Brought a Toyota Sienna they fixed the minor repairs so I could buy it. Two weeks into owning it the check engine light came on again as well as it wont crank when I go to start the van. Smh alot of money to continue going to the mechanic weekly because its always something smh do not buy from here. Only has the van less than 30 days.

They wanted 2K down on a 20-year-old manual transmission truck that they were selling for 3695. Kelly Bluebook put that model of truck in good condition for 2900 as a fair price. Do not visit this place if youre considering financing in any way, shape or form. They will not work with you. Otherwise, the salesman was amicable and showed no hostility whatsoever. He was merely intractable.

I went to the headliner as I had a problem to fix on the ceiling, when I received my car the third brake light was deactivated. I called the VW company and they told me the wire was disconnected by you. I wend back to the headliner Lorenso and toresi and they said we cannot do anything about now because we’ll have to take off the ceiling again and we didn’t disconnect anything. That was horroble honestly as I paid them what they ask for and they did’t get me what I asked for. Now I have to go to another headliner just to fix what they did. What a shame

I work for Kelley Blue Book and Autotrader and see a lot of dealers throughout the area.I was blown away today to watch how open and transparent these guys are with their customers. They let them know all of the details about their payments and loan BEFORE they even asked them to walk in the doors. The customers loved this respectful treatment and seemed very eager to come in and get their new Hyundai Genesis.I wish that more dealers would take this approach as it saves everyone a lot of time and makes the entire process sooooo much easier and pleasant.Thanks for being one of THE GOOD GUYS!If you are in the market, you should definitely give these guys a shot as they have a lot of affordable cars that are in good condition.

I was sold a car that has major mechanical issues and is considered unsafe to drive I’ve had it for a month but realized a noise after about 2 weeks I took it to the actual dealership where I was made aware that the car had been in a real bad accident and the person who sold it to me tried to weld the steering back together as well as other issues! I’m not too happy and I’m looking into filing a suit and many complaints.

The gentleman at this establishment is not your average car salesman. He takes pride in what he does does and cares about the greater good. It was a pleasure working with him.

I read ALL the reviews before going to Automall of Tampa, keeping an open mind, and had a vehicle I found on line and had targeted on the lot. Salesman Bruce was congenial and welcoming, and owner Hoss was amazing; during the test drive, I expressed hesitation at buying a used car from a small lot. Hoss went on to say well, if its meant to be, it will be- NEVER have I had such a no-pressure, hands off approach from not only a sales associate, but THE OWNER HIMSELF! And when it came to the financing, I have okay credit, not great. So, on my behalf, Hoss worked the phone and the internet, NOT BEHIND SOME CLOSED OFFICE but while I sat across the desk from him, and presented me with multiple options. He was way more about getting ME a right deal, than he was about just getting a car sold. His personal interest was refreshing, and I would recommend him to anyone interested in getting a good deal from a no-pressure dealer. As for mechanical issues, I did in fact take the vehicle to MY personal mechanic, got the once over, and given a clean bill of health, along with the CARFAX documentation provided to me on line and by the dealer himself. I would certainly buy from him again, when it comes time for another vehicle. Thank you, gentlemen, for an exceptional car buying experience!

Girlfriend purchase a car yesterday and dealers told her that the ac just needed freon.when she took it to the shop the a/c compressor was no good.when she called the dealership back, the dealer told her its no warranty and hung up.she spent 1,200 today to get the a/c.we have contacted a laywer and sent documents. Do not buy a car from this place. They are fruads

Made the biggest mistake of my life buying from here. Unfortunately as a young woman its easy to be taken advantage of when looking for a car and exactly that happened. The car I purchased has been a nightmare since I drove it off the parking lot. Needed a new steering fluid pump within the first ten miles of driving it, a new battery needed within a month, and a new axel boot needed after 3 months. Car was sold to me with an oil leak in the engine so Ive replaced 7 coils in the last 3 years. I was given a fob that did not work so that was about $250 right off the bat. When I emailed Hoss to inquire what we could do to resolve my issues and that I also have receipts of all repairs done on the car, I was told sorry theres nothing we can do since you purchased the car 3 years ago I wasnt looking for a handout… I wasnt even proposed the option of trading, which is what I was aiming for. $12k down the drain as well as another 6k for repairs and the car still maintains many many problems. I learned my lesson diving straight into car buying, sadly I didnt even get good customer service out of the whole thing! I now must deal with paying back a loan on a car that is worth a thousand dollars at most. Nobody is willing to trade, and I dont blame them! Thanks, Hoss!

He is not pushy willing to get you in a car that wont keep you broke works with you on getting you to drive out with a car that day very helpful if any problems that your having with the car i would say i dont think i would go any where els to buy a car if
