Woman was very rude. I was at the wash for about 15 minutes and they rudely told me to leave. I understand if I were politely asked to leave since I was taking too long, but the woman parked her car in front of mine and aggressively told me that I was holding up other customers.

Excellent. Machines work everytime. Area is always clean.

I just used this wash for my two dogs and am SO happy I found this place that gives me a place to wash my dogs with warm water. It exceeded my expectations and I thank the owners for offering this option to dog owners! Thank you.

** Update, got a call back. I now know not to use my card ever again, but I had no choice. After those birds were done pooping on my car, it looked like it had polka dots painted all over it 😩Went in today 2/4/2021 to wash my car in the automatic wash, swiped my card, it never worked, hit cancel multiple times, thought it canceled. Went to a self wash bay, rinsed the car instead, and was charged $15. Called and left a message, hopefully Ill get a call back. Ive been using this carwash for years and this is the first time Ive ever experienced any problem.

Clean. Things in working order generally. One vacuum hose was broken near the end. The vacuum I used didnt have enough suction.

The rudest owners ever, they harassed us while we were cleaning our car. Please save your money and time and never go there. Very unprofessionally running place.

Someone had thrown their drink and food on my car for some reason. I came here and the owner noticed my card was getting declined and offered me some coins to wash my car off. Super nice and amiable guy. Have been coming here since my first car. Love it and will continue to come for years!

I only gave it one star because it wouldnt let me give no stars..The sprayer wasnt working. After I put $10 in it so I could enjoy taking my time to wash my car. I told the owner his reply was If you dont like it go somewhere else. OH BOY WILL I!!! I wont ever put another quarter in any of his machines.....UPDATE as of 3/7/21You can lie in the bellow comments all you like. But there wouldnt be that many people complaining if it wasnt true. Once again tried using the facility. He wouldnt let me because I gave a 1 star review. He claims it was on low preasure. But it was spitting and sputtering. Tried giving him a 2nd chance. And benefit of the doubt. He was rude again. Never will return. Dont waste you time or money on this low life.

Tried to use their automatic wash inserted my cash and nothing happened. Sat there for a couple minutes and cut my losses. 11 dollars down the drain

The owner of this facility is a smart one. The dog wash is inside an adjacent room on the side of the car/truck wash bays. Bagged and bulk ice is available. An automatic car wash is also available.

Today I went for the first time. I’m happy with the results. Affordable, nice and clean facilities. Vacuums are powerful. I spent 7 dollars and the car looks great. Machines work by the minute but if you move you have enough. Make sure you bring change, like 1 dollar bills and quarters. I would recommend to bring a small towel to dry the car outside, using the air blower takes time.

One-stop shop for a good car wash! The self-service bays are wide, so there is ample room to move around. The wash system has a lot of options for rinsing, cleaning, soaping, and the like.On the downside, the facilities and equipment are technologically dated and aesthetically worn out (Not a big deal, though, because they work satisfactorily!). The token system is a bit silly: Why not allow quarters?Reasonbly priced, and open 24 hours!!

Bad owners. I’ve been coming here for years and spend well over $20 each time for a SELF wash and every single time the owners are creeping on the customers and have either asked me to hurry up (with no waiting cars on the lot) or flat out asked me to leave while I was actively using the wash. (Again with no one waiting). Will never come here again, this is too consistent of a problem to waste money at a bad business.

Today was my first visit in a long time due to having an unpleasant experience with the owner; he was rude and condescending. I left with soap on my vehicle, the vacuum didnt pick up anything and my credit card was over charged.

Affordable self serve car wash, these are the hidden gems. Water Works is one of the best national car wash chains. Many washing options,excellent spot free. Great vacuums with shampoo and scent machines

The sprayer hose was so rusted it literally snapped in half in my hands from the water pressure.

For two years, weve been washing our 110-lb. dog here, and theres never been a problem--twice, even, a woman whom Ive always assumed was an owner or manager has complemented me on him and made pleasant small talk, and Ive since recommended the place to others when they stop to ask about our dog. Today, however, my husband took our dog there, and a man (owner? manager?) grew upset and hostile that he had washed our dog on the floor: instead of approaching my husband politely, he threw open the door of the dog room and, in a raised tone of voice, began attacking my husband, asking what was my husband doing and why would he wash the dog on the floor, claiming that theres liability involved in getting water on the floor (water that drains even as you wash). When my husband attempted to explain, the man, still angry, snapped that he wasnt going to talk about it and stormed away. Its noteworthy that the man was so visibly and verbally aggressive that he scared our dog into *cowering* on the floor. Ive seen two great Danes regularly get washed there, and they dont fit in the small tubs, either. Is this only a small-to-medium dog wash? Its unreasonable to expect that a 110-lb. giant breed climb into a small tub, and, furthermore, its unprofessional and incredibly rude to attack a customer whos been loyal for two years with such vitriol that you scare the customers dog. I can promise that Ill stop recommending this dog wash and, instead, start telling people who ask about our dog how rude and explosive the male owner/manager is.

I used the Dog Wash.You pay by the minute, so your dog better be small or be short haired. It was impossible to wash and dry my dog (a standard poodle) without paying an arm and a leg. I left with a wet dog and dried him at home using a blow dryer. The water was also cold.Giving my dog a good bath and full dry would take an hour, which would cost around $60. At that price, might as well take him to Petco.The dog area was clean and everything was functional. The owner was very helpful.It just wasnt a great fit dogs that take more than 10-15 minutes to bathe and dry.

I paid $9.00 for a premium wash & this is what my car looked like after. Why would I bother paying this price and taking the time to go to this location again??? What a waste!! Dont do it! Go to Oasis!

I took my new 1 month old garage kept car thru touchless automatic bay. I paid $9 for best wash package offered (double wash, wheels, under carriage, spotless rinse, etc.) Seems impossible, but my car looked worse after the touchless auto wash. No dirt had been removed from car or wheels and car now covered in water spots. It seems impossible. I still cant believe it. I would not return even if the wash was free. It was a total waste of money and time. Rain would have done a better job.

Place is ok. The one we used the soap didnt work that well. Will be coming back to try it out again and see if any of the other ones work better. For now a 2 star.

Probably one of the best car washes in town, everything usually works and if not the owner is there all the time to fix it and keep it maintained.

When we work hard for our money, we are proud for what we worked for. Best self serve car wash in Tallahassee. But that need longer hoses on the brushes.

Cheap and easy to use. Needed to vacuum my car and it worked well.

Rip off!! Pressure was waaaay too low in the dog wash part. Over $1 per minute on a lab with that low of pressure takes forever. In a pinch and travelling but I could have used bottles of water and saved time but I expected at least what my kitchen sink has for pressure. Already put in cash before we noticed. Great and novel idea but really? I dont advise anyone with a lab or bigger that a chihuaha really to go there.

Maybe the problem is not the place, but the owner.The same story has been happened with a lot of people including me. He does not know how to handle that kind of places.

Typically very clean, well stocked, and overall perfect. From time to time, the tri-gloss foam doesnt work, and the hand dryer for the self service bays is completely useless.

The Owner asked me to leave the bay only 40 seconds after the timer stopped.... when I was merely wiping down the water that was dripping off my car door onto my seats. My seats get water stained very easily. He stated it was rude of me to be drying my car... .though he had no clue what I was doing.Funny that he did NOT say the same to the GUY in the Cadillac SUV which I had pulled behind waiting for the bay to open. And he WAS wiping down his car.Yet even before that... I had been there for 30 mins, first to get a car wash but no bays were open, so after waiting 5 minutes I decided to vacuum out my car while I waited. I also purchased car wipes and bought tockens while I waited. Then I got behind the Cadillac SUV. It, along with another car were facing out, and the cars in the other 2 bays were facing in.The Cadillac had been there since I arrived so I pulled up behind it to wait after vacuuming. Once I pulled in, that same guy made a point to come over to my bay and accuse me of having slipped in. Apparently you have to enter from the front, yet this car had entered from the back as had the car in the next bay!!!I should have left then, versus spending another 7 dollars for the wash. He harassed me the entire time.... I dont know if it was because I am a woman but he was extremely rude and so disrespectful.I just moved here and was hoping to use this place to upkeep my vehicle, but after such a terrible experience, I will NEVER go there again and I hope women will reconsider going there.I wish I would remember that my cell phone has video capability... it would have told the story much better than I have tried to convey.

Hard to get in and out of with a big trailer. Also felt like it eat my money really fast.

Im furious, I spend more than necessary and my vehicle looks worse than it was.

Just needed to wash off my work truck. Surprised the truck fit in the bay.

Poorly run. The owner or manager is very ride and will rush you. Only one vacuum works and grounds are poorly kept up.

Overall good experience, when I asked the lady for change for $10 bill she couldnt provide it

Over 2 bays this place took 5dollars so i went and tried the token machine. Swiped my card to make a $5 purchase if tokens and of course it approved my card and gave me no tokens.

It’s good for washing your car but I just wasted $3 in three different vacuums and their vacuums are old and really don’t do anythingDon’t waste your money
