Dr. Mai Vo is incredible! She was very patient with me, explained everything, and gave me lots of options. Very pleasant, kind doctor and Id highly recommend her to anyone that needs a prescription for glasses or contacts. The office was very quick and efficient for scheduling, and prompt with my appointment when I arrived. I highly recommend!

Very thorough examination. Dr. Yee took the time to educate me on my eye health. He was very patient with all my questions.

Expensive but does a good job. Nothing special. Polite but not excessively friendly. Somewhat monotone in their attitude. They know what theyre doing. Id have to rate as an average experience. They did take the time with me for a contact fitting to get it right so Ill probably go back.

I was visiting the Florida area recently and needed to have my eyeglasses script checked. I tried making an appointment by phone and left a msg for a call back. Didnt hear back so I decided to drop in. There was one person ahead of me and I was taken care of very quickly and very efficiently. I also learned that their phone line was not working that day so I was glad I stopped in. Dr Yee was great he did exactly what I needed. He triple checked my final vision script to my old script and to a recent boutique optometrist eye care store. What a HUGE surprise for to learn that I still had room for improvement on my script for just 4 weeks ago. Thank you Dr. Yee. I wish I was a local so that you could also fit me for contacts!

Dr Lee was very good and helpful. I went in for eye exam and also expolring the possibility of getting contacts along with new glasses. It was explained to me the pricing structure of contacts vs. glasss and the different levels of contact exams (fittings). I decided to go ahead with a multi focal fitting and Dr Lee put a pair in for me. After several minutes it was determined I needed a different strength to see clearly but they did not have them in stock to try. I then decided to just try single vision which they had in stock in the correct strength and also my distance vision would be clearer with single vision vs multifocal lenses. Dr Yee then put these in and after 5 minutes or so things were just not clear, I was then checked with the eye machine and it was found the contacts were sliding all over my eye and not staying in place and I needed to try a different brand. Next brand we tried and they also slid around my eye not as bad as others but still no good. Dr Yee then stated contacts were probably not a good choice for me and I totally agreed. My complaint (concern) is that it’s a little hard to understand why I was charged for a full multifocal fitting when the correct strength for me were not in stock so I could not try them. Then we couldn’t get single vision to stay put in my eye. I understand paying something but a full charge I don’t believe was fair. Again, Dr Yee was good but the charge just doesn’t sit well and isn’t great service as far as I’m concerned.
