I love the car but the finance manager Anna Carlson is a snake is the grass. She will lie about interest rates and policies Regarding your vehicle to make sure you purchase an extended warranty. It was such a bad experience with her I I will never purchase a vehicle from any place she is employed. Please be careful when signing all the documents and verify that she didn’t package a warranty in the deal. Again I love the car but she’s a con man and no honest at all

I wanted to share my experience with Steve Mignone. Just leased a 2021 BMW X3 M40i two weeks ago and I am absolutely in love 😍. I worked with Sal and he was fantastic. Great experience, no pressure, super informative and helpful. I was indecisive between a X5 xdrive or the X3 m40i, Sal was patient and was great with test drives and explaining pros and cons for my needs related to the vehicles. After going to Ferman and not making a deal I chose to give Reeves a try and called to see what they could do, talked to Alex Chiriboga. He worked with me and offered me a great deal. Amanda in service is awesome! She kept me posted via text with updates on my car and exceeded my expectations. I dropped it off this past Wednesday and she said it wasn’t going to be done until Tuesday which I was completely fine with, but I got it back two days later! She made sure my extended warranty company covered everything. I can’t thank her enough. Reeves service department is easily the best I’ve ever worked with. I will continue to come back here.

Cliff over at the Service Department is amazing in every way. You can really tell he cares about customers. Everyone over at the used car dealership was really nice and didnt pressure us for a sale, which was appreciated. The new car dealership people were a bit snobby and acted as if money grows on trees (sadly this is true at a lot of BMW dealerships not just Reeves). I dont know if theyre just extremely over the top busy or theyre bad at managing their BMW loaners because theyre usually out even when booking an appointment weeks in advance.
I purchased a used X5 2019 late Dec 2020. Understand it’s a busy time for the dealer but I was unimpressed with the condition of the vehicle after purchasing the diamond finish protection. They used an off-color to fill in several of the dings/chips from the previous owner who leased the vehicle…When I mentioned it to the sales rep (Tim O) He said he would speak with his manager. The manager came out and told me that I was getting such a good deal on the vehicle, that he literally lost money giving me such a great deal that I should be happy to take the car in its condition.I’m a First time BMW buyer—disappointed with their customer service. The vehicle is in outstanding mechanical condition… I recognize that these are cosmetic issues… Still… When you pay approximately $60,000… You expect better attention to detail.

Sorry excuse for a bmw dealership. The service here is horrible. I have had my car there for a small fix that they said would be finished in three days, it has now turned into 2 weeks. I have called several times and am never able to get a hold of anyone. None of my phone calls are ever answered. Absolutely terrible customer service since they changed management.

Purchased “build my own” 8 series, Took longer than usual due to recalls however the outcome was great. My bimmer was in great condition. The sales rep was forthcoming. But one glitch an important one, their loan dept lack the urgency of submitting my loan to my creditors “one month” so it expired and I had the pain to resubmit a loan again. Someone needs to babysit bmw accounting/loan rep so everyone gets their money and prevent headaches. And make sure get your bmw key upon purchase.

Brought car in for regular service, 3 days later overheating on the ride to work. $1100 coolant line repair supposed to be warranty work. Car was CPO purchase from Sarasota, sales and finance people did not enter the vehicle in their system as CPO so no warranty. Service writer unable to resolve with Sarasota dealer. Service manager, instead of helping, lectures me on the phone on how it is not their problem and I need to resolve. Not going back. A little more effort and NOT lecturing would have kept me as a customer. AVOID this dealership!

In the midst of poor customer service with the service department. Brought car in on June 1st and waited 20 minutes. No service agent. Went to check and 10 minutes later they asked what I needed. Then I had to inquire later that afternoon as to the status of the car. An hour later I get a text saying my car has not been looked at and they may see it the next day. Day 2 (June 2nd) I ask about the car that afternoon. I call and text. I even call the service manager. I simply get another text that the car has not been looked at yet. Now going on day three. No one will call you back. I have had bad service before, but wow. Still waiting. . . Stay tuned.

My experience was good today. Just the same as the last time BMW is in business to make money. They inspect your vehicle to find things wrong to fix for money. I get it. However, everything is entirely too high. Their labor and parts cost way too much. Gotta find a better way. Peace!

It is a nickel and time to death dealership.. you spend 65k on a car and they want you to pay a $5 tire fee and a $1 battery fee? These clowns should be embarrassed to add that on a car quote. I would never buy a car from these crooks.
I purchased a CPO 2019 BMW X3 M40i from Reeves. I dealt with Ali Attia who took great care of me. I originally found the car on AutoTrader. There were no pictures on Auto Trader but Ali was able to send me pics of the car and he was easy to work with. When I went into to sign the paperwork I had a very short window. He was able to get me out of there very quickly

I serviced my BMW few times at Reeves and it was ok. 03/20/2010 I had an appointment to replace a damaged tire. Spent 2 hours waiting for tire replacement, they returned my vehicle and I did not notice any problems. Two days after, on my way to work, I had a slip indicator showing up few times. I thought may it just a new tire but it should not be the cause. After two days of experiencing such a weird car behavior, I finally looked closer at the new tire, and could not believe what I saw. The technician put new 245/50R18 instead of 225/50R18. So now I have one tire bigger than the other three on the AWD car and I have to travel to Miami in two days. Perfect, thank you, Reeves!
Erick Martinez is a champ. I walked in as a Toyota owner and left as a BMW owner and I couldn’t be happier. I love driving my X1 and keep in mind I came in for a sedan and Erick quickly figured out that what I wanted vs what I needed were two different things and I’m extremely happy I listened. Took my car to get a complimentary inspection and was very delighted at how I was greeted from the moment I spoke to Ally at the guest booth. My service advisor Jason was very helpful in giving me detailed information on what needs to be done on the car and he also provided a printout with estimates as well. DISAPPOINTED, One of the WORST experiences I ever had at any car showroom. Regret very much for going to REEVES BMWI went to the show room to drop my 2016 BMW 328i for a battery problem. I had to wait 45 minutes for some one to come and check in my car. I dropped my car and was waiting for the advisor to update me regarding the status of the vehicle but he never did and I had to constantly call and message him to know the status but I did not get any response.Next day I got a text saying the battery has to be replaced and also stated that they do not have any batteries in stock as it was in national back order and would not know any estimate on when the battery would be arriving. and immediately I tried to contact him but he never responded back.Again the next day I called two other BMW show rooms which are 10 miles and 30 miles away from REEVES BMW to enquire if they have my car model battery available and both of them said they have the battery available and never heard anything like national back order regarding that model battery.I contacted the advisor and told him the battery is available and he told me he would get the battery from them and replace it but to my surprise with in 10 minutes he called me again saying the other showroom is not willing to sell the battery to him, (Which I believe is a big lie) asked me to go and purchase the battery and bring it to him to replace.It was a big pain for me to go all the way to purchase the battery and get it back to him. even after giving him the battery they took one more day to deliver the car.I dropped the car on Monday and got it back on Thursday just for replacing the battery and had to take all the hassle to constantly call them and visit another showrooms to purchase the battery and get it back to them.I regret going to Reeves to get my car fixed and would never go again and advise every one reading this post not to go there.

I had to go in shortly after that and Jesse Chappelle assisted me. He was great as well and was helpful with information on next steps to get my car fixed! Looking forward to my next visit! My Experience this Time...Over my lifetime I’ve Purchased and Leased many cars for my business and personal use. For me the car buying experience has always, without fail been a dreadful and stressful experience. Scott Mordue at Reeve’s BMW changed that. I met Scott about 5 months ago on a short visit to Reeves to look at their new BMW X3s. He gave me a simple breakdown of how the lease process works and how to make it fit my budget. Went in for an oil change, left out with my check engine light on. The service advisor was nice but the employees in the waiting area were rude. They did not report that they did an oil change because my car keeps saying overdue. Plan to wait 3 hours at this place even with an appointment.

We drove from Sarasota to purchase a BMW yesterday afternoon after communicating with Ilker Burnukara. What a great experience! From the time we reached out until we walked out the door with the car, we found Ilker to be incredibly professional, patient, and knew his product. He answered all texts and emails quickly and thoroughly. In addition, he was prepared for our arrival and took care to make sure that all of our questions were answered. Five stars to the gentleman with the European accent! Me and my wife went there and test drove a BMW X5 which was amazing but couldn’t justify buying a BMW with only 2 years of warranty. Anyways they guy was great very good charm and service and was never pushy just informative. However the rest of the guys in there are sharks and honestly if it weren’t for this gentleman this would be a 1 star review. Okay my Karen like rant is over haha
My seatbelt was twisted on my BMW. I’ve had it fixed somewhere else before in less than 10 minutes, but decided to take it to Reeves because I was in the area. I waited 2 hrs for my car to then be asked if I could leave it overnight, to which I agreed. The service tech or advisor at reeves quoted me $502 to fix my twisted seatbelt... I couldn’t believe it! I decided to take it to a competitor in Wesley chapel and they fixed it in less than 3 minutes in the service drive for $0. I felt like BMW reeves was trying to rip me off, so I escalated this to the Service Manager. He was very apologetic about the situation and offered to make it right.I’m putting 2 stars because my service advisor Jesse has been good to me over the years, but this experience was terrible. I’m also giving credit to the Service Manager for apologizing, promising to investigate the issue with the Service Foreman and offering a car detail for the inconvenience of my recent experience.It’s always good to get a second opinion is the lesson and if you have issues with customer service, get them escalated to management! The staff needs to receive feedback for continuous improvement or they will continue to make these mistakes, which is unacceptable.
We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Reeves BMW. Roman was extremely helpful and did a top notch job assisting us with our purchase. We got the car we wanted at an excellent price all in the same day with very little feeling of sales pressure. They have earned our loyalty for the future.
Tried to get a quote and schedule an oil change for my 2008 M3 3 times. Called the dealer and was connected to the help desk. It was about 6pm and was told that everybody was busy closing up and to call again the next day. Called the next day, was connected to an advisors phone, left a couple of messages on the advisors phone but never received a call back. Disappointing to say the least.
Customer service isnt as nice as other luxury brands but awell I guess. The advisors do text you videos & info or updates of your car which is very useful.
Roman is a great rep, no pressure at all.

My BMW was involved in a flood we experienced here in Florida in November 2020. My insurance company paid for a new engine. It was installed successfully but there was a drivetrain error code my mechanic couldn’t clear. He took it to Reeves BMW in Tampa, FL on January 15th from that time until Feb 2 they refused to answer both my mechanic and my calls. They requested payment for a sensor that didnt need to be replaced. After insisting that they are dragging this process out to get more insurance money my car was released. They never test drive the car to ensure the problem was fixed. The same drivetrain error is still there. Weve been calling them since wet picked it up but no ones is returning our call. Do yourself a favor and dont take your vehicle to these crooks.
We ordered a key, it didnt turn our car on, they said we could pay another $250 to find out why key doesnt turn car on! AND they wouldnt let us return the key that doesnt work.$250 down the drain
