The service was fast and the technician was on time. Thankful the team recalibrating my drive assist cameras followed up because I would have forgot otherwise.

My windshield was replaced back on July of 2020 by Express Auto Glass. 3 months later I noticed specks in the windshield as if it had been sand blasted. Called them, they replaced the windshield on the 14th of May. Didnt drive the car for 2 days, when I did take the car out, I noticed the same defect as the previous windshield. Called them again but refused to have them replace the windshield.

They came out canvassing and the woman who spoke to me was very nice and friendly. They advertised being able to replace my windshield completely free because they go through your insurance company with you. Thought it was gonna turn out to be a scam, but no, they really did show up the next day and replaced my windshield 100% free and did a great job too! I will definitely consider them again in the furture

They came to my house and showed me dings in my windshield that I didnt even realize were there. 2 days later they came and installed a brand new windshield, free of charge. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Express Auto Glass replaced my windshield in my Honda Odyssey. They can to my office in Clearwater and did a wonder job installing it. Nice and clean and all the moldings were perfect! Less than 24 hours after I called. Very pleased and have recommended to friends and family.

I schedule my window to be fixed Tuesday and here it is Thursday and my window is STILL NOT FIXED! The window tech showed up to me while it was pouring down raining only to tell me they could not fix my window. Then a manager called me to say that they would be back out if it’s not raining or that I would be a priority in the morning and yet still my window is not fixed and here it is Thursday. Clearly this is a company that does not value their customers everyone is not always looking for the cheapest deal because I could’ve called Safelite who only charge me a $20 difference from what I was quoted with this company. No one called or sent a text to tell me my new time frame here it is 10:50 AM and I had to reach out to them only to be told my new timeframe is 8 to 12. I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling with this company, I now see why the ratings are so low.

I called Express Auto Glass a lady named Rachel answered I gave her my information she had my window in the next day although it was raining a little black piece came off of it they came right back fixed it right away very happy with their work the man they sent out was very nice

They came to my house less than 24 hours after I called them. The installer was polite, neat and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour! It looks great and after the rain we had yesterday, not a single leak. Excellent job! Would highly recommend!

The quote was a great price. But the technician did not remove all the broken glass from inside the door. He also activated the power window with broken glass inside the gears. He told my wife the actuator was broken and needed to be replaced and the window would be stuck half open.I got home, removed the door panel and power window, cleaned out the broken glass and everything worked great. After all the hassle I find out they have an F rating on the BBB.Will never use them again.

Beware of this company! They do a crappy job with replacing the windshield. I had this company replaced my windshield, they did a sloppy job and water started leaking inside my car as soon as it started raining. I called the technician about it and he refused to fix the issue he caused. I had to go to another auto glass company to fix the issue. Save yourself the headache, and go with a reputable company.

I had my front windshield replaced by this company & I don’t recommend it because if they use low quality glass. They claim a life time warranty but what they don’t tell you is that the warranty is on the glass seal. The best thing to do is to use OEM windshield glass.

Rude door to door salesman (a blonde guy with a brunette guy he seemed to be training based on the video I have). I couldn’t hear what he was saying cuz he knocked instead of ringing the “Ring” doorbell right in front of his face! I told him to ring the doorbell. Still had trouble hearing him cuz he knocked & dogs were going crazy. I asked what he wanted again & his response was “I just told you!” I asked him to leave a business card & he waved me off in the video, rudely saying “Nevermind. Have a good day.” Have a good day was not said in good intentions. Hope his managers can train him better, teach him about “Ring” doorbells if he’s gonna be going door to door and if not, fire the inconsiderate man who made me feel uncomfortable in my own home alone.

This company is rated an F on the BBB website. No wonder. They suck! Broke a motor putting in new glass. I filed a BBB complaint and he promised a 30% discount for next time. LOL. There wont BE a next time. Well now the window fell the other day and its hanging by a thread. Called them so well see if they show up. They offer a lifetime guarantee as long as you own the vehicle but he was saying the work wasnt even in his computer anymore. WTF. Then why offer a lifetime guarantee LOL. He asked if I had the invoice. I did. Im sure he hoped I didnt...He said hell call back by the end of the day and have someone come out tomorrow. Well see if he does.

Express did a professional job from beginning to end! When no one else could get the job done, they performed flawlessly. 2015 Mercedes looks like new again.

Worked here for 2 weeks. After i quit they told me my check was going to be 500.... well it was actually 300, 217 after taxes. 2 weeks worth of work,i had to used my car,my gas,and wasted my time, dont get me wrong people were great in there, i met really nice people, but everyone quits after the 1st week, thats why they are always hiring. honestly i dont know how this company is still open, first time for me putting in a review, but i had to let you guys know. This is b.s.

Still trying to get my seal replaced around my windshield. This company is a joke filled with false promises.

When I was asked for an extension cord I thought it would have been for vacuuming the shards of glass inside my car. No such luck however my pictures of b4 and after show the changes. I will clean it up myself. Thankyou

Do not use this company! Brought the wrong size glass for my windshield and broke it into a hundred peices. They could not fix it until the next day so I had to drive around like that. Also, they never paid the cash back rebate, ignoring my calls and emails.
