just in Tallahassee but the world! The juices are all amazing me and my husband have been going here and here only since it opened Zack and JD and the rest of the staff are the best in the business! If your looking for a great place to go and/or you are new like me, check them out. Great people, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Answered any questions I had and made sure I was setup. I did have an issue with the new vape and they took care of me, making it painless. They even took the time to talk to my 76 year old mom, find out her smoking habits and get her setup with a vape that works for her. Definitely check them out.

Cant argue with prices, carries premium brands, extremely helpful and positive staff, wonderful atmosphere and welcoming. Not rushed, no penny pushers trying to profit on overpriced juice. Best of the best.

Not only the employees but the customers are always so friendly and knowledgeable their main goal is to make the customers happy which is great because I’ve been other stores and they try and over sell you. This vape store and it’s employees are BY FAR my favorite!! First and foremost, their customer service and knowledge on juice and hardware is out of this world!!! Secondly, they are the most friendly staff I have met in a vape store EVER. Third, they will go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you are looking for, whether it be a certain juice, hardware, etc. My husband and I are pretty picky with our juice, and there have been times I have sat in there for 2 hours or more just trying to find one I like and never felt rushed or felt like I irritated any of them with indecisive ways lol!!! I had dropped my vape and broke the glass and they had the piece of glass I needed to fix it, under $10! Then they went above and beyond by cleaning the glass out of the bottom of it without me asking. Super friendly and well priced.

After several visits to both the Thomasville Rd. and Lafayette St. shops, I really cant say enough good things about Vape Haven. The shops are super clean. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They have a broad inventory of liquids and mods. Their prices are great. Theyre open until 10pm, for those of us that work late. Most importantly, they ACTIVELY support vaping advocacy!Just to speak about their great customer service, there was a shipping snaffu (totally wasnt their fault!) but they made it right by ensuring I got the RDA I ordered!Basically, they tick all the boxes in what I look for in a vape shop. No disrespect to other shops, its going to be really hard for me to shop elsewhere at this point.

Limited selection of juices, but mostly premium juices. Prices are comparable and maybe a dollar or two cheaper than other vape shops in town. I didn’t ask for prices of vaporizers or hardware, so don’t know how much they cost, but their selections were pretty limited, less than what you would find on one page of an online vape store.The owner/manager though was something else. He was a bit dishonest about their juice selections and flavors. He accorded an award for every juice on the shelf. He showed me many juices all of which he said were the best selling juices in the world, including fake juices that he claimed were a change in name of major companies. You don’t have to lie that juices on your shelf are the best in the world just to sell to a customer. I’m a seasoned vaper and have used all of the juices he showed me. He also lied that federal law doesn’t allow him to sell one coil, which is not true either. I went to buy one coil and he sold me an entire pack. I spent $19 on coils instead of $2.5. The same coils are online for $9.99/pack.Then came the worst part, he offered to prime my coil, and I said ok. All I needed were 3 drops of juice in the coil. Well, first he put on a glove, which took him 5 good minutes to do. I’ve never seen someone put on gloves just to prime a coil. After all of the gloves showmanship, he finally put juice in the coil. I reached out to take my vape from him and then he insisted to try the vape. My intention was to let the coil sit for a while. He started vaping hard on the coil that wasn’t well primed until he burnt it. I stood there speechless watching him take hit after hit for a good 3 mins nonstop. Then when he was done, he told me that the vape tasted different. Well that’s because you burnt it, dumbo. Even a novice vaper wouldn’t take such heavy vapes on a new coil without letting it sit and soak. So basically I went to buy 1 coil, but ended up buying 5, and then left with only 4 after the burnt coil. That, is poor customer service. I’m sure he was trying to be nice but he is just so Ill informed and lied about it until he ended up hurting me. I went to spend $2.5 on a coil and $20 on an ejuice, but I left with an almost $50 bill. Just outright disgusting. I do not recommend this place. Every choice about them is terrible. And again, their juices are limited in selection, poor in quality, and expensive in price. Do not be surprised if you see juices there that you have never heard of in your entire lives and will never see any where else. I truly believe that they’re fake.
