Had a beautiful kitchen installed in 2017 but the finish is fading off and looks terrible. I understand things wear but 4 years? Its just my wife and I, imagine if I had kids, lol! I am willing to pay to have the door refinished but I was told They do not refinish doors...where does this leave us now? SMH....Great product but horrible finishes!
Great cabinets and amazing product and customer service.
Every time they came to fix something with the cabinets, another problem was created. Latest issue is our trim doesnt line up with wall, there is a gap, and the cabinets above the fridge are no longer aligned, one is lower than the other.
Recently purchased a home and the original kitchen cabinets were made by Mid Continent Cabinetry. Needed new hardware to match the existing hardware in the kitchen and was surprised to receive such great service on something more than a decade old. Scott raised my expectations for customer service and I am sure we will be going back to him when we are ready for new cabinetry.
We are a dealer of Mid Continent Cabinetry brand of Norcraft. We had nothing but major problems with Mid Continent cabinetry .We spent thousands of dollars for our showroom displays . After an 80 year old customer had issues with their cabinetry .They are delaminating .Julie Jensen sales rep for Mid continent cabinetry Refuses to go out and take a look at them.She looked at some pictures we had sent to her and Julie Jensen called it excessive use .We really never had many issues with Mid Continent cabinetry until Julie Jensen came aboard. Nothing but lies out of her mouth. When I first met Julie Jensen I told her that CO op money was to go to our company and I would dispurse the way I wanted to disperse out the money in our office. Julie Johnson went to one of my it I got ahold of the CO up office of mid continent cabinetry and talked to the CO up person that Im pretty sure her name was penny at mid continent cabinetry for CO up money she told me that Julie Jensen emailed my designer directly to her personal email. Julie Jensen told me she made a honest mistake so she could line her pockets with more money very unprofessional woman. She does not care about the dealer or the consumer.
