Not as helpful as they can be its kind of gloomy its just a job for them they obviously just work there if you go be prepared to be ignored or partially help and they do not work on all motorcycles if I was you I would just look for another motorcycle dealer or repair shop they need to work better on customer service you will not be happy

Rough start to buying a bike but everything worked out well. They do have a great mechanic whos very detailed and will find and fix any problem. Kyle service makes up for any flaws if this place have any.

If I can NOT select a star, that would be great. This place is the worst. They want you to put down on a Bike, & pay over 300 (a month) for a 10k bike... also, not all employees know what tf they are doing. The only word that comes to mind, to describe it... SCAM! (& Fraud).

Best place we went for a bike. Helpful and did not make us feel inferior when pulling our very less than perfect credit. Was told we would leave with a bike and we did. Next thing to do is learn how to ride one. One step at a time.

Im new to the area and was looking for a good motorcycle repair place when my clutch stopped working. The folks here were absolutely fantastic. Very straightforward and honest, and they even stayed late to jump my bike when my battery was dead. Id definitely recommend this place to others.

Went to the dealership last year and bought a motorcycle. Went on one ride less than 24 hours after and the slip on exhaust fell off. Had it replaced..dealer used a cheap non stainless steal mid pipe which has since completely rusted. I have great credit and at the time I thought I was approved for an auto loan through the dealership...found out shortly after it was a lease and I did a lease buyout through my bank. Just got the title recently and it has costed me a lot of time on the phone figuring out what is going on and it’s going to cost me a lot of money in taxes that were never paid unlike if this had been a regular auto loan..which I would have gotten approved for easily. The dealership isn’t bad, a little on the smaller side so not a big inventory to choose from but just make sure you read everything so no sneaky fast ones got pulled like they did on me.

Charles (the Salesman) was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and patient during the buying process. He was very communicative and helpful. They appear to have great prices and I was very pleased with my purchase. We will definitely purchase another motorcycle from them in the near future.***Update***I love my CanAm Ryker900. Ive had no problems at all with it and Im so glad I purchased it when I did.

Thank you so much to Aziz Cycle. They helped me with programming a new Sea-Doo key for my Sea-Doo PWC. Michael, the owner is a great guy who went out of his way to help me when I was stuck needing to flush my ski after I lost the key in the water. Highly recommend this place for reprogramming Sea-Doo keys.

Called for a quote for tires, left my number was told I would get a call back with a quote, never received a call back . Price for a tire should be a pretty easy thing to accomplish.

Aziz sales team were very helpful, they financed me zx10r sale was easy and smooth and motorcycle looks like new

The website is easy to navigate. It makes looking for parts or bikes a no brainier. If you need it theres a pretty good chance they have it.

I don’t think they typically work on triumphs but these guys did a quick rear tire change for me and did it in a timely fashion for cheaper than I’d get it elsewhere. Primarily a sport bike shop but they are cool guys that did me right. Going to have them replace a chain for me tomorrow. Shop opens at 10. I had tires replaced on my Harley and oil change, the guys did a good job for a fair price

I went into this place in July 2020 to buy a $8,000 bike. I had more than half to put down. The sales guy told me NOT to put down that much up front because the company would just take more of it for extra fees or something, instead I should put put down less and could just make bigger payments to pay it off sooner. That was NOT TRUE. They ran me through a company called Motolease, where they LEASE bikes... only I did not go to LEASE a bike. So they will not take bigger payments and apply it to the loan, they put it in an account and apply it for you as r regular scheduled payment. The sales guy (Charles) does NOT tell you this.Next... They were so busy trying to get the G.P.S on the bike that they also allowed me, a 1st time buyer AND new rider to leave the lot and roll out into traffic without ALL of the required safety equipment working correctly or even in place, (there were NO turn signals at all anywhere on the bike).Riding back across a rather intimidating bridge was an issue for me but I was willing to face it... The salesman (Charles) offered and drove the bike back over the bridge to to a spot where I felt comfortable taking over... Following him is when I noticed the absence of the signals.He told me to call him and we made arrangements to get the bike back over to the shop so they could fix the issue... I called and called, spoke with Charles once and never heard back from him. I called the store and left messages... Never heard back. They got the money a ran... Over the next month or so I tried to call and never heard anything back from them. After a while I stopped trying to reach them and set out to fix the issues myself. I kept all of the receipts for the purchases and work....Admittedly now some time has gone by...Today I was FINALLY bale to get a guy on the phone... (Not Charles though).I told him what had happened, who I was and all... He tells me that I sould have called and told them, how come I didnt bring the bike back in? It has been a whole year and I should not have waited...I bought the bike July 3rd, 2020... It is now Jan 2021. NOT a whole year, and certainly not without effort. A little too much attitude from him. As a first time buyer and new rider, to have fellow bike riders take advantage like this... They should be MORE than ashamed. Could have been hit and injured relying on equipment that wasnt there. And then to dodge my attempts to have it fixed and blame ME for not contacting them. Not cool at all. Will not go back and will tell everybody I know about how they delt with me.

All I can say is that I drove from Miami to buy a Goldwing from Charles and Michael and these guys are the real thing. If you are in Tampa, stop by there motorcycle store and see what a nice shop they are running and all the great deals they offer. Thank you, I am very happy with my bike.

I live in North Carolina and I was looking to purchase another motorcycle for a good deal. The sales manager Charles was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Right on time and delivered in perfect condition right to my front door. Had a great experience with this motorcycle dealership. Came just to check out available options ended up bidding on motorcycle auction in half an hour. Bought bike in mint condition with a ton of upgrades at least 20% cheaper than market value. Also Mike(owner) provided initial service check for bike and performed needed maintenance/ helped to adjust bike for me, described all bikes functions and setups, that was really useful for me as I jumped from 650cc to 1000cc.All people at this shop were very friendly and positive. Also got discount on riding gear as I didnt have some.

Aziz Cycle is dope. Hands down one of the best Motorcyle Shops in the city. When you walk in they make you feel like home. Charles was excellent he did everything possible to make the deal work Mike the owner was great to work with as well. After the deal was finished we never received any paperwork I have owned spyders before this 1 had issues they tried to imply I had no idea of how these Can Am Spyders operate I was less than a block from the shop and the bike had no power. Return to the shop for Mike the owner try to make me look like a fool when it was clearly a poor service job on the spyder they did. We drove from Ky to Tampa to get the bike was reassure the bike had no problems ended up costing me 1000 right off to get 2 fuel lines replaced along with the injectors being cleaned. Dont recommended buying from them

Hate to write a bad review on this place because the two black dudes Phil and the forget the other guys name are always willing to go above and beyond, but I feel the owner mike and his Egyptian partner unfairly hike up labor prices.I bought my own Yamaha R6 front tire and chain/sprocket up there yesterday and was originally quoted $155 by Phil for labor and fees to get them installed which is very reasonable, as I return to pick up another Egyptian guy checks me out whispers something to mike then adds an additional 2.5hrs in labor to install a chain and sprocket saying it takes 3.5hrs, bringing my total to $379 which was more than the parts cost, after arguing the hike in price he gets Phil to return and Phil was able to bring the lt down to $259 which is still high considering they advertise a $50 tire and oil change.After being charged $379 to install a Pilot road 5 In the pass I have to say that their labor prices are very unjust and wouldn’t recommended getting maintenance done here.

👎👎👎 They held my carbs for 4 months one issue after another string me along. So finally I had enough, so in a last ditch effort. They snatch them apart when Im in the shop but I was done with the whole ordeal. I was either going to take my carbs or one of their bikes. It was very frustrating for no reason all they had to do is say we cant fix them.

Ive been to Aziz Cycles a few times now. When I need service done they take care of it without any issues or gimmicks. Big thanks to the parts manager Phil, anytime you need any parts or gear hell find it. All in all, the crew at Aziz is top notch, and theyll continue to be my first choice for whatever I need.

Call this place to inquire about a motorcycle that I had been looking at for a couple weeks the dude was very rude over the phone then when I told him that I couldn’t hear him he proceeded to yell in a unprofessional manner into the phone he asked me my credit score I told him pretty much laughed in my face and told me that’s not gonna happen I’m sure he’ll probably read this so this is for you bud I had cash for the 2000 Ford bike but I will gladly take my 5500 elsewhere the only reason I read this place one star was because that was the only way to write a review completely unprofessional and I don’t recommend this place for anybody go to next ride

I don’t recommend this place because 1. They charge you for a pre-delivery service fee $499 it’s in the contract so be certain you read clearly they will try n distract you verbally as your signing so you get thrown off n don’t see the fee. But it’s there. Pre deliver service fee for a bike that’s been sitting in the sun outside ? 2. They promised me a month warranty on the bike not mentioning in the small fine print that there wasn’t any on there. Had me cash app $902 for fees, insurance n all then cursed me out on the phone for calling to talk about what they promised yet didn’t put on the contract yes I messed up by signing but they SUGAR COAT IT ALL. You can get good bikes anywhere but what you can’t get is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m not sitting here knocking this place yet I’m stating factual statements. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust these people Especially CHARLES main dude there who delegates good karma yet contradicted what he said.

With heartache and disappointment I write this review. New riders and experience riders alike, we should take care of each other. Not rob each other. You should be aware of the crooked experience youll encounter if you buy a bike at this shop.Earlier this year, I got my motorcycle license and bought my first cruiser from Aziz where I met Mike. He was the owner and a really good guy. I was happy with my cruiser and it gave me no problems. As a loyal customer, I returned to buy my second bike. That was two weeks ago.When I walked into the shop. he had new staff and it was a negative experience. So I left. When I told my girlfriend about the experience, she said to give them another chance, they probably had a bad day - not knowing it wasnt the shop that it once was before. The next day, we went back to the shop. This time I was with my girlfriend and it WAS a different experience.Charles, the General Manager of Aziz Motorcycle, greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. We agreed on a price then Charles stated that he wanted the down payment to be CASH. The following day we returned with the CASH down payment but never received a receipt. This isnt normal but because he was so nice, we werent concerned. We felt we could trust him - That wasnt the case...Charles is very likeable when he wants to be but once he gets your cash, everything will change. If you decide to buy a motorcycle here, be very careful and make sure you get a receipt; read everything in your lease, do not walk out of the shop without a copy of the lease agreement in hand no matter what excuses they give you. You are entitled to know what your final numbers are. Do not be deceived by the quick talk and smooth answers.We regret the experience and we should have purchased bikes at a reputable motorcycle shop. If Mike was the real owner, this experience would never have happened and I would still be a loyal customer; telling everyone where they should go to buy a motorcycle. But that is no longer the case. Be careful when you go to a small shop with smooth talkers where you give your bank account, home address, and social security number.This has been a learning experience. Before you buy a motorcycle anywhere, make sure you read the reviews. Dont be deceived. Do your homework. Theres 3 sides to this story - my side, his side, and the truth. (And GOD knows the truth)

Im comforted by the customer service experience I had while having my motorcycle repaired and oil changed at Azizcycle dealership. I was dreading the amount of money I thought I would spend, and the time it would take for the repairs to be done. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Aziz took the time to shop around for the cheapest parts for my bike. He saved me a substantial amount of cash! Also, he had my bike back to me by the end of the day. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.Support your local businesses!!

This is a great place to get your motorcycle serviced. I bought an 05 VTX 1300 for a very reasonable price. They have a $50 special for the fountain balance of tires.

So I came down here to get a back tire replaced and the staff carefully looked over a like and told me I need to replace my front tire too which I really appreciate. Their card machine was down . And they let me use their car to go pull some money out of the bank . Fun friendly staff youre at AZIZ . I will be definitely coming back here for many more repairs.

Fast friendly service. When they were done changing out my tires the shop was closed, but it was raining like crazy outside. The were cool and let me weight until it stopped raining so I could ride safely.

Not only did I buy an awesome used ninja zx636 here but I also had my can-am worked on and they did an amazing job. Hooked up to the computer to run all the codes and my bike was in and out in a day. Rodney and Mike are some of the best people Ive dealt with.
