2 guys turned up today at 10.40am, the time they gave was between 8 and 10am. Straight away they said they could not lay the carpet because it had been drizzling out, so they left!!! (I have it on my Ring recording that it had stopped raining by this time) My husband called the office to get the guys back and their answer was they were too far away!! How far could they get in 5 minutes but they were booked for the complete day anyway.The Area Manager got in touch with us about 3pm later that day, he apologized and said that Customer Service is very important to the company and that he would be back in contact to help with the situation. We called back twice in the afternoon asking for a call back - no reply. Now another full day has passed with still no reply. This service is totally unacceptable. So, I am now adding to this situation a week later.We decided to give this company one last chance. They were scheduled for Saturday Aug 7th. Between 8-10. We got a call on the Friday saying they were running late and would now be between 11-1pm. We got a call on the Saturday to say they couldn’t make it and would be with us on the Sunday!! I will say that the different scheduled team turned up prompt at 8am and where phenomenal and did a great job.We never did a anything back from the Area manager Tim Taylor, even though he said Customer Care is their main priority and he had originally offered I quote “ A substantial amount of compensation “We look forward to your call Tim Taylor.
Very professional business. I liked their security precautions too.
