They leave ur place a mess an install cheap product

Well, once again I have used American Mulch & Ground Cover, LLC for providing mulch at my residence. And, just as before they did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with the crew that did the job.Very polite, helpful, efficient and a pure pleasure to work with. I would recommend American Mulch to anyone who needs a sizeable amount of mulch put down. I did not need quite the amount that I ordered (the minimum), but for the cost it saved me a few hundred dollars in labor compared to doing it by hand. Keep up the good work.

I have used them for the last few years at the school I work at, they are friendly and professional when you call.The guy who come out to service are courteous and always make sure they leave the area clean.My only complaint is that if you want to split a load between two locations they charge double because they have to put equipment away and then take it out again, I understand charging more to do that but not as much as an individual delivery considering they dont have to travel far.

I want to express my experience with this company!!! I called on 11/14 needing to mulch my very large yard by Friday 11/22. Spoke with Nicki and was informed they were booked for the entire next week. So I took a chance and called again Monday 11/18 to see if anyone cancelled, I again spoke with Nicki, told her my situation, so she placed me on hold and came back to say they would do their best to service me this week. No day or time but they would get me in. I was contacted by billing, Charla she was so nice, explained the process and said she would call when she knew anything. At 3 pm today 11/19 Pete came to install the mulch and did a outstanding job!!! He was top notch all the way! They left my place looking like a million dollars! Everyone I spoke to or came in contact with was totally professional and the fact they went out of their way to accommodate me, speaks volume! Thank you so much for your great service!!!

Always friendly, easy to order, delivery is always as scheduled, installers are neat, clean, and nice. A great way to order mulch!

This company does not have a time clock. The supervisor clocks you in and out and rounds off your time. They take time away from you without you knowing. The job description is incorrect and misleading. Not a good company to work for unless you are a Mexican or Puerto Rican and want your rent taken out of your check. Thats right they let you live there.

This place is very unprofessional and the staff is very rude.. I will never use them again. Mulch left everywhere and the owner had no care in the world and you call the office and the lady Charlynn I think was her name. Was the most unreal rudest person Ive ever spoke to. Will never get another one of my propertys again.
