TWM was the first and only dress shop that I visited. The store had a plentiful selection of beautiful dresses. I was able to find my dream dress with the help of Rachel. She was able to capture the opinions of my group and delivered the perfect dress for me. She was very friendly, welcoming, patient and accommodating. She also made sure to stay within my price range and offered a variety of options so it helped narrow down exactly what I wanted. She made the process very fun for everyone who was there. I could not have asked for a better experience.

When I arrived she already had dresses waiting for me! They truly listened to me and how I envisioned myself looking on my big day! I was having the worst day at 1st I came all the way from Boston to share this experience with my Grandma, Maid of Honor and Mom and they COMPLETELY changed my mood. We were soaking wet from the tsunami that just hit for 20mins and they dried us up and calmed us down. She already had dresses for me and was so lovely. They are great in asking for your budget and taste before you get there. I loved the extra details of my name and wedding date posted on the letter board in my changing room, and my name at the front of the store. Emma listened to what I had imagined and pulled dresses that were all perfectly fit for my vision, and all within my budget. She helped me to find the dress that checked all the boxes for me, and was so patient and helpful during the decision making process. (Although, I wish I could have taken one of each dress because their selection of dresses was top-notch!) Tara also helped weigh in on the decision, and was also so sweet and helpful. The shop itself is really cute, but I was pretty unimpressed with the selection. There wasn’t anything trendy or “in” right now. They do have some affordable options, but if you’re picky like me then this probably isn’t the right place for you.

I totally recommend TWM in Tampa! I was referred to them by 2 brides. Rachel was my consultant and she was fabulous. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to pull dresses (and let me pull some) that fit my style and what I liked. I appreciated she wasnt just a yes man and I could tell she wanted me to find a dress that I truly loved. Im very particular and she even stuck with me when I was still 20% unsure about a particular dress and even pulled in a seamstress that happened to be there during my appointment to help me figure out how to make me 100% in love with my dress.

I made an appointment over the phone, gave my card information was told I’d be charged 50 dollars if we didn’t show up. I walk in the woman at the front was short with me said I don’t have a reservation, had none of my information. She then walked away from the bridal party and left us up front confused. Nice customer service! I then could only prove my appointment by saying do you guys charge money for a cancellation and you saying yes and then me telling you the fee that I was told. Shouldn’t that be a flag that you guys messed up! If you want to be treated like just a wallet then come here but if you want to be treated like a bride go elsewhere!

Setting up an appointment online was super easy. I liked that they asked my style and preferences before arriving so they could prepare for my appointment.

No matter what kind of bride you are please make time to go here. I am not someone who likes to shop or to have the attention on me. I had, had one other try on at another store and hated the experience. My maid of honor got her dress from Magnolia and promised I would have a much better experience….it was 1000% better. They not only made me feel comfortable, they had dresses picked out, made it super easy going. I was also moving out of state so they got me in and worked around that and they got it so my mom who also lives in another state could come in. I can’t express how happy I am to have found my dress here. They listen to what you want and need and make that happen.

I just wanted to tell you how amazing my experience was at the Tampa location. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had requested a dress from another location because I had been in love with it from the pictures. Of course don’t we all do that. So they had no problem making that dream come true. I requested a Saturday appointment which is normally the day you have follow up or picking the dress days. But this was my first time looking. I had an idea of what I wanted. Also I am the type of person when I know I know. So it was going to be the main event 😂. They we super sweet and understand that I had people coming in for out of town for this day. Let me tell you about the gorgeous Danielle! I was so happy that I had her! She was fantastic she listened to what my parents like as well as what I liked. She had some I requested and same with my parents. My dream dress wasn’t my dress :( it was sad. Danielle told me it’s okay you had your heart set on that but now you know it’s not the one and you can find your perfect dress. That is exactly what I did! She know just the one. I tried 9 different dress on that day. My dress was the second one I tried on after the one I thought would be it. My parents, grandma, and future mother in law all loved this second dress. It’s was a strapless dress. I really wanted something with a sleeve. So we tried on more but nothing came close to the strapless dress. Danielle had me put the dress back on then went to the floor to grab something. Lord and behold the dress designer made matching lace sleeves that come on and off. I was sold right then and there. Earlier I made a comment about another dress how it had pockets because I love them 😂 on all my dresses. Then Danielle says Paige look here and the dress has pockets. I still can’t believe she found my perfect gown. I just wanted to tell you how fabulous she was and how amazing my experience was. I had multiple people recommend the White Magnolia to me when they heard that I was starting the process of finding a wedding dress. Once I made an appointment, I was so impressed with the level of communication from the stylists at the store. They really wanted to get to know me, my style, and what I was looking for for my wedding.Both days of shopping were a BLAST. Once I had found the one, (yes, I actually cried like people tell you) the girls at the shop really make you feel loved and celebrated. The preview appointment allows you to try on a ton of dresses if you are unsure of exactly what youre looking for. I went with my maid of honor, and then to my bridal appointment with my MOH, mom, and mother in law. The two step process allowed me to really think about the dress that I loved, and to not feel stressed about making the decision that day.

I picked out my dress yesterday! It was a fantastic experience and the shop was dreamy! Kinley was amazing and made this experience go down perfectly! She had dresses picked out and ready to go from my favorites I had previously viewed in my portfolio. I am so grateful to have said Yes to the Dress at White Magnolia!! I went into this appointment with an open mind, as I was encouraged by my Wedding Planner to go try on dresses to make sure my dress matched the vision I had for the event. My wedding is 81 month away (whose counting) so I didnt think I would be finding a dress when I went. I brought my sister and mother, which was a perfect intimate audience for this special moment. Rachel was amazing at her job. She really made me feel special, my familys opinions feel valued and the day incredibly memorable. Rachel at The White Magnolia was absolutely wonderful to work with! I got lucky and got a last minute appointment on a Sat at 9:30am. I fell in love with 2 dresses (but liked so many more)! Since the appointment was last minute, my girlfriends couldnt make it. Rachel had an opening at 3pm that day and offered it to me so my friend could come. I went back at 3 with my friend but was still so torn. I only had a couple days to place my order due to my timeline but I was stuck. She was so patient with me! I texted her Sunday morning asking if I could come back for a 3rd time that day with some more friends, and asked her to pull another dress for me to try again making a total of 3, and she got us in again at 5! After going back and forth I chose my dress and ordered it that day! She was so patient, helpful, sweet, and informative. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and never got annoyed or irritated at my indecisiveness and requests to come back multiple times. They also had the best selection. Prior to visiting TWM I visited a few other places just to get a better idea of what I was looking for. I was most excited for this appointment because I knew they were determined to find me my dream dress based on the questionnaire you fill out when inquiring about your appointment. A few days before my appointment my stylist Taylor, sent me a text introducing herself and asking about what styles I was looking for. She asked me to share pictures of any inspiration I had saved and I genuinely thought this was so thoughtful! Upon arriving Taylor had pulled several dresses for me based on what I showed her in our texts. She stayed with me past my appointment time because I was so indecisive. Im happy to say that with her expert help I was able to say YES to my dream dress! I would highly recommend this place and especially Taylor to any bride in search for their perfect fit! From the moment they bring you inside to your designated room, to the pop so champaign when you say YES, this place is doing everything right to make you feel so special!!

Rachel from TWM was absolutely amazing! With the help of her expertise I was able to combine my favorite top half of a gown and favorite bottom half of a gown to create my dream dress! This store was incredible! It was clean (COVID times) and private but still felt open. The room was large and accommodated my 3 guests perfectly! They reached out beforehand to get my style and let me favorite some dresses. TWM offered the wedding dress shopping experience of my dreams! I made an appointment with Ashton late on a Sunday afternoon and essentially had the entire store to myself. She preemptively pulled dresses similar to the styles I liked and had sent her in the days prior. I loved this! I walked back into the fitting room with no stress or pressure and surrounded by gowns I loved! Cannot recommend them enough! Just bring your own champagne to celebrate with :)

I was not excited about the wedding dress shopping because it overwhelmed me. But, Ashton at TWM made me feel at ease! She had pulled more dress options than I could have imagined. She was very reassuring on my vision regardless of the other voices in the room. Ashton was super encouraging and comforting as it was an overwhelming process for me. REALLY hard to get a hold of. I called multiple times a day and emailed. Unless you make an appointment on their website and go in, good luck getting questions answered.

If you’re looking for a bridal shop that gives you the bridal experience everyone imagines, this is your store!First impression upon walking in was that TWM is bright & modern, open & airy, and most importantly, very clean. My stylist, Ashton, greeted me at the door with a friendly smile and got started with us right away. We were brought to a large, stylish, private room where she already had some dresses picked out for me from an introductory conversation we had prior to the appointment.Before the appointment, I was very nervous. Not only was it my first time trying on wedding gowns, but as a plus-size bride, you walk in knowing bridal sizes run between 2-4 sizes smaller than what the “street size” would be. So my concern was already on fitting into the samples, envisioning what the dress would actually look like in my size, and how my body looked in it. So the bridal stylist in a plus-size appointment will either make or break you.Ashton made this experience truly wonderful, she is a phenomenal woman and an expert! I never once felt like I wouldn’t be able to wear any dress I wanted because of my size. She made me feel beautiful, confident, and sure of my choice. She helped me get into the dresses, tried her best to strap them so I could envision what I would see in the correct size, and I never once felt like she was passing any judgement because of my size.Ashton was so patient and kind with me—we went through handfuls of dresses that I didn’t like because I was getting through the initial feelings of seeing myself in a wedding dress for the first time, discovering what I liked, and tossing out ideas of what I THOUGHT I would love but actually hated. Ashton asked all the right questions that guided us to the dress style I loved. She was also amazing with my hilarious, eccentric mother—Ashton stood up for me when I didn’t have the guts to tell my mom no to styles I didn’t prefer.I was certain there was no way I’d find my dress the first time I ever tried them on, but I did! I found my dress because the experience was so lovely and my stylist was so professional. She found a dress that combined every element I loved while managing to stay within my budget. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I wish I could afford a separate ceremony and reception dress just so I could go back and do it all over again. I highly suggest The White Magnolia in Tampa to find your dream dress because they really give you a dream experience.

The White Magnolia was such an amazing experience for my mom and I! I am so happy I said YES to the dress here! I tried on a lot of different dresses during my appointment time, but ended up conflicted between two dresses and ran out of time for our 90 minute appointment. Our consultant Ashlyn was so sweet, and got me in later that day to make my final decision so I had time to think about it. Having our private room also made the experience seem more intimate! Definitely recommend any bride-to-be to come here! They really take the time to get to know you, your style, and are so friendly!

The bridal salon is absolutely lovely and would recommend! I found my dream dress :)However please use your own seamstress. I used Ruth who was recommended by White Magnolia and comes once a week to the bridal salon and was NOT pleased with her work.

I’ve been to many bridal stores in different city’s in Florida looking for “the dress.” As soon as I walked into White Magnolia my bridal party and I had a feeling this was were my journey would end. The atmosphere and experience at White Magnolia is unmatched! From the small beautiful personal touch throughout the store and the dressing rooms to my amazing bridal stylist Ashlyn. She was overall a genuine soul, so patient, lovable and helpful in every kind of way! I definitely recommend White Magnolia as your first stop!

I am so glad I chose this vendor when I was looking for my wedding dress! Not only was the associate knowledgeable and sensitive to my personal style/taste and requests, but she also made the experience truly enjoyable! I tried on 7 dresses, many of which had been pre-pulled for me based on what I “liked” ahead of time from the online lookbook link that they sent me! I was able to see the dresses I liked online in person, and it made the try-on experience much faster and smoother! The associate offered compliments and insight, and I valued her input. When I decided on a dress and officially said “yes”, the whole staff celebrated and allowed me to take as many pictures as my heart desired! They also took sanitation and safety measures and I felt very safe shopping for a dress despite going in the middle of the ongoing pandemic. I cannot say enough good about my experience and would recommend White Magnolia to any and every bride-to-be!!

I received direct communication from my consultant immediately after booking my appointment asking me to fill out a perfectly crafted questionnaire to understand what I was looking for, then a text message the day before my appointment with another chance to pick actual pictures of gowns off their Pinterest account to try on. When I arrived, my consultant already pulled the dresses I mentioned to her and had them hanging in my bridal suite. It was also my birthday, and she had an adorable “Happy Birthday” sign for me! I visited a few different bridal salons from Tampa to Fort Myers and White Magnolia blew all of them away with their service. A personal thank you to Rachel who was so attentive, made my whole appointment and birthday special, and was all around just the best. I’m so excited to be a White Magnolia bride!
