Its one of the better Publix in the area. It caters for all my grocery shopping and beyond. Produce section always carry fresh fruits and vegetables. Meat and sea food section always has abundant variety. The pharmacy is good too. Staff is super polite and helpful. Customer service centre is also very cooperative.

The Midway Publix is the best Publix. Love the bakery. Always a big selection of 🎂 cakes, 🍪 cookies and 🍰 pastries. The Deli has great fried 🐔 chicken and the best subs 🥪 made fresh while you wait. The Pharmacy is great with a number of medications are available free. The 🍖 meat and 🐟 fish selection is the best around. And the produce 🍅 is fresh with a large selection 👌. The store is very clean and well kept. All the employees are friendly and helpful. We love shopping here. :)

Very nice crew at publix. I must add. At the service center, I needed to use Western union.. it was a complex money transfer.. the person that helped me was so patient I feel horrible that I cant remember her name.. but she has such a bright smile you could see her smile through her mask...But just to give her credit for taking her time, being so patient.. and so supportive as I was attempting to make this money transfer..Finally we had to consult with the manager, who took the time, patiently, to assist in completing the transaction.I guess the take away from this is that at Publix, groceries arent the only thing they have perfected.. as we know.. and why we shop here.. is that public is the Hallmark of customer service..Btw.. please like if this helps.. and also follow so that I can continue to bring you helpful reviews of my experiences. Deli out of tuna. Both kinds (pre-packaged and seafood prepared). Also the customer service area was confusing. Should there be 1 line or two? Is Social distancing no longer relevant here? Area too small as its very busy here. Hard to know who is next for which service.

I have no idea what is going on in this publix deli department. Every day is new totally untrained and confused person. I walked away with only half of the items I intended to get. There was no one in charge to assist. This is not the first time. This is the reason I started going to different locations.

Got some groceries here while staying in the the area while on vacation! Store was clean and the staff was friendly. We also got some of their famous wings from the deli...they were pretty good!

The people that work at this Publix is the reason I choose it. They are so kind and helpful. In addition, the BOGOs are great for my family!

Worst Service Ever !!!!! I am highly upset as my sister went in to order a cake and pastries for my nephews 2cnd birthday. Growing up my mom went to Publix every year to order a cake specially made for our birthdays and we have never had any issues. This Publix turned those good experiences to the worst. When ordering my sister was met with a man who didn’t even cared to help and didn’t even know what was on the catering menu neither could he find it. He could not help explain how to go about ordering for the ice cream cake neither. On the day the cake was supposed to be ready 30 minutes before she got a call from a worker saying “there’s to many things circled on this order I don’t know what to do or how to prepare this.” My sister calls back explained that the man she originally ordered with didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the lady basically assured her everything would be ready for the time she originally expected. When she went into the Publix the workers claimed they didn’t know about her order and after waiting 40 MINUTES for a cake and catering she ordered 4 days ago! She had to pay full price about 92 dollars for pastries that were half empty and Seemed to just be thrown on the platters and a cake that looked like the person who made the design could care less. My sister came home crying because of this event. Worst Publix ever I do not recommend this place to anyone trying to order a cake for a special occasion. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Employees are rude and have tempers. A woman named valeria yelled at me as I tried to assist my elderly grandmother. I tried explaining the situation to her and she proceeded to be rude. Unacceptable behavior. Employees should try and deescalate, not challenge customers. Laughable

Terrible customer service. Ordered 4 platters to be delivered to a familys home yesterday afternoon for an after viewing gathering due to a death of their mother. This store called me earlier in the day to say they were out of wheat bread for one of my platters and wanted my okay on how to proceed. Who runs out of wheat bread.? You have your own bakery? But this is not important and I really was okay with this. What upset me the most was that according to my instacart notifications, 4 platters were delivered early afternoon. When I get to the viewing that evening, the family member tells me we were told to tell you someone dropped one of the platters and you will be credited the cost. What is that! Why wasnt I called by the store? What if that platter had been the only one to be delivered...what then? You didnt even give me the opportunity to send something else. And who dropped the platter? In the store...the instacart delivery person? I know mistakes happen and I would have been okay if you had just called me to tell me what had happened. I dont want to hear apologies from your instacart care team..I wanted YOUR store to call me. Shame on you store #302 Midway Plaza.

When they have Bogo or mark downs they post least amount to highest on card in front of products. Hiding each original price so you have to guess or wait until you get to register.They finally posted cost of their bread under item. It was always a wait and see.Poor customer service here too.Husband asked about a product and a butch associate wouldnt even look at him as he asked questions or as she spoke. Surprised she even responded.

This supermarket is just a great place to shop. I wish Publix stores were in my part of the US.

Horrible customer service at this location. Publix is supposed to stand out from all of the other weak grocery stores but this location needs corporate to revamp and rebuild the workforce.

Dont really shop here but use their pharmacy EVERY SINGLE MONTH. They always have all my meds on stock and if they dont, they will go out of their way and fill a partial script for you so you dont run out while your order is coming in. Awesome, friendly staff.

CALL THE POLICE on me! I was in the 10 items or less line with 5 items over. Other lines super long and no one was there. Omg, the cashier told me after I had put the items on the ban that I had to go to the other line. She refused to ring up my addition items, then spoke in spanish to her co-worker and had him put the addition items back on the shelf!! I have never experiences this kind of customer service in Publix EVER! I can go to Walmart if I wanted to be treated like this!! I told the manager and he said it should not have happen and he would take care of it but did not offer for me to pay for my additional items. I showed him the guy walking away with it and he just walked behind the customer service desk. I am sure he did nothing.

This publix consistently fails to have online sub orders ready. I go to many other publix throughout broward and they are usually pretty good with either having the sub ready or someone will immediately begin making it if its not ready. This deli dept cannot find the online ticket order, the sub is never ready even if I go 15-20 min after when its supposed to be ready. It really is a shame especially since this is the publix I shop at for groceries. PLEASE DO A BETTER JOB OR GET RID OF ONLINE ORDERING AT YOUR STORE SINCE YOUR DEPARTMENT CAN OBVIOUSLY NOT HANDLE IT.

Enjoy publix stores. Just baffled why they dont use similar layouts at all their locations. From store to store you have to hunt what youre looking for. Very confusing. I dont like that. They should simplify your shopping experience so you can flow through each store while making your selections. Did not have basics I was looking for

They were out of rotisserie chicken at 6pm no more ready for at least 1 hr.I left.

Incompetent pharmacy staff. They acknowledged their error of dispensed me inadequate supply of critical medication for months. However, to this day I am still waiting since June to hear back from Pharmacy Manager and get a resolution for their ADMITTED error. I would not recommend this Publix Pharmacy not even for an aspirin.

People with a full cart are allowed to be in the 10 items or less line with a manager watching and saying nothing.

The staff are welcoming and professional.
