Great people and EXCELLENT prices! We had an entire office carpeted by these folks. The installation was great and the carpet was exactly what we wanted. You cant beat thier prices! I was helped by Michelle shes great!

We bought carpet for 3 rooms and the delivery window was from 10am-noon. When no one showed up by 12:30, I called. Come to find out, they were short staffed but didn’t have the common courtesy to give me a call and let us know. We paid two men to be there to help us unload, move furniture, etc. and lost that money when no one showed. THEN when they delivered the next day, they delivered the wrong carpet.. it was the same carpet but the wrong sizes that were meant to be for someone else. Instead of offering to take it back and bring us the correct carpet, she tells me “oh just cut it yourself with a knife” .... Seriously? TERRIBLE customer service, clearly a lack of communication between staff members, and these women need to take some customer service training if they don’t want to succeed. When a business make two major mistakes on an expensive purchase, they need to make it right by 1. Offering to correct the mistake. 2. Refund part of the order or at least cover the cost of the money lost paying workers, and 3. Apologize.Carpet prices were very fair, but would not recommend simply because of their unprofessionalism.

Best prices in town. They do excellent installation. Ive used them several times.

I bought laminate flooring from Carpet Barn for one of my bedrooms on 8/20/16. The laminate was installed and all was well until Hurricane Irma. Due to the moisture in my home (I had not electricity for one week) a few of the laminate planks curled slightly at the edges. Since that time I have called Carpet Barn over 25 times to get someone out to review and correct this. I had no problem if the affected laminate had to be replaced. The response from Pat (their administrator) was, Its hard to get a wood guy out to take care of this specifically, especially since you live in Wesley Chapel. Hell come out if he has other business there. 25 times Ive called and NEVER a call back from Pat. They do not stand by their product. It is now 2018 and I have had no luck with this store.

EXCELLENT! !!!!Starting with Michelle who was the first line of excellent customer service. Poncho was installer with Andre assisting, he was very maticulous which shows pride in work & wanting to do a good job. Quality carpet, great prices, EXCELLENT JOB!!!
