I went to our local office and saw an inogen one. I called out local number to inquire about availability and it was impossible to speak to my local office! Only a call center. They said they didn’t take calls at the office. So, I asked the call center about getting the inogen one. They told me they didn’t carry it. I said they showed it to me in the office. Does anyone know anything?
I unfortunately, have WellcareMedicare advantage plan. So I have no choice as.to what.dme.company.i use. Its taken me.mo tbs.of.co stant.calls to get a sime.tens unit. They either dont.have enough employees, or it is very mismanaged. They act as if they ate doing you a favor to return a call..So.eo e should let the owners.of this company how business essential is being done.at this location.
Very unhappy right now. Had a great experience getting my Aunts wheelchair. Then tried to get a shower transfer bench from them. After having the order all set up except for the cc# we called, had the prepared order cancelled, an unusable shower chair was delivered. Another follow up call got the run around. I demanded to speak to a supervisor, still waiting 8 hours later. The local guy is great, the call service center is lousy
Waited 40 minutes to speak to billing. Listened to the same message 80 times. WTH??????? Waited 30 minutes after a labyrinthine maze of transfers and repeated entries of information to reorder oxygen. Listened to same message 60 times. Worst system imaginable both nationally and locally.
We lost money on airline ticket based on false information given by this terrible company! They lied to us about supplying an oxygen tank for our family member with COPD up until the day before she was to travel here to move in with us. If I could give them xero stars we would. Please dont trust this company especially the branch in Tallahassee Florida.
The local Tallahassee number is on the website but when I call it I get Customer Service who tell me they would not be able to help me. Ms. Humphreys name was given to me by Mary Humphries my Humana agent. Also when ordering my C-pap unit they tell me I have a 945 deductible, which I do not have as I am in net work. Please choose another company if you can. Employees with this company lied to my family more than once. They kept saying order was on the way...it never was on the way. Also, they say they will call you back and it doesn’t happen. Life or death, they appear to care not a bit.
The customer service representative was rude and very impatient. They left a message on my voicemail that was barely audible, then the guy on the phone didn’t even give me a chance to grab my insurance cards before rushing me off the phone.
