The place is very large. Bigger than I thought it would be. Tons of stuff. Almost everything you would need for a house. Cleaning, organization, kitchen and dining, planters, etc. And everything reasonable priced.

This place is cool! They have alot of affordable rugs, chairs, lamps, glassware... etc. They always have good holiday decorations too! Old time pottery has a ton of the joe beanbag chairs. Oh yeah, they have the best selection of affordable pots, indoor or outdoor use.

Over 7 years this store has never been so clean and organized.Great new light colored furniture. Jon The manager was busy replacing product and saw that the line was getting long and he offered to take the next person in line. Halloween and Fall items are in and at extreamly affordable prices. Happy Shopping Day ;)

Lots of empty shelves, dust literally everywhere and on everything. We were the only ones in the store the whole hour we were there and the one dude outside was just giving us a weird stare as we were going in. Spent $100 on two sets of dishes just to find two broken bowls and a missing plate, but I’m in the middle of moving and don’t have time to come return the dishes, plus I just don’t want to go back. Before loading the stuff in the car I had to dust the boxes off because they were disgusting. I even bought a vase to find the wooden bits are peeling off. Everything is overpriced for the clearly terrible quality they are. This place was recommended to me, apparently it used to be very popular. Clearly it’s going downhill. I’m never coming back here.

The staff who checked me out was friendly and efficient. One must be willing to take his time looking for what is needed. There are many items on the shelves to look at. Sometimes there is no price tag on an item. That is frustrating. If you are creative this store may be a place to shop.

Very store. Arts and craft, linens, towels, decoration for the exterior and interior of your house. Did not have much time to explore but I liked many things there.

Terrible customer service. The cashier was taking his time showing videos on his phone to another customer. I’m sorry but that is unprofessional, since there is another customer waiting. He later proceeded to speak to someone else and was using profanity and completely ignored me at checkout. This store has changed a lot since I last went there. Will not go back there again.

Didnt really find what I was looking for but found some nice pieces to make it work. There was no bathroom shelving or over the toilet shelving in the store at all, bummer!

I went there about a week ago, I was buying some furniture when I saw a young man that worked there being not yelled at but aggressively talked to by what seemed to be a manager. The situation was very uncomfortable, I ignored it. Another thing there, Let it be known that it is very hot in there so I couldnt really shop there for quite a long time. When I went to the register, I was attended to, I saw the same manager but this she was talking to a cashier. She was also aggressively talking to her, and when she was done the cashier look distraught. She awkwardly handed me the money as the situation was very uncomfortable. The manger there was very rude to her employees, it makes me sad that such good company could be hiring such bad people. The manager name started with Ani i think that was her name, but all in all the the store isnt that great. I hope it gets the treatment it deserves.

Im sure the store has some nice things there but it was so dirty inside it was hard to look around. The roof was leaking, the shelves were dusty. Things had been open by customers..Just unclean in certain areas..I personally couldnt make a purchase.

Go there from time to time. A wide variety of things to choose from even if youre not looking for anything specific you may just come out with something. Prices are not competitive in my opinion but the sales are.

This is the only homegoods store that I have been to this week that no longer requires masks. Sad. The staff was very nice. Would have liked to see more colored bakeware.

Its an awesome store & has all kinds of different items. The prices are reasonable. Ive been going here for many years. However, I was very disappointed with the staff. The cashier wasnt very friendly & acted like he didnt even wanted to be there. Its ashame but with an I dont care attitude doesnt make shopping desirable.

Not crazy about the store... Kind of dark & dingy and most of the boxed items are opened and have missing pieces. Prices are not great - there may be bargains to be found but I didnt find any. Actually, the furniture is extremely overpriced for what you get. Didnt see any employees on the floor. Theyre are many knickknacks and probably some good small gifts but I wasnt impressed.

Really shocked that they never seem to pull in their shopping carts. Sorry, but if I have to go find one in the parking lot Im just getting back in my car and going to a different store.. their stuff is too expensive to not have someone bringing shopping carts back inside 🙄

Looks like nobody is taking care the store. A lot of empty shelves. Other thing they said online that the store is open every day 9 to 9; also in store there is a sign saying the same thing, when is close on sunday.

Overpriced but has a good sale on yarn.

Price of product was $50 more than sign on display of product. When I pointed that out, both the cashier and the manager were obstinate and rude, saying that the sign referred to the product next to it. When I said that this was confusing, they both argued with me, completely unapologetic about the misplaced sign. Definitely lost a customer.

This Store has gotten better over the Years by Carrying Better Quality of Household items, Outdoor items, furniture, Towels, area rugs, throw rugs, planters for both indoor and outdoors, patio furniture, bedroom furniture and much, much more. Its a Huge Store, which you can find almost anything for the house. My experience with the Staff has always been positive. They are friendly, eager to please and help me when Ive asked for it. I definitely recommend you check them out.

I spent an hour or more shopping. When I ready to check out the line was ridiculously long. Several people before me as well as myself left our carts and walked out the store. There seemed to be a lack of cashiers. I was disappointed because I took the time to shop and to wait in a long line that was not moving was quite disturbing. I guess I didnt need those items right now🌺

Just called to make sure they had an item in stock and when I wanted to confirm rep knew which item I was referring (solely because she was also talking to another customer at the same time, ) she responded very loudly and rude. When i brought to her attention that there was no need for the tone, she proceeded to argue with me, no apology, horrible customer service, very disrespectful, my children have better manners, please train your staff to be civil.

OMG where do I start? The lines are always out of place. Horrible customer service. Over priced objects. I will never visit here again. Do not shop here!!!

BUYER BEWARE - This store is happy to sell you an empty cardboard box with no merchandise In it and refuse to correct the error when you return THE SAME DAY WITH A RECEIPT AND THE BOXI will be contesting the charge with my credit card provider.

I love this place! So many wonderful finds for the home. My only disappointment is the confusion with the pricing. Sign said red label items are 50% off, but that is not the case. Most item prices are in red or in black, but to get the discount is only for items with red sticker. I ended up paying double what I expected since most of the items I purchased were in red but discount did not apply. Great store but they have to clarify the pricing of items of what is and is not discounted.

Nice store, but there is a cashier (white male) who is very racist. I don’t his name, the receipt said shadae. There was a white lady in front of us purchasing a few items, he offered to give her a coupon even though she did not have any items that qualified. When it was our turn and he finished scanning everything, my mother asked if there were any coupons, he turned around look at us and said no our coupon is them being open. Digusting behavior from an employee. Managers please remember the employees are a part of representation.

The inventory is wide and diverse.

We will not go back to this store EVER!!! We travel from Pembroke Pines and the last 2. the one Check out lane THEY HAVE OPEN, is wrapped around the front of the store!!! Come on manager WTH?!?! This is unacceptable!!! Specially in the times of social distancing!!

There are only a few of these stores and were fortunate to have one in Tamarac. They carry everything for the home- from cooking utensils and pots n pans to seasonal decor. I always find goods on stock that are advertised. Its worth a trip to visit.

Do not waist your time coming to this location. They had so many people standing around and leaving the place. They had no shopping carts they expect you to hold all your items in your hands. HORRIBLE customer service I left with nothing I came for and the ride lady at the front could care less. 5 of us walked out posses off. They need to close this location or hire new management. Huge waist of my time.

Stopped here on my way home with the intentions of picking up some items for my home. This location is big and they have a big variety of items. I mainly wanted to see if I could find a comforter set, a mattress cover and some new pillows. I was able to snag a deal on the pillows and mattress cover but it was a doozie for the actual sets. Everyone is different and even with many different styles, nothing stood out to me. Aside from that, they really do carry a good selection of kitchen ware, small kitchen appliances, decor for your walls and they have nice accent pieces. The associate I spoke to was very pleasant.. my cashier not so much.. in overall, I would still reccomend this store for your home good needs

Great stuff at good prices but you have to be careful when paying at the cashier. Articles announced at rebate price not being honoured at check out. Unfriendly cashier with a bully face. Too bad cause the store itself is fun to shop.

I absolutely love Old Time Pottery. I always find a great selection of things whether its furniture, wall art or garden items, all at great prices. I work in retail myself and when my customers cannot find certain items at our store, I always refer them to yours.

It’s sad because it’s the only location in the area.., they are low staffed no management and absolutely horrible customer service ...it’s 110° in that store can’t even look at stuff because you’re sweating...Only store I walk out of with sweat running down my face!

Dont let an employee take up a lane, when only two are open, so she can buy discounted items, over 100, and then start returning the ones she thinks she paid too much for while lines for customers to check out grow longer and longer. Waited over 20 minutes to return one item while this pinhead talked on her phone and held things up. This store just keeps going downhill. Shame because it once was a fun place to dhop.

It has a variety of things for your home, indoors and outdoors for a great price. There seems to always be a sale going on. Only thing they need to improve on is asking if you need help with anything. I had to find help.

Great place to find things to decorate house and landscape.

Worst customer service experience! They have no selling skills, no empathy, no communications skills! It seems that they prefer to have the store empty than to work and help customers! Impolite! They even asked me to come another day even knowing that I live 1 hour and a half away!

Employees were very helpful and polite. They assisted me until I got what I needed.

An interesting place to look for whatever you cant find anywhere else. There is a lot of stuff in this store from cookware to patio furniture to pet supplies. Some of the values are pretty good, but you have to look carefully. There are a lot of pieces that are chipped, scuffed or lopsided. So before you buy a table from one of the shelves, set it on the floor and make sure it doesnt wobble. We tried six different tables of the same style and only found two that sat flat. The store could also use some cleaning up and organizing.

This store has everything -kitchen supplies (utensils, dishes, electronics etc.), paintings, some furniture, rugs, and a decent selection of pottery. It has a HUGE selection of wall decor and during the Christmas season, wide variety of holiday decor.
