Big Bend Glass Company is amazing. I have been looking for 5 months for someone to hang my Dreamline shower door. They answered my call, scheduled me within 2 days, showed up early, were professional and polite and totally cleaned up(including cleaning the glass) and hauled off the trash. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them! You won’t be sorry I promise!

Big Bend Glass was extremely responsive and price competitive regards a bathroom renovation/shower project, whereas several other notable local companies werent available for weeks, or declined to quote such a project. BBG quoted a very fair price, and promptly performed the work in excellent fashion. Zach, the co-owner/installer, was professional, obviously knowledgeable, considerate of being in ones home to perform work, etc. Zach and BBG have easily earned my strongest possible recommendation.

These guys are great. When I needed a new shower door Joe came out to give me an estimate. We got to talking and I also let him give me a price on putting up mirrors in my home gym. The quote Joe gave me for the shower door and mirrors were less than what they other guys wanted just for the door.Installation was great. Shower door looks way better than the original and the mirrors look great. They cleaned up after theirselves well and even made sure they didn’t track in any dirt/clay from my driveway.

They were quick in coming to do an estimate, and promised to email a quote in a day. But nothing has happened since then. We called multiple times and left voice/text messages. No answer, no reply. This is very unprofessional and disappointing.

Joe and Zach did a fantastic job with our new construction. They were attentive and detailed. Great customer service at a great price and quality work. You cant ask for anymore than that.

Tried to find there location, left a message and no call back. Called again and did talk to someone who directed me to the website. Filled out the information on there website, absolutely no response. Will not use them. Extremely poor costumer service.
