And both owners have now blocked my number on their phones, so even though I paid MORE than they asked for, and I was assured during quarantine they would not forget about me, they did.Again, the work they actually did was great. What happened since is the reason for the rating.

I had Discount Flooring Depot refinish my entire house of hardwood floors and the job was terrible. Floors are rough and the stain color is uneven. The stairs have streaks and are a completely different color than the floors. Dont be fooled by their great prices, theyre cheap for a reason. Everything they did was sloppy and unprofessional. I has a bunch of properties that the floors were refinished and this was by far the worst refinishing job!

Do not have this compay Rachel Wilson do epoxy countertops for you .The job itself is horrible there are light spots that you can see the old countertop through very bad runs all over counter drip marks then she cover floor with paper and got epoxy all over the paper and it soacked through in spots the floor is not 3 weeks old would not give a receipt afterwards and will not answer our calls or texts even took down her Facebook page and adds on market placeWhat a scam will be contacting a attorney

How can anyone recommend this company ?? They are unprofessional at its best !! Made my home a complete mess and DESTROYED my countertops and $2000 worth of flooring !! Will not return phone calls, I was told I would get an emailed receipt and still nothing !! I was told alcohol would remove their messy errors with epoxy ...WHAT A LIE !! Shame on you both for being so deceitful and not making any effort to fix your mistake ! Scamming people will catch up with you !
