This was one of the BEST decisions I made this year to have my Zero turn serviced at this location. I wish I could give them 20 stars 🌟. They EXCEEDED my expectations. Johnathan schedule the service for my mower and all I had to do is leave it out for them to pick up and forget about it. It was truly worth every penny paid in fact, it should have cost more in my opinion for the excellent job done. Very professional, respectable, and reliable. It was returned in a much better condition then before it left. I cant wait to schedule the next service. They do everything on that receipt youll receive when they return your machine and more. I think Ill buy my equipment from them for now on.
Got the best deal on a 1025R from Chase at AG-Pro Tallahassee.I shopped around the Florida, Alabama, Georgia area and found the lowest price at AG Pro in Tallahassee. I would highly recommend Chase as a salesman, he was willing to negotiate on price and made the entire buying experience pleasant. I asked them to prep one with a backhoe/loader and add the third function valve for the grapple in a few days for pickup. On pickup day, it was ready as promised, full tank, clean, .8 hrs on the machine, paperwork was highlighted, signed in minutes, two free nice hats (love the free swag) and the price was as promised, no funny finance charges.Hurricane Sally took out my 1025R, I less than a year I went tractor shopping, once again Chase beat everyones price. Alex helped us to get the tractor that we wanted. He went above and beyond with installing the tiller for us (which many may know requires cutting the shaft). He also had the tractor secured to the trailer when we arrived with all of the paperwork done correctly and ready to sign. I cant expressed adequately our satisfaction with our experience.

Great service!!! Purchased everything needed to tune up my Zero Turn mower. Hydrualic fluid, oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, spark plugs (properly gapped) and blades. Ag-Pro has better pricing than Amazon and I didnt have to wait. Best pricing on blades in town. You will need mower serial number for correct spark plug. They sell STIHL products as well. Great experience...

I bought a z960 commercial John Deere lawnmower it has been in there shop 2 times it was put in the shop for the same problem. It back fires when you turn it off and smokes when you crank it. They say that’s how this mower does. If the salesman had told us this when we were looking at it. We would not have bought that one. They say it’s our problem. So just beware if you want a lemon of a lawn mower this is the place and kind to get. Very very unhappy. We have made two payments on the mower. It did this when the salesman showed it to us. He said it had just not been cranked in awhile.

I was in the market for a new JD rider, did most of my research online and decided what I wanted. I came in and sat down with the salesman, he was pretty easy going about everything. I wanted to order a hitch for a my new mower to carry my trailer and he tells me oh, dont worry, they come with one. So I wait on my new mower, was told it should be in Wednesday. Friday came around and I still havent heard anything so I called, sure enough, it was in and ready to go. Got it home and off the trailer to realize not only does it not have a hitch but its dead empty on gas. So now I have to buy a hitch for it, although it comes with one and had to load it back up to fill it up with gas. I know its not that big of a deal but when youre spending upwards of $3-4k, you kinda want it to be right.Reading other reviews about people getting free swag is also disappointing to hear... None of that here.

Cant get the service department to stand behind the repairs they do. Would be great if they could keep a service writer longer than 6 months. Lance is doing a good job leading but corporate culture still needs work.
Been a long time customer of this location and have purchased a few pieces of equipment of the years. The last big purchase was an replacement engine with what I was told a two year warranty for it . Now a year and and a half later less than three hundred hours both ignition coils have to be replaced. Now, that I need that warranty, I find out it only has a one year warranty. Willing to give fourty dollars off the cost of the coils. Thanks for standing behind your equipment!

Good service from the service department. Took my riding mower in expecting to drop it off and get it back several days or weeks later. They said to give them a few minutes to look at it so I went to lunch. When I got back, it was fixed and ready to go. It turned out to be a pretty small problem to repair but I appreciate the quick return.
This store has new management. They are customer focused now, and the service department has improved. I bought a great used mower at a good price, and the GM even helped me load it up. Glad to see them up the game. I will be back!

My 16 year old riding lawn tractor was ready to bite the dust in just about every way possible. I got an estimate from the service department for the repairs which was much less than a new mower. My mower runs and drives like brand new again. Thanks Ag-Pro service department..
Called their parts department for a part for my tractor. They tell me they have one in stock. So I drive all the way from Crawfordville to pick it up. When I get there, they insist they dont have them in stock, so they never did, and said that I was not told they had one in stock. None of the service guys Would fess up and admit that I was told the part was in stock. Trust me, use the Kabota dealership instead. Theyre smaller and have less employees, but theyre on top of things. And they know what parts they have in stock.
Well here is the process you should expect:Step 1 -Meet friendly staff and drop off item for repair and be provided time it will be done. Leave number to call if repairs go beyond estimated amount.Step 2 - Wait four hours past the finish time and call. Get put on hold. Get hung up on. Call back and talk to friendly staff person who checks on item, tells you they are very busy, and they will get to it first thing in the morning.Step 3 - Repeat process until item is repaired. I have had it go a day and I have had it go a week. However the week was under the Greensouth name.Step 4 - Arrive to pick up item and find out the price well over estimate.Step 5 - Operate item and find it still does not work 60% of the time.Today I only got through Step 2. However I have been down this path many times through all the name changes and its always the same routine. Bush hogs, lawn tractors, full tractors, and today just a tire. When this tractor dies, it will be the last big green one I buy.UPDATE: They called me today as promised, the item was fixed for a reasonable price and it appears to be working. Im giving them another star....still not buying another JD, but there is hope. Service guy even loaded it for me.
I was out shopping looking around just going to buy a new lawn mower stopped at Ag-Pro was impressed with the salesmans ability to tell me about his product and the products that they sell are good products but I feel that the service department was lacking and Ive heard that its lacking from numerous people so I decided to buy somewhere else

Cost me money. Cost me time. My more expensive john deere mower actually cuts worse than my Sears Craftsman despite being new with new blades. Parts department cannot get parts correct despite providing correct model information. Original made in America part was replaced by made in China part. Seems like most American industry these days turns out crap. Make America great again.

Parts department is great, I would give them 5 stars however, they have this anchor called sales and service. Hence my review... they actually called me to see why I gave a less than stellar review (3 stars) and then repeated the terrible customer service that I had critiqued the first time! Pitiful... really bad and frustrating. I sold my JD as a result and bought a Dixie Chopper from a dealer up in GA; thats how far I go to avoid these guys! My Dixie dealer is amazing. He returns phone calls and no misunderstandings, being transferred to wait on hold or otherwise being ignored.
Had a Deere from them for a long time. They never had the parts in stock and always had to order them. They never called me when the parts came in I had to stay after them. This last time was enough. I bought another brand from a dealer that is pro-active with its clientele.On top of that, I discovered that i could order parts on the internet from other Deere dealers and with shipping, still cheaper than what Agpro charged me.No more. I am finished with them.

I bought a 5045 tractor from them in 2015 and have had problems every six months or so since I got it. When I took it in for a diagnostic and repair, I was told it was due to not changing the oil and hydrologic fluid. During my most recent diagnostic I was told it would be $1,100 to fix the problem. I decided to take it to John Deere in Thomasville for a second opinion and they were able to fix the problem for around $300. They also told me that there was no reason to have it serviced as often as I had previously been told. There is no telling how much Ive been ripped off this past year. I will never do business, just to be ripped off with John Deere in Tallahassee again.

Great customer service
Extremely slow service department. It took nearly a month to get my tractor back. Had to call twice a week and get the store manager involved. After using tractor twice the one thing they were suppose to fix broke again. Needless to say I will not be taking my tractor back there ever again. These guys are beyond poor.
Gave them art number from JD parts site, didnt have it didnt really want to look it up started talking with some one from the shop I guess told me to order it online and I would get the part sooner than they could. Dont think I will be going back any time soon. Not the way a parts counter person should respond to someone coming in to purchase JD parts.

This place seriously needs more parts counter help. I dont think Ive ever gone in there and not waited in line 15+ minutes for most the most miniscule of items. Meanwhile, the sales guys are surfing the web and yelling across the room at each other about their muddin/huntin trip last weekend. No other lawn equipment place around town works this inefficiently.

I understand you have to make a profit but 400% mark-up is outrageous especially since they have to ship in. This is the reason brick and mortar stores will go out of business.
