Worst decision ever: going to the Service King on Armenia in Tampa, FL. Went there because my insurance company said SK was a partner of theirs. SK put in a kinked hose that led to the whole transmission system failing on a long trip. They said they would repair the damage they had caused: it took 2 months; they repaired with used parts; they refused to pay for expenses related to my being stranded hundreds of miles from home; they kept changing their story and ended up not returning my calls…and then 6 months later, I had to have the car towed again because of residual damage from the original repair. What a nightmare!!
Tim!! He is the man, he really came through fixing my car ahead of time and giving me a fair price. He was so kind and willing to make things happen for me with my hectic schedule. Really a great experience. When you come here ask for Tim.

This place was recommended by insurance company. This shop ran up a $4,000 bill with repairs that hasn’t even been done!! They also damaged my vehicle in the process!! This place is a Scam!! The owner Tim is a Joke!!

Great great customer service! Took my car in after an accident and they dealt with my adjusters directly in an efficient manner. No delays, the body work and paint job came out stellar. The car was delivered when promised. Would recommend 100%.
They where very friendly and helpful everything was done on time and everyone one there was very customer service friendly. Carlos Rodriguez Baluja had to keep moving my daughters car seat from the rental to my car and he made sure that her car seat was in tight and correctly. It was an awesome experience it was raining and I had my daughter and Im sorry I forgot her name but she watched my baby girl so I wouldnt have to have her in the rain while a couple of the employees help get the car seat out Im very thankful!

Went the other day to get an appraisal for my repair after an accident and not only was everything very clean and professional but the gentleman who inspected my car found EVERY possible issue... Even to the slightest ding in my hood. As I sit at my state-farm approved appraiser I can clearly see the sharp difference in professionalism and eye for detail. I was treated like a family friend and would recommend to all.
Take your vehicle elsewhere this place has a bad reputation. They changed the name of the business then claim its new ownership which is BS. to bad for me i found out too late...Although they did repair my vehicle putting parts back together is a problem for them. good lucky if you decide to go with them...

I just got my car back today and have to say wow! They did an amazing job! I have one of the new Mazda CX-5s with that almost candy-apple-appearing red paint and was worried it wouldnt look the same, but they NAILED it. I literally see NO difference. Thank you Carlos, Brenda, and the new girl behind the counter (sorry I forgot your name 🤦♂️). Yall were so nice. Thank you to everyone else behind the scenes who was involved in fixing it. But dang... that paint job though. Wheeew! 😍👌 They were referred to me by USAA and they did not disappoint. Also, one other thing that I liked, that I didnt think about when I was looking for repair shops, was their lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong with their work theyll fix it; even if I move to a different state. And since theyre practically in every state, thats just nice peace of mind.

06/04/2014. Would NOT recommend the service of R&S Auto Body. R&S quoted me (in writing) a cost of $1,093 to replace a bumper cover and paint it to which i agreed. Today they are calling me and telling me that the work is completed however the price that they quoted has increased to over $1300.00. The reason for the price increase is not due to them having to do additional work (which is something I could understand if given the opportunity to agree to it prior to work being done.) R&S stated that they did exactly and only the work we discussed however the software they use is outdated and the price for parts came to be more. This is unacceptable!!! There was no call prior to the work being completed stating that the prices would be more and now they state that they will not honor the original written estimate that THEY gave to me! Furthermore a guy named Sam, who represented himself as the owner stated that this is common practice for R&S. (REALLY? You guys commonly quote people a price, do the work without ANY further communication, and then charge people a higher price?--- and people GO FOR THAT? RIDICULOUS! So after the so called owner hung up the phone in my face, I politely called Morgan & Morgan. will fill you in later :(
Its hard to find honest auto repair shops these days. Long story short, I bought a Volvo that needed work back in 2012. I took it to R&S and had most of the work performed. Fast forward to 2016, car starts making a funny noise. First opinion tells me I need a BUNCH of work done. Second opinion (a mechanic I used for years until now) says I need a lot of work but its completely different than what first opinion said, so red flags go up. I called Joey and he had the car towed for me, at his expense. He then called to tell me the first two guys were not being truthful and none of the work they said I needed was actually necessary. He took the time to SHOW me the parts the others said needed to be replaced. He made no money, but earned a customer for life. Thank God there are still good people in the world and thank you Joey and R&S!
R&S was contracted to replace my rear tail lights and paint front and back bumpers. I awarded one star to R&S for properly painting my rear bumper. The front bumper paint job was pathetic, there were multiple spots of chipping and pitting. The tail lights were never installed. I had to reappoint and rebook a rental car at my expense. R&S installed the tail lights but was unsuccessful in painting my front bumper to a satisfactory level. Similar spots of chipping and pitting were present again. I essentially gave up on this place. I no longer wanted to spend my time, money, and time away from work to deal with an auto body shop that is consistent in providing a poor paint job.
Best service I have received in a while. Joey is incredible, and the lady that works at the front desk is great. Backed me up in a pretty messy case, did an amazing job on the repair and cleaned it as well. Highly recommend!

When I needed to get my car bumper replaced, R & S not only gave me the best bid but did a great job! They got my car in quickly and provided excellent customer service. They even buffed out all the scratches on my car (and there were lots), washed, vacuumed and cleaned and aired up my tires at no extra cost. I will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Terrible experience with this company, a complete failure in communication. I was referred to Service King by my auto manufacturer (Tesla). I called and set up an appointment for a free estimate and I was referred to the Armenia location by the representative. I went there and Chad gave me an estimate. Later when I went to schedule my appointment they told me I couldn’t bring my car there and I would need to take it to the Busch location. Sergio (Armenia) told me he would forward my appointment, but I later learned that never happened. When I learned that my appointment time couldn’t be honored. I requested to speak with a manager and I was told the GM John was busy and would follow up, but never did. I went in person and spoke with John after I explained what happened, he simply indicated, “sorry, have a good day” and made no attempt to rectify this situation. Terrible display of customer service.

Great people, Great service. Everyone was friendly from the time I arrived for a quote till the time I picked it up. Car was fixed quicker than expected. Came back and picked up not only a fixed car, but a clean one - inside and out☺. I would go back to R & S for any auto body needs.

Horrible service and absolutely rude people. My wife wrecked the rear drivers quarter panel of her brand new 2015 Mazda 6. We brought the vehicle to R & S Auto Body and first of all they took 40 days to return the vehicle to us. They tried to tell us that it was because it was such an extensive job. We had multiple people who saw the vehicle when it was wrecked and all of them were surprised it took more than two weeks. They also tried to make us pay more money than our deductable. Evidently they had a dispute with the insurance company because they had changed the price so many times and the insurance company refused to pay a certain fee so they would not release our car unless we paid that difference. Come to find out they charged the insurance company over $9000 for the job. The car only cost $28,000 and it was truly minor damage. I believe they are money grubbing scum bags that care nothing for their customers, I believe they only have interest in making as much money as they can. I just hope and pray they did quality work.

Took my car to R & S for two separate accidents. They did a perfect job both times! My car still looks brand new even when looking at it from up close.They didnt nickle and dime me and were very honest and clear about everything that was happening throughout the process. I followed up about a minor thing later and they took care of it almost instantly.
After having MANY issues with dealers over the years and their body shops, I was recommended by a friend who had his 3 Infiniti cars done their before, and took my 6 month old Mustang GT into the shop to have the bumper replaced and painted after someone rear ended me. They did FANTASTIC work, and their communication was second to none. I noticed a small dent/scratch on the fender a few hours after picking up the car, and the management team there told me to bring the car in, theyd take a look at it, and have it squared away!All in all, I couldnt be happier.

Left my car for a simple repair, when i pick it up was missing parts, ask for it, first they told me it was discontinued then he told me my car was in ab accident previously ( wich is not true) and the last excuse was that the insurance will not pay for it. Obviusly they didnt wanted to fix it. I will suggest for eveyone to NOT do any business at this place.

Fantastic customer service, honest and fair pricing, and great communication!I had to go to R&S Auto Body to get my car fixed after an accident. I couldnt be more impressed and more happy with the work that was done. They buffed out my scratches, re-aligned my bumper, re-did my pinstripe, machined my rim, and took out some dents around the car that they noticed. I have a 2008 Cadillac CTS and im very picky about my car and how things are done to it. There were a few things i was skeptical on and i trusted them and put it in their hands and their attention to detail blew me away.I have gone to other auto shops in the area and stumbled upon them after my accident. They are family-owned and operated and treat you like part of the family!! They communicated everything with me as it was happening, i had an up to date timeline on when my car was going to be ready, and when they said it will be ready, it was ready. The price was very fair, and in my opinion, actually a bargain! They have all of my business going forward! Thank you R&S!!

Is it possible for an auto body shop to attain 5 stars? It seems almost expected that auto body work is never delivered on time. R & S tells you this up front and proactively calls you to give you a status. I was reluctant to use them because they came recommended by the insurance company, Liberty Mutual, of the person who hit me. Im glad I took my car to R&S because they exceeded my expectations. The only way things could have been easier is if my car wasnt hit at all. - They worked with my car rental company to make sure my rental was paid during their work. - They called me everytime my cars status changed. - They billed 100% of the work to Liberty Mutual. - As an industry standard they garantee their work for the lifetime of the car. This means something from a company that has been in the Tampa area for over two decades (I think). - The paint job was blended perfectly. No orange peel, no swirl marks. Nice clear coat and wet sand job. - R&S used 100% Nissan OEM parts. - All joints fit like the car was never hit. If you want good autobody work, I would recommend R&S. Do not rush them. Be prepared to wait for a quality job. Rush and cheap is not in their vocabulary for good reason. It cost over $4000 to replace the bumper and trunk lid of my 2006 Nissan Maxima.
