My daughter was in to purchase items and as you can see the sign says 50% off. It does not state top or bottom it says 50%. The Manager, Claude, said it was only the top of the table. My point then the sign she state top only! I WILL never shop in this store again! They did not honor the posting. I also asked is this one rack 50% or the entire rack. Her response was the entire rack! What’s the difference?

A|X Armani Exchange at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to go for all things Armani. I really like their selection here and all of the cool clothing and accessories that they have. The staff here is very knowledgeable and is willing to help you find what you need to look good. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

All my clothes I buy it here I love my Armani close I am coming back just to do a little shopping again for my oncoming vacation on Christmas i will be there next month I love Armani exchange clothes this is my favorite store at international mall I can spend the whole day here see soon guys thank you for the great service every time I come

Awesome experience. Even with Corona going on. They only allowed 5 people in the store at a time. I thought that was great. It also allows the employee to pay more attention to you. Great service, nice layouts inside. Found some amazing deals. O will be back

I love it but I guess there judgemental. I came in for some underwear was treated like check over there maybe youll find it . I went found it then saw some jeans also grabbed them, then had to get someone to check me out to pay.

I love coming to this store. They have something for everyone with great clearance specials at end of season. The store is super clean with lots of selection and neatly put together. The staff is on hand to assist with any questions you might have. This is one of my favorite clothing companies. The clothes are super comfortable to wear and are a little pricey when it comes to non clearance items but well worth what you pay for them.

Dark headed kid helped me out, I bought some nice stressed black Armani denim,couple,shirts on sale. Everyone was friendly, and my package was prepared top notch and folded and bagged professional. Ill be back to buy more...

Terrible service! The Assistant Store Manager, Cameron, called my fiancé a creep after we asked for his name and corporate information because we weren’t satisfied with his service. All he had to do was provide his first name! He was eager to argue and not listen to client concerns. Don’t get me started on the judgement in his eyes. If we weren’t an interracial couple and minorities, we would have received a better service like the two ladies that he kept going around to check. No reason why someone working in customer service should offend customers when their JOB is to service customers. I’ve contacted client services for the issue that happened and still no response! Overall, we will no longer be returning customers. Have never dealt with such issues in MD. It must be a Florida thing.

This store is the worst store ever they have a petit blonde lady manager shes the worst and a tall bald guy I think his name is cameron. they just stand there and gossip, the store was messy. they are so judgmental I could feel them talking about me.

Like the options here in terms of styles but they have very very limited quantity in terms of size. Hence the 4 stars. Considering their location, parking is never a problem.

True to the core Armani store. Hadnt expected to go out but plans changed quickly. My husband was just in a tshirt and we needed a nice shirt quickly. Not only did we hit a 60% off sale WooHoo but the greatest little says girl that was so on her game and yet still not a stalker. Female Manager as well totally top notch. Store was imaculate! Then the hubby was concerned because shirt was a bit wrinkled, I asked the young lady if she could steam for me and wed come back to pickup in 15 min, since we had to run 1 other place. We were back in 10 and all ready to wear! Of course Armani with that sale had to grab a cpl other things as well haha but talk about sevice..trust you could tell it was due to Fantastic Management! Was on Sat. 2/16/19 about 6 pm. So Armani give props to that shift!

Manager Densky is the worst guy I ever spoke to, when I went to exchange an unworn item he was not even ready to give a store credit of the remaining balance where as another employee in the same store said he can give a GC for the difference amount, have been an Armani customer from long time but worst store and rediculous manager in international plaza mall.Be aware of this store. Very bad customer service
