We love our tub. Its comfortable, and deep. It does take a lot of water to fill it, so having a hot water on demand, or a large hot water tank is necessary for full enjoyment. It is a solid tub, so you dont have the flexing of the bottom like you would with an acrylic tub. The finish on the tub is smooth without being slippery.The service we received was exceptional. We had a delay between the time we purchased the tub and the time our bathroom was ready for the tub to be installed. They held the tub until we were ready to receive it. The tub was shipped in a sturdy crate, suitable for handling with a forklift. It was well secured in the crate with plenty of packing material to prevent damage.The only issue we,ve had is with the drain. The stopper pivots inside the drain to empty the tub. After awhile the O-ring gets worn and the drain begins to leak. When we contacted Tyrrell & Laing, we received a quick reply in response to our problem, and a new O-ring and suction cup were to us. Truly exception service in my opinion.I have no reservations about recommending their tubs, and based on our experience you can expect great service after the sale.

I purchased my dream bathtub (Adoni) over 4 years ago and had it shipped to our little town in southern middle Tennessee. The customer service at that time was excellent, and the whole process was seamless. It is one of my favorite things in our home and feels as luxurious as it looks. Recently, during the master bathroom remodel, quarter sized hole was punctured in the tub. I was heartbroken, but T&L went above and beyond to get the tub repaired. It looks flawless, and I am sincerely grateful for their exemplary customer service, then and now.
