The store is very clean and the pickup truck I rented was brand new, and it was returned washed and spotless. The reservation was made online so it was a fast in and out. They estimated 480 dollars for 1000 miles but they only charged me 425 for almost 1200 miles. If I ever need to rent a truck again i will shop here again

Drove all the way there to find out the truck we reserved wasn’t available. They were “hoping” another would get there before us but it didn’t. A simple phone call would’ve been nice to let us know so we didn’t waste our time. Sent us 25 minutes away to Wadsworth which made us late for our movers. When we went to return the truck at 6:46 on Wednesday the doors were locked (they close at 7) and the lady that answered was rude. Pretty much an all around bad experience from beginning to end.

I dont know who is working today. I sent co-worker to pick up an item in storage. They I have the keys and the correct code did they went to the empty and the lock is gone back to whoever is working we tried to explain whats going on he told me I had to get it in person even though I live a thousand miles away and hung up the phone. General manager is allegedly not at the store I need assistance ASAP and we need to locate my item

General Manager is just awful to deal with. Please save yourself the hassle and choose a different Uhaul location

The lady at the counter was very nice. Showed me my way to storage, met me outside to go over the truck I was bringing back. I will use this place again

General Manager is very rude, don’t recommend this place at all.
