Nice selection but the line is WAY TOO LONG!!I first went on a Saturday so I kinda expected it but today is Thursday in the middle of the afternoon and it the line is the same exact length. Makes me think its a tactic to keep customers looking at their products longer. I really hope this store bumps up their register count from 4 to 8 to compensate. I shouldnt have to wait this long on a Thursday. Really careless customer service.
It’s sad because Zara’s clothing is really good quality, however their customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. I ordered online and my order was for some reason sent to the wrong address (this was 2 weeks ago). I still have yet to receive my order or even a phone call. Every time I call they just say they are working on it. It’s embarrassing how they make resolving simple matters so difficult. A normal company would have this fixed pretty quickly. This company could be one of the best if they worked in their customer service.

The associates here need to be trained on customer service. The attitude here is beyond horrendous, as Im walking out the store after having patiently waited in line with other customers for over 30mins, and being extremely polite and helpful to the associate checking me out by removing hangers (most associates look downright unhappy when they assist you), on my way out I saw a pretty pattern and thought Ill just take a mental note and order online if I like it, as Im walking towards it, I get yelled at across the store by a man who I can only imagine to be the store manager, MAAM we are closed. I didnt need a rude reminder that loudly, I was literally on my way out after spending a bunch here!
The store has beautiful clothing with plenty of selection, just wish the fitting room would open and the lines werent so long😒

I bought a skirt over the Internet, it was initially defective. They sent me a label that didnt work in the post office. So I could not often go to different departments, the return time was over and I lost money. Why ship a defective item?They do not value customers, our environment and resources! I have no respect for corporations!

They have in stock a huge variety of clothes, the entire collections throughtout the store in a very good standing but the cashier section to small and short handed, it took me like 50 minutes to check out, as they expand their sales they have to expand the costumer services satisfaction
Once again I want to offer my opinion about the Zara store located in the International Plaza mall in Tampa, you enter the store and the first thing you notice is the disorder there is, the cardboard ones in the middle of the store, the accessories are unknown or where they are, everything is so disorganized and you cannot enter the changing room, the manager with bad manners, very despotic, the saleswomen do not know anything about the product, the new of the season with the old everything mixed, it is a horror, what a shame because Zara is such a nice store to spend time and look at the beauties they have, I think they should, wait for it, I think not, they should change manager and see if there are other people with professionalism who will make Zara available to their customers and be satisfied.Love Zara but I don’t like the staff of this store,I’m buying in Zara for 20!years and never in my life I had the bad experience till this moment in Tampa store.

On top of you can’t try on the clothes in the store. they won’t expect your merchandise without an receipt. My shirt had all the tags still attached. I didn’t want my my money back just an exchange, because the shirt didn’t fit. they have really bad customer service too. plus I paid with my debt card so they can see I just bought the shirt last weekend. what a scam this store is. very disappointed!!

All employees are completely horrible. Disgusting attitudes including the manager. It sucks that I really enjoy wearing the clothes! But this Zara needs to completely wipe out there employees and get new employees.
Customer service just completely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Long story short, I went yesterday to do a return since the garment I previously bought was a light yellow and see through and I didnt become aware until after being able to try it on at home since fitting rooms have been closed. Cashier (536328) that did my return had a crazy attitude... Im talking she gave me the up and down look as soon as I stepped into line, would not look at me during the return process, overly inspected the garment that still had tags attached and I did not wear (other than trying it on), barely spoke to me and snapped at me when I did make a remark about how I paid.I have previously worked in retail for 4 years so I can understand being frustrated with the job and I personally would let a certain amount of carelessness slide but this girl was being blatantly disrespectful from the get-go. Anyone who knows anything about human interaction would interpret this employees behavior as rude and snobby. I let her and the manager know I did not appreciate her demeanor. Neither of them said anything, just ignored me?

Dressing rooms are still not open … plenty of staff standing around not doing anything while there’s long lines due to everyone trying on clothes next door and returning . I watched the extra staff just stand there and chat while I waited in line for 30mins ..
I attempted to return two items at the International Mall and it was a terrible experience. I purchased the items in Manhattan and was given an e receipt on a little green card. The associate and manager said they do not take these receipts. I told the manager to call the NYC store located in Soho but she said I needed to. The cashier had a manager come over named Lilian who was rude - she stated I was holding the line up and needed to go. I asked to speak with a higher up manager and she stated there weren’t any which I find hard to believe. I will be calling the 1800 number and filing a complaint online. I will not return to this store.

I guess one could say my expectations were a little high...again, having lived in a much larger city with multiple Zara stores and larger collections of items. For that reason, I shop online and do free returns in store. That seem to work just fine.

I haven’t experienced online shopping with them but In-stores (at international mall plaza) it’s just an awful customer service. They are not understanding. And they’re mean. They like losing loyal customers. I’ve worked in retail and I was taught to treat customers as best as we possibly could. They obviously haven’t been taught that. Either hire employees that know how to give a great experience for customers or fix your recent employees to at least know how to crack a decent real (not fake) smile. I know everyone has problems in their life but still. If any of them are having a bad day just give them the day off or a few hours off or something. Because it ruins the atmosphere and the mood of your customers. And that’s what happened today. Honestly, never stepping foot into that store again.

Overall I am very impressed with the service. While I was waiting in line they had a terrible customer who was screaming at the workers. The woman was constantly rude and insulting employees. The management handled it well as well as the other employees! The fitting room was a little messy, but there were two people working on it to get it clean!

Ordered online for in store pick-up, which took longer than expected. Went to pick it up and there were 6 people in line waiting with one cashier available, while I counted at least 3 other associates on the salesfloor looking at schedules and basically not attending to their shoppers. Overall it wasnt a great experience, but the clothes are why i gave them 3 stars because they are fashion forward at cost effective prices. I was satisfied with my purchase however.
Very disappointed I ordered 2 items online to pick up at the store let’s just say the items where lost at the warehouse shopping company I had to wait 7 days due they said it wasn’t lost 🙄. Finally I got an email saying yes it was lost I had to call customer service again for the 4th time to then myself send an email to get my refund and in my refund nothing saying sorry Or expediting my refund for the inconvenience no discount code nothing!!! Very disappointed with the service I will not be shopping with them ever again!
Zara is definitely the go to clothing store for the most recent fashion selections with great quality at a great price! This specific stores carries about 30 to 40% of the total inventory available online it seems but they do carry most of the hottest selections!
I spent $250 at this store and not one staff member even looked at me they were having more fun chatting away with each other. Even apon check out it was the same. I needed my purchases straight away other wise I would have walked out and gone to another retail shop. Absolute pathetic store and would never go back and tell people not to buy this brand. International chain store has less than 4 stars. Wow...!! I couldn’t believe it before i went that international plaza Tampa, Florida outlet. Very bad customer service and I am very disappointed. It was just regular day not that much busy. I went to mens section’s counter to pay for my merchandises. Cashier said plz go to ladies section’s counter because this one is closed. I said okay n went to ladies section. I was in the queue and waiting to pay in ladies section. When i got in the counter they said its close please go to mens section. I said okay and went to men’s section. When I went in mens section’s counter they said its closed and plz go to ladies section. Then I lost my temper and yelled at manager to solve the issue. Then manager came in mens counter and took my payment. I am requesting the franchisor to have a look on your outlet. Your employees and managers are not coordinating each other.

This place needs to either get new management, or shut down! This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had! The manager is more inept than the employees. She only knows how to chit with her employees in Spanish. Its unprofessional, uninviting and rude. That said, looking through items on the glass shelves they were full of dust! This place needs to be revamped completely, starting with the staff.

Terrible experiences every time. They need more people working in this store. It is always understaffed. The customer service is not good and the employees do not want to be at work.Today I went to purchase jeans because they had a sale on so many. After 30 minutes of digging through an insanely messy pile of jeans that has a sign all denim $15.90 (probably because they are understaffed and dont have anyone cleaning ) trying to find my size I brought about 8 pairs into the dressing room( which also had about 10 hangers and close all over). I tried on all pairs and found a couple I liked and thought it would be worth it to buy four pairs because they were in the huge pile of jeans with the marked $15.90 sign. Well after this 45 minute process and standing in a long line the lady at the register proceeds to tell me that none of those jeans are on sale.... This was what was frustrating because almost all 70% of the jeans in that sale pile did not have orange tags with the marked down price and I assumed the discount would be taken down at the register. So misleading and frustrating to spend all that time trying on jeans that were in the wrong pile.I understand that some items will be misplaced and in the wrong areas. But when the majority of the jeans (70%) in the sale pile are not on sale that makes me not want to shop here anymore. Its misleading and they should honor the discount considering they were falsely advertised.Hire more people and make sure theyre good employees and maybe this wouldnt have happened?
Every single time I go into Zara at International Plaza it is an extremely unpleasant experience and I leave very unhappy and frustrated. The employees are beyond rude and unhelpful, and the manager is just as bad. Every employee I have come across is not just rude but you can tell they do not care about helping or accommodating their customers whatsoever along with being extremely unprofessional. Oh, and on top of it all they will talk about you in Spanish while trying to “assist” you. I don’t know how it is at other Zara stores, but this one is an awful experience every time I have visited, and it is safe to say that today was my last visit. It either needs a whole new staff or should be shutdown in my opinion.

Customer service is atrocious here. Every time I walk in, the employees make me feel very unwelcome. Todays experience was exceptionally awful. I went to try on clothes, and no employees were near the dressing room. Rather than walking around to find an employee, I just walked into a dressing room. Granted the policy is that you ask for assistance, it should not be on me to search the store for an employee - someone should be stationed near it. Anyways, as I was trying things on, an employee walks someone back to a nearby dressing room. Shortly after, I hear him walk to my room and ask if anyone was inside. I said yes, and he proceeds to open up my curtain without warning, look at the shirts I have hanging up to try on and says ugh no wonder I couldnt find that shirt. Did you ask someone for assistance? I said No, there was no one near the dressing room, and he - clearly annoyed by this point - asked how many articles of clothing I had, left my room, and returned with a numbered hang tag. He placed the hang tag in my room and said next time, ask for assistance if you want to try on clothes. In typical Zara employee fashion, he had an attitude the whole time. If anyone of importance reads this, I did not get the gentlemans name, but he was African American with dreads and was working today, July 31st, around 5-6pm Eastern time. Ill just shop online now since I cant seem to get any decent customer service.

Zara has the worst customer service ever! They dont care about their customers and their very rude. I went to return a pair of jeans that I bought that did not fit. The people behind the counter were not helpful including the manager. I told them multiple times that I had the receipt and even showed them the receipt and they still wouldnt except it. Plus I live in Sarasota so its a very far drive for me to return something in Tampa.
2 people working the registers with over 50 people in line. They were definitely working hard and fast but stop restocking clothes and open one of the 4 other registers....
Well good to know its not just me! Nice store, clothes are ok and its nice to shop without the overwhelming racks of cheap clothes BUT I am starting to wonder if rude and miserable looking employees is part of the Zara shopping experience. I dont enjoy shopping but when I do walk in a store to spend my hard earned money, I expect to be greeted and assisted. From the manager to the dressing room assistant these folks are plain old rude. If I do choose to buy their stuff, it will be online moving forward and thats a big IF. Too many retailers out there to tolerate poor customer service.

Worst service ever!Especially all the employees at the dressing area.Once I picked a hard to wear shirt, I need somebody to help me but they are too busy with another customer, so I asked my husband came and helped me. But when he was leaving my dressing room, a women employee told him that he cannot be in a same dressing room with me, if I need some help she could do it. The way she talked to my husband is like he was a pervert.Another time was when I picked a pair of shoes and tried to find somewhere to try them. I do not see any place to try the shoes but the dressing rooms with the high chairs. A guy told me I can try the shoes there. But it is very hard to wear shoes with a high chair in this store since I am an 5feet Asian women. I asked him again that if they have a lower chair. The he said no and no longer pay me any attention.It was so different from the Gucci store where I just bought a sneaker. Of course I do not compare the $500 sneaker at Gucci to the $50 shoes at Zara. But Zara should copy also the hi-end customer service, not only the hi-end fashion.

Maria, the manager, was very rude and disrespectful. I bought a sweater 2 weeks ago and only got to wear it twice due to starting to unstitch. According to Maria she was not going to exchange it because it was an item out of season. I asked her how it could be out of season if they still have in the store for sale. Her answer wasI do not know but I cannot exchange. She did not even give me any other solutions. I was also going to pay for another item and she did not even care. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL.

The term customer service is not one I would apply to this store.This store is 2 stores away from Nordstroms and dealing with them was like they were in a different solar system, not even near earth.Corporate policies do not allow for online purchases to be sent directly to the customer. They insist that you come into the store to pick up your order that has already been paid for. I do not live near the store, andgoing back to pick up my order was not possible. The agent I spoke tohad no reasonable explanation for why they could not send me my purchase directly. He was quite indifferent and uncaring.At Nordstroms everything is shipped out at no additional charge, the sales people want to make every customer happy.I will never shop at Zara again. The quality of the clothing is cheaply made, and I am not sure that their corporation is ethically minded, as I read an article that stated they were stealing other designers designs,or not paying their designers much to produce designs. Whatever thecase, they really cannot compete with other stores with policies thatdo not match or come close to their direct competition.

One of the best stores with the worst customer service. I felt unwelcomed at this store even if I am a Centurion member. No one asks if they can assist you. The gentleman with a man bun was of no help when I asked to check out. The gent made every attempt to not help to pay my wife items including looking at me for a good 10 seconds with a blank stare.Ive hated this experience so much Ive had to wait and shop at Zara in Washington DC for blazers and shirts.
