Great staff, always goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you are looking for. I was looking for a particular golf bag and they went out and found it at another one of their stores and had it delivered. On another visit we were looking for shoes for my daughter, and they went online found her size, and had it delivered within the following week. Will keep coming back!

Needed to purchase new clubs for myself and husband. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the difference between brands and what we needed.

It was great they were very professional and I felt as I was at home!

They took time with 2 young boys on driving simulator. I was impressed with the help they gave them.

Since I was there last, they have remodeled and have a lot more golf things for everyone. It looks great. The salesman was quite helpful.

There was a time when I bought stuff just a cheap as I could find it. Ive evolved since then and I have learned that there is value in local service, and supporting a local business. In general, for any goods, I will do business locally and pay 10% more or whatever to do it if necessary and our Edwin Watts is a good example of why. David and Jessie (in particular) are always eager to please, have a good understanding of the equipment, and are just genuinely good guys who thankfully happen to love the same game I do. The hitting bay, demos, and inventory are a nice resource but the people are why they get 5 stars.My only gripe is an industry wide one. Unless I just cant resist the new hotness, I buy last years stuff. Maybe two cycles since some manufacturers dont make it 9 months without making their last great big innovation obsolete. I wish these stores would make it more of a point to sell off these things instead of ship them off to another store in bulk. Im sure this is a facet of the business I just dont understand the realities of but I wish I had more opportunity to buy these things locally.Thanks guys.

Really great golf shop. The staff were very helpful in providing information on what I should buy, and where I should look for future purchases.They werent pushy, and as a complete newcomer they were very laid back and helpful in giving me the information I needed to make a smart purchase.

I always have a great experience when I visit this Edwin Watts store. The sales people are very helpful but not pushy and they’re able to help me find everything that I need except for a golf game. I recently went in to buy a Father’s Day present and found it with the help of the sales person who was super friendly. I liked the present so much I asked my family for the same present for Father’s Day and got it, what a great training aid the putting green is.

Love this golf store! Bought a Footjoy windbreaker today for a little over $100 bucks. As most of us golfers know, apparel and equipment can be quite expensive, but at least this place has a lot of mainstream brands to choose from. I would say you can get all your golfing needs here. Currently they are running a buy 2 get 3rd golf shirt free!

Go see David or Bill. They take the time to listen to your shot type, distance etc, before making their recommendations, instead of pushing a club on you for a sale. I bought a new 3 wood and hybrid with Davids help and played them both for the first time above expectations for a new sticks.Bill and David are very patient and listen to what you want before fitting you. Both guys are top notch in my book.

I avoided the location for a while due to the staff. It just didnt seem like they wanted to help you if they didnt already know you. Not this visit! Very helpful and knowledgeable young man treated me like he knew me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Ill definitely be back.

I bought my panicked husband a nice pair of shoes here the last time he played because his old ones had bad cleats. They were not very expensive and he enjoyed them. They came highly recommended by the staff who was very kind to me. I would go back.

Stopped in randomly to get a flat cat grip put on my putter, staff took care of me and I was good to go in ten minutes. Staff even thanked me for my business as I walked out.Would like to rate higher but may edit my review after a club fitting session and more time spent in the shop.

Was looking for a new set of irons. Great help and recommendations from staff. Got to hit some shots in the practice area. A very good buying experience!

Found a couple of hats for the wife and got a deal. Did not find their prices to be any better or worse than other golf stores. So just average. Service was fine. Associates did not harass you but were available to answer questions.
