Their customer service is honestly the worst, most harassing customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. They harass me before my bill is even past due. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone, I can not wait to no longer deal with them. They definitely need to be more diligent on their hiring process and most importantly they took my money out of my bank without my permission. And just charged my card because they felt like it without my consent. Completely illegal! I will be reaching out to the business bureaus in regards to this company.

Went there and got a dryer, big mistake. Since I had the dryer management has changed. The girls that are there now are rude and disrespectful, I will never rent from the rent king again. Also they claim they didnt receive a payment, to this day they still havent resolved the issue. The only thing they are worried about is money, not the customers happiness. I will be calling calling corporate. The worst place, horrible employees, and just plain out rude. Gabe them 1 star but actually they deserve 0 stars..

Went in to the town and country store to get some things. Got a patio and dinner table set from Rent King. I ask them to set up my payments for One year and they said they would. Told me the price how much I would pay each month for both sets. Fast forward one year I am still paying for it. In fact they said I owe almost 2k for it. I have already paid 2400 for a average sets, so I will pay over 5k for 4 pieces of furniture. You have to watch out, they gauge their customers and will lie about the pricing. They make you feel like it is a deal but in reality they steal from you. You have be warned.Also, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Two days ago i went to this store that was recommend by a friend that told me they always have good deals. so i wanted a washer and dryer set which i wanted to buy cash and the manager rudely told me he doesnt have any cash sale washer and dryers when i clearly see a line of them and used at that. He wanted me to put them on payment which i refuse Because i wasnt going to pay the interest. The young lady that was there apologized to me and i left. Not a friendly manager who refuses cash ? So i went some where else and bought a set but i wouldnt recommend this place manager is cleary unprofessional.

The new Manager Yahida was such a breath of fresh air. She went above and beyond with her customer service. I greatly recommend this location

I been renting from this place for years but for some reason they get rid of all the good managers. You call to speak to the manager theres a new manager and horrible with his people skills. Once i pay off my stuff i will no longer do business with this company. Dont rent in this place.these people cant keep there employees for some reason.

I have been a customer with store for 6 years. Its a shame how this store has become. The manager back then was felicia and let me tell you something she had an awesome team back then. It was felicia, jimmy and amanda and others. All 3 of them have always worked with me and respected me. Fifi left and jimmy and amanda stayed i still love however management after fifi has been the worst. no respect and rude. They call you threatening you and lie to you. I have always stated that i will only talk with jimmy and amanda and when i ask for them unfortunately i get the run arounds. They need to have people like fifi, jimmy and amanda there. Its a shame. Now with the covid 19 situation there more nastier. I loss income due to it and it explained myself in multiple occasion and finally got jimmy and told him my situation and sent him my letter to show management and manager did not care and said if i didnt pay he would pick up my stuff mind you i have been a customer for 6 years and have constantly have paid off my stuff. PLEASE WHERE EVER JIMMY AND AMANDA IS BRING BACK SHOOT MAKE THEM MANAGEMENT WATCH HOW THAT STORE WILL TURN AROUND AND BE BETTER. NOT ONLY THAT THEY SHOULDNT HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR MANAGEMENT RUDENESS AND INCONSISTENCY.

Be carefull and watch your contract. Was told one thing and something else came out of the contract. Lost $1000.00 from there mistake. They dont take responsibility for there mess up. You get blamed!

They are unprofessional, they are not coordinated at all...gave them my card to charge me every week.. they waited 2 months and said they lost my 3 digit pin code... you have 3 months to pay off furniture at cash price before it triples... 1600 for a used table!!! The staff belong working at McDonalds.. dont trust them and dont give them your card..
