If ever you need body work or been in an accident and don’t know who to call or what to do! D&L paint and body is where you should go... I’m speaking from personal experience. Ms. Stephen and her team are great and she is VERY helpful. Not only did they do great work but I was having problems with the rental agency that I went through and she got it handled right away!! Thank you Ms. Stephen for all you guys help....

My lovely wife was parallel parking - backing into a spot when a clueless person tried to pull straight into the same spot. The rear bumper of our Subaru was the loser, with the cover scraped, warped and bulging against the quarter panel. As my Subaru has a large number of bumper scratches in the paint front and rear + a dent on the quarter panel, it was time to make our steed look perfect again. First shop, a well regarded place, quoted $1200. Another shop down the street, dirty and disorganized quoted $1000. This seemed high, so I decided to ask the staff at The Smith Sandpaper Shop who theyd choose as they deal with professionals every day. They pointed at Dwight (the owner of D&L) whod just walked out, and said that guy. In their parking lot he quoted $300 (not including dent repair). This seemed too good to be true, so I visited his shop to see examples of his work and nothing looked bad.I ultimately paid $450 (including my $25 tip) - and had the window scrapers repainted black, plus he buffed my foggy headlights back to clarity. Im a picky guy, shut lines have to line up, things must be parallel, colors must perfectly match. On these points Im happy. My only demerits are the two small scrapes I found in my new window tint (sad face) and that my car had a coating of dust inside. For the work Dwight did at the price, I give 5 stars, but the marks in my tint are worth noting. Outside of this, Dwight is *The Man*.For the record, I did send a note to the 2-star review writer Kathleen L. asking her to be more specific before I went. No answer from her.
