Amazing customers to service. Everything was wonderfully packaged. The main issue I had was charged twice because the sent 2, but they fixed the issue right away. It may seem a bit bulky, but nobody ever notices. Used pen a few times, pretty simple. Would definitely recommend, and might even buy another in the future.

Bought some pens during the lockdown and long story short Andrew and his team went the extra mile to ensure i received the Pens and even replaced them when the developed a fault. Despite the different time zones they went above and beyond to ensure great customer service.Now the pens - quality and finish is good. Video and sound HD and clear enough to get details of any recordings needed and the tiny detail of it being a workable pen adds a detail which makes it truly usable within real world situations.Definitely worth 5 starsKeep up the great work
