1 stars because it wont let me write a review without clicking at least starThe customer service and support is the absolute worst.I have been through prompt hell for over 90 minutes with NO satisfaction.
I placed an order with an online store about a month ago, they work through Pitney Bowes Facility, which is located 30 miles from me (out of Tampa Bay, Florida). It reached their facility and dispatched a week ago. I still have not seen the order out for delivery not even an update through the online shipping for assessed tracking. No estimation times at all. I’m not the kind of person to leave a bad review either. Hopefully PBF can resolve the frequent delays and provide updates.
I literally have nothing positive to say about Pitney Bowes. They have terrible customer service, low quality machines that break constantly, little to no technical support, awful account and billing department, and not to mention they lock you into an overpriced contract you cant get out of without paying an arm and a leg. In the past year and half we have had to replace 4 machines, which takes about 2 weeks to do each time, so for that time period we had no postage meter. The billing department had 3 separate accounts for us and were not able to figure it out no matter how many times we spoke with them. They have our mailing address and emails that we receive communication daily, but sent all of our bills to a dead email address from 7 years ago. They then refused to comp any of the late fees. Next they opened a line of credit on our account without approval from any of our team members. We have tried to cancel our contract but it will cost over $2,000. The prices for the machine lease, ink, monthly fees, credit line, etc are exorbitant compared to their competitors. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!
I have been a customer of Pitney Bowes for many years. My company is down 75 percent. I reached out immediately and requested to return the equipment. I offered to pay a Settlement amount of 50 percent of my remaining contract. They refuse and charge me interest every month. They say the understand and want to work with their customers but they don’t. I open a case and they close it. I send letters and they do not acknowledge them. I know the received my offer and request because I mailed it with an interest check and they cashed the check. They should be ashamed of how they are treating their loyal customers during this Pandemic.
The absolute WORST service ever!!! There is no human element to their business. I have waited 3 weeks for a package. The overall customer review score of 1.5 stars says it all. Don’t purchase from companies that use their service.
I sat on the fence for years about getting my own metering machine. Do it! It’s worth it’s weight in gold to not have to go to the post office.
Even one star is too much. I was expecting a package to be delivered to me, and Ive had a link to track its movement (things as usual). Tracking was available via PB web-page. For more than one week my packages status was Were working on your order, even though I knew it was already sent and must have been delivered within four days. So even after a week I didnt have my package neither any information about what was the problem and when I can expect its delivery. The tracking number PB provided for my package didnt exist in their tracking system. And it is impossible to get to their customers service at least there is no easy way to do so. Frustrating and ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. This is the equivalent to the pony express. If your package is otw with PB prepare to wait a ridiculous amount of time.
Terrible customer service. I can never get anyone when I need help. Their billing is confusing and they constantly refuse to add postage to my machines-saying my payments are overdue when they are not. I paid them $3,000 in a month and used only about 500.00 in postage. My account shows over 1,000 in available postage but they wont load it on the machine.
Ordered a package a little over a month ago. It went from New York, stayed there for several weeks, then went to California, where it has been for two weeks now. The package is supposed to go to Florida. Either these people skipped geography class or all maps of the continental U.S. are a little off. I’m not expecting it any time soon at this point.
Ordered a product over a month ago. Shipped through pitney bowes. Have not received it yet & pitney bowes has no idea where it is but insist it is still coming. Horrible company! Do not use!
Unfortunately I could not give them anything less than 1 star. They are by far the worst company in the entire world. I hope they go out of business so that no one will ever have to be subjected to their awfulness.
Worst service ever i could have walked to get my package quicker 44 days and still no package and no response !!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy !!
Their products are good; however, DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! Their phone system is awful. The worst automated system I have dealt with. When you have the audacity to want to speak to an actual human, they will keep you on hold for an hour. Hoping you will hang up, I assume, as they try to refer you to their website for answers the entire time you are on hold.
Horrible Customer Service! Put in a Request in Jan and its April and they still have not done anything Never Ever use them!!
TERRIBLE customer service. Cant get a real person to save my life to get an issue resolved. Tried calling and the machine told me to leave a call back number and they would call back within 9 and 13 minutes....30 minutes later still no call. Now i call back and I am on hold for 18-30 minutes. STILL havent talked to a real person. DO NOT rent from this business if you have issues, they will not get resolved.

Rip Off --stay away from this company. Customer service is horrible and rude particularly Alex Renaldo. Had a malfuntioning machine and he accused other people of using my machine--problem is Im the only one in this office. He is very condensending.
We were assigned a sales rep who ordered over $300.00 worth of materials without authorization from anyone in our office. Then the company failed to credit the materials to our account after calling 4 times over the course of two months. To add insult to injury they have charged us finance charges on the equipment that they ordered without our permission based on a purchase power account that all Clients were switched to.
