One word.. Miguel. Thats all you need to know going into this place. Dont get me wrong everyone that work here are great.. However, Miguel is Phenomenal. Punctual, assertive, presentable, knowledgeable, personable and the best part is he will work with your specific situation. My wife and I just moved to Tampa. Its been very strenuous on our kids and ourselves as well. Miguel not only made us feel welcomed, but understood our situation and integrated that into pricing. It was great.

Very good place to get any appliances, very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I had known about them earlier, had to purchase a new stove nobody had any in stocks except one big box store they had one, didnt really want that one but didnt want to order and wait weeks for delivery. By accident found the appliance plug they have a huge selection of all appliances in stock, and walked out buying a new freezer. Miguel the salesperson was great, highly recommend this business already told them we would be back to purchase our washer dryer combo.

The appliance plug is now my permanent appliance plug! I went there not really knowing what to expect, when I got there I was greeted at the front and then introduced to moe the sales manager. Moe was great showed me a tour of the warehouse and began giving recommendations, although I came ready with appliances i picked out beforehand and he had them in stock ready to go! Very easy process and very fast shipping and installment! 5 ⭐️ All day

Our washer gave out on us earlier this week and we were on a hunt for a good deal. We went to OfferUp immediately and got connected with the Appliance Plug. We honestly expected to see a whole bunch of beat up old appliances that would last us another 1-2 years. But to our surprise, we ended up having to narrow down our choice from the many great options that were available.Miguel assisted us from the moment we walked in the warehouse, and he is by far one of the nicest and honest salesmen weve done business with, and as we all know, there are not many left of those these days. He made sure this transaction was a piece of cake for us. He gave his honest opinion on all their inventory regardless of good or bad and gave us the confidence we needed in order to make a decision. From the moment that we called we could tell we were in the hands of a reputable company who truly CARED about the satisfaction of its customers. From Andy, who answered the phone and our 1000 questions with patience and clarity and honest, to Melvin who took over every aspect of a trouble-free delivery and installation of our new washing machine to Ernests remarkable smooth and perfect installation and Ryans assistance and willingness to do everything to have us up-and-running, we could not - NOT - ask for more! Big box stores now dump the responsibility of delivery and installation onto one-star sub-standard fly-by-night service companies. Saw the great reviews for this local appliance shop and figured we would stop in to see if the hype was real. YUP! A nice and knowledgeable fella named Mike met us inside the little lobby, gave us a quick rundown of the type of inventory they carry (new stuff and open-box/cosmetic damage), and then brought us back to check out the warehouse floor. He walked us through a few rows of washers & dryers and spoke to the differences in brands, styles, and options. Being that this is the first set of laundry machines weve actually purchased (that werent hand me downs or from friends), we found it helpful to hear his industry insights. Ended up picking out a nice and reasonably priced set, got the paperwork signed, and delivery scheduled, all in about 45 mins. My husband and I were searching for a fridge but everywhere we went told us it would take several months before getting one. Lots of stock. New and open box. Sales people are nice and friendly. But it feels like you are purchasing from a car salesman. Would put up with that again because they do offer warrenties from manufacturer.

Was so impressed with these guys! Needed an appliance package and they really came through! Tried Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, even Famous Tates- no one could get everything we needed. Appliance Plug even beat their prices! Customer service was very helpful placing our order, went to their warehouse, staff was professional and answered all our questions. Didnt try and upsell anything. Delivery staff was on time, very quick with installing, and even took the time to make sure everything worked properly and explain how everything worked. Im just amazed how well TAP treats their customers. I felt like I was getting special treatment. My fridge gave out on me not too long ago and other major companies have fridges on backorders and I need one ASAP. After coming across TAP and visiting the store, I was mad that I didnt find them sooner which would had saved me alot of stress and hassle. I was able to pick out a fridge for a good price and was able to get same day delivery. Mike was extremely helpful and he made it a great experience for me. The Staff was super friendly and helpful. The dishwasher we picked out to buy, they check it out completely and found that it was missing some pieces and told us about it. The guys then went of their way to find something comparable and offered it to us for the same price as other make and model though the other dishwasher was a higher price than the model we picked. The Staff again was super friendly, helpful and made a wonderful buying experience. we will definitely be coming back in the future when we need to replace another appliance in the house.

I bought a discounted LG fridge from them because it was a scratch and dent product. The only thing is I have no idea what was wrong with it, because it seemed to be perfect. As far as I can tell this place has great deals and a very large inventory. I suggest looking here for your appliances!

I was looking everywhere for a specific refrigerator that’s been severely backordered due to COVID. I was poking around on OfferUp and came across my fridge but even better (came with all the bells and whistles) and was shocked at the incredibly reasonable price point. I checked out the fridge to ensure I wasn’t getting a beaten up fridge ($4,000 fridge being sold for $2,600) and couldn’t find anything. I am so impressed and so thankful to have come across this small business and have gotten the fridge I wanted, and I highly recommend.They also wiped it down, wrapped my fridge to protect it and helped my boyfriend strap it into his truck. First time going to this store today. Was looking for a good size freezer which is hard to come by with this COVID going on. Walked in and was greeted by a wonderful young lady who was very attentive in helping me find what I was looking for. She showed me what they had in boxed items and then what they had in unboxed items which I call scratch and dent. I ended up buy a nice large freezer chest at fantastic low price. We have been looking for a washer/ dryer combo for a couple weeks now, and went to our local Home Depot first but had to wait an hour for someone to come talk to us! After words, the service was terrible and we ended up leaving so we found this place on Offer Up and decided to look. Let me say that I live in Clearwater, and it was worth the drive! The customer service was amazing and the deal we got on a brand new washer and dryer was great. The place had a lot of good bargains and the salesman wasnt pushy just friendly and informative. Great experience and great prices! I needed kitchen appliances for a renovation and the appliance plug was able to save me several hundred dollars compared to Home Depot prices. Plus the appliances are brand new and come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty.

I wanted to support a local company.. found a great deal on Dishwasher on Offerup.1) Was told by the sales man should be no issue about the measurements.2) No call from the company about delivery- I had to confirm delivery.3) The delivery guy tried to tell me he could not install- offered me to call them to get a refund on delivery( he wanted me to give me his cell to do it after hours)4) The dude then told me it to wide to fit ( I check the measurements it was not - at this point I told the dude to leave and put my old dishwasher on my porch( he wanted to take my old one)-

I bought a new fridge that was open box from the appliance plug for a very good price. I spoke with Omarion and Andy and they were very helpful and friendly. I went in person to see it and it was exactly as the description and picture showed with now scratches or dents. They were able to deliver in 2 days and on time. The delivery guys were professional and efficient and gave me a heads up before they arrived. My last fridge was damaged in delivery going up stairs to my 3rd floor condo. I could tell these guys were experienced and had no issues. I will definitely be going back to appliance plug as I replace my other appliances!
