Terrible,terrible customer service Kimberly and Stephanie ...I was a customer for nine years until they doubled my take rental for a thirty five yr old tank, agreed to lower rental but would never confirm the lowered rate thus I keep getting bills for the increased rate. I asked them to remove their tank as I was leaving that company but the failed to give me a date for pickup and hung up on me. I mailed letter telling them to pick up there propane tankI went to suburban propane and they are awesome...
Purchased a property with a tank on it. As someone who has never had to deal with a propane company, I was TOLD that I had to transfer the account. At no time was I shown a lease agreement or charges that would accompany such lease agreement. The company refuses to provide any type of contract or menu of services that state what charges are applicable. I will be addressing this with my lawyer. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
We have never had problems with Ferrellgas. They are fair, the people we speak to are very professional and courteous. They hooked up the gas line for my Generac generator at a great price. Some know us on a first name basis. Thanks.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, managers never returned my call. They locked my propane tank on a Wednesday even though I called and canceled the order. When I arrived Friday, I had no hot water. Told me they could unlock it the following Tuesday. If I wanted it done before then, it would cost me $300. They did not care that my kids and I could not take a bath for 5 days. This was their error and theyve done nothing to fix it. Thats some family values they have!
2 star solely because they were prompt on getting the tank out to my house when we initially started renting the tank. However, I called back in February to have the tank picked up and was told it would be a couple months before they start picking up tanks because they do it all at once. Come June, the tank still had not been picked up. I called back and was told I needed to be put on the schedule (why was this not communicated the first time?). I requested to be put on the schedule and was even given a time frame between 10 AM - 1 PM for tank removal. Now, day of, just about 3:30 PM and I had to call them to figure out if I was still on the schedule to which they assured me I am. However, I was told there is not a sense of urgency for pickups. Why even give a time frame if thats the case?
As a former Ferrellgas delivery driver for 7 years I really enjoyed working for them in the South Georgia area. I have no complaints.
Ive been a satisfied customer for 7 years and Im looking forward to many years to come. Ferrel Gas customer Service and Route Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and personable. They listen to my needs and provide the best service possible. They go above and beyond to meet my requests and often times they exceed it. Running out of propane or having an issue with your propane tank is never the optimum situation. I cannot express how happy I am with my recent experience with Ferrell Gas. Not only did they repair my system immediately, but a short time after, I unexpectedly ran out of propane. They came out the same day at 8:30PM at night even though I know I was way out of way, and filled my propane. I would recommend this company to anybody and know that they are a company you can count on when you need them.
Very displeased with their response time this is day 2 that I am waiting for some one to come inspect my tank for a leak and refill it because Its freaking empty now from the leak... I guess customer safety is not of ant concern at least the tank is empty now so we dont have to worry about our safety to much.. I would love to feed my family a warm meal though...

Its been a terrible experience. I bought an older stove . I wanted it checked out. I was told it would be 90$ for a,service call. So I asked if I could bring it in.There was no mention of a time . I drove 45 miles 1 way with the stove . Yes it was just before closing. My fault. But there was no one there to help unload it. So I drove it 5 more miles to put it in my Dads truck . For him to drop off the next day.Then I went at my break to check on the progress of the safety of it. 2nd wasted trip.Got a phone call that the stove was not good . Ok . Next day went to pick it up. I walked in 2 people in the office 1 man 1 woman . The man handed me my connection line . And walked out the back door. I thought he was going to meet me in the back to help load it.Nope he got in his car and left.I got upset Im not afraid of work I went back inside . I would have had to wait until Tuesday to drive back. But I need to return the stove.I went back inside. I ask the lady to open the door and I would load it .Its raining hard. And she opened the reg. Door not the roll up door that I could have back into out of the rain.No I got the stove out of the building and she closed the door. Im 127 lbs . Woman 53 years old.And she bragged about their customer service.Oh on the good note. She did type me a note so I could go get my money back for the stove.I wanted to scream !!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE .I WENT TO THE WRONG PLACE FOR SERVICE!!!THEY HAD NO ONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THAT MEANS .
