This is a good Wal-Mart store. I really like their bakery. Their coconut cream pie is as good as in a restaurant or made at home. They have good clothes and shoes for the family and good groceries and they have good low prices. They have good movies, books and household supplies. It seems clean and safe even during these rough times

Least packed walmart in the area. Easy to get in and out. Subway inside was good as well.

Walmart is not the cheapest but it is pretty good in the sense that you can go and get multiple things just in that same store and I mean you have to watch out cuz before 7 or before 8 is better to go or in the morning because I like 9 or 10 they close and it the parking lot is a little scarier at that time but it is really good because you can get multiple things salad and sometimes they have good things on clearance and desserts and clothes and shoes sometimes it just depends on what you see for Clarence and toys

I was shopping for my daughter getting diapers and some cute onesies and I found a clearance shelf with several different item. I found a pink blanket with no tag and it was the only one like it on the shelf. When I went to ring out I explained to the cashier and she couldnt find the price so she called for help. The sweet staff helped me and a gentleman employee went to where I said I found it and found the ribbon that was supposed to tie around it which had the price. It was a great find, a great price AND great service. Thank you for the kindness and assistance today 😁

Easy to access, excellent handicap parking, and the employees were helpful.

Even though the store is smaller than others it still was neat and clean. You always have associates willing to help out and lines were short.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart used to be great but In my opinion the check out process has almost completely killed the business.Hardley any cashiers, takes forever makes me dread going there,everyone is just like a bunch of cattle being bearded out

I was greeted when I walked in and was able to find everything I was looking for since everything is organized perfectly! I was also greeted on the outside as well. The self-checkout is really fast and reliable. I was in and out quickly.

Dirty, disorganized, and nothing on shelves - everything on pallets or out. I understand this may be due to lack of staffing/pandemic related, but I saw employees just standing around, so they could have been doing something to help make the store look better.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting Bob in the technology department tonight. He was helping many customers at one time and was very kind. He had such a big smile the whole time. He was just so sweet and helpful. Made my night and walked out with what we needed!

Although Im not a huge fan of Walmart this small neighborhood Walmart is my favorite. Pretty quick in and out and you dont have to walk miles to find an item.

Cleaner as some others Walmart, but not to many choices of products, service ? Hmmm, I cant blame the employees because the workers have to stay on they feets the whole day, the Cashiers doesnt have any place to seat down, is just frustrate to know that the work conditions is not the best, blame for that is the Company politics, people employees are more likely slaves in many Companies in USA, bad work conditions and low salaries. Just sad.

Well since theyre closing down some of the Walmarts or at least 43 of them in Florida from what I understand and there was several items on lake clearance however I didnt understand how you can have the same clothing when a clearance when not it was very confusing and the women at that when this Walmart over here that I dont normally go to or very very rude and snotty they need some customer service skills and training!!!

Long lines, surly stockers, over worked cashier. Yes cashier, 1 cashier on a Sunday morning, 30 people in line. Self checkout does not take cash, so if you are buying 1 item you MUST stand in line for an hour to check out. DO NOT BUY ICE CREAM ON SUNDAY, you will have thick milk when you leave the store.I have a love hate relationship with Walmart. Love the prices, hate the way EVERY store is managed. Fire all the managers and hire someone who puts the customer rest. 2 years ago shopping here was fast, friendly and fun. Now I hate it and will only go if Aldi or Sav- a - lot doesnt have what I need.

Another small sized Walmart compared to the “supercenters” im used to..... no offense at all but Carollwood is flooded with Indians or am I seeing things? Everyone was really nice and gave a helping hand or welcoming gesture as I enjoyed my shopping experience ..... So now this Walmart is performing covid tests FOR FREE...I dont get it: we have been told to do lines with 6 feet spaces stickers on the floor, wear mask to get inside and then not to wear mask if you are vaccinated. The very first thing that I had to do was exchange a phone cord. The man who does the returns was very nice and in a good mood. He also gave me directions on where to go to get another cord. All the employees were very helpful in helping me find items. I needed a charging cord for my phone and the man really help to make sure that I got the right cord. I bought a watch and the woman helped me out alot trying to figure out which watch I wanted. Kudos to the employees 👏 Thank you for your kindness plus being great employees!

Great garden center...I found healthy house plants and pots at very good prices. I also found plant stands that are sturdy and attractive as well!

This is a terrible Walmart store. It was like half the size of most other stores. They had a bad selection. They didnt have anything I went there for in stock. The area isnt the nicest. The worse part is, the restroom smelled highly of feces. It was not clean and smelled so bad that I wanted to vomit! I really hope that Walmart cleans this store up.

They open and close the fitting rooms whenever they want. I get COVID and restrictions, but if you have signs saying they are open, don’t tell me they are closed because you can close them whenever you want. Terrible customer service.

I was looking for a replacement printer, an inexpensive inkjet printer. I had an Epson XP 420 for years and was looking for a replacement. Tried Office Depot and Staples but found the cheapest one at Walmart. Quite a surprise that they even had one since most of the stores are very low on their supply of printers due to the pandemic.. And the price was even more awesome ... Only $69.

This location is a hit or miss. I do like the fact they have a subway inside this location; however, it seems to run out of certain items and not everyone has the initiative of ensuring more is on the way to maintain customer satisfaction and gross sales.This Walmart has Self-checkout lanes near the front of the store; however, you must know that this location doesnt accept Apple Pay, but they do take Walmart Pay. Ive never used Walmart Pay, nor do I have it installed on my mobile device. I usually stick with Apple Pay since its more universally accepted and keeps things simple.This Walmart does have large quantities of inventory and the layout is easily navigated. The photoshop here is also great. Perhaps that is one area that seems to get looked over.What I really do not like about this location is the smoking / breakroom area in the front of the building. There is just something about it; nevertheless, there are times youll walk through a cloud of smoke.Staff here have been helpful. You know many of them area very busy with pallets being worked, while juggling customer inquires. The staff does a fantastic job keeping the inventory on the floor replenished.Overall, this is a decent location. It is clean for the most part. Plenty of inventory and product selection. Prices on many items help to stretch the dollar without minimizing quality. Obviously different times of the day and day of the week could vary your opinion. Ive visited this store on many occasions at various times of the day / week and my experience has always remained the same. Nothing outrageous to make me stop shopping here and nothing where someone went out of their way to make this my dedicated place to shop.The parking lot lighting can become an issue; especially later hours in the evening. My favorite place to checkout is the garden area. This area is potentially risky on the outside, so please be careful.I recommend this location over other Walmarts in the area.

Just less than 10 items open cashier. Otherwise on your own for the multiple item purchase. At least customers always have an option.

Its not a super walmart but I feel like the aisles are well spaced and the place is organized. The staff I encountered seemed nice. I like the self checkout especially with covid. I dont have too many more people touching my stuff.

Love this Walmart but it isnt a SUPER Walmart so not very many food items. The food they have isnt necessarily the best deal. I get better deals at Winn Dixie.

Ana makes up rules as she goes....on 3-22 -21, she claimed her store didnt have to return my item. She decides not to return so thats her policy....this store is one to stay away from. Manager Jessica hires someone like this that makes her own rules to ruin peoples return. To Wal-Mart management could use some new faces...just say n.n.

This is a smaller style location instead of a Super Walmart. Its not the neighborhood version,, just a small store but we were able to find what we needed and the cashier was friendly. Great place to stop by and pick up some items.

Hate supporting Walmart but they have the best prices for plants (which unfortunately means someone isnt getting paid somewhere...). Staff couldnt be FRIENDLIER or more HELPFUL, but the clientele are TERRIFYING. Only half wearing masks, peak Walmart Dale Mabry so no surprises... Why cant they be more considerate of the workers here? Selfish, fat, America strikes again.

Shopping with my girlfriend for her son . He wanted the new current Super Mario game.the electronic department clerk pointed the display of the new game. We were confused about how to get the game. He said he was too busy to help us because of the cash drawers he had out . No further help was available.Poor customer service. We went to game stop ( 7 doors downs)and paid $65 ..Easy sale lost..what happened Walmart?

Walmart is the same dirty store you find in any town. They seldom restock the shelves properly. There on line inventory isnt what the computer states they have and they never have enough check out lanes open. If they werent so cheap I diffantly wouldnt shop there.

Great prices, I go there often to get Wild Bird Seed and Squirrel Feed I buy for the wildlife in my yard. They are alot cheaper than the other places Ive bought it from in the past, and the bags are much bigger. Not to mention the Birds and Squirrels absolutely love it!!

Saw a deep freezer for under $200 online. Was in and out the store 😁. Very clean not too crowded. Appliance works as expected.

Used Walmart pickup for the first time, easy process. Asked the AM if I could bring purchased items into store to do additional shopping, which he said I could. I try to go out the entrance to grab a cart and was stopped by the doorman said I couldn’t go through. The AM who helped me at pickup heard this and said “he just needs a cart!” and to my surprise went and grabbed a cart for me. NEVER have I been so impressed by the customer service at a Walmart.P.S. while writing this, 2 people got stopped after picking up by the same guy. Wish there was an easier way to exit the building after picking up, but it makes sense to not allow cross traffic especially with COVID.

They have a variety of clothing but not that much of each. Everything is all spread out and not easy to locate without an associate. It is a very clean store but not all of the associates are friendly.

The fact that Walmart will sell me something online from a third party but then does not have the capability to do the return in store is ridiculous. I waited in line to do a return from which I followed every instruction from walmart.com just to be turned away at the front to say they cant do anything and to call this number. The number you had me call was Walmart, for them to tell me we can email you a return label that will take a few hours to arrive in your inbox. But the employees cant figure out how to print out the label while Im standing in line? I will never purchase anything from walmart.com again!
